Anna's Maids

We had two cleaners come. They cleaned our entire home. They did a great job. They come to our house every 2 weeks and I booked them for the rest of the year. They are on time and professional. I have told friends and family about this service. I would highly, highly recommend Anna's Maids. Definitely money well spent. If you have a large home, it can be really hard to manage especially if you have kids. This service will save you lots of headache and time so you can spend more time with your family.

Anna's Maids were punctual, were hard at work right away, professional and polite. They worked fast, I have a large home and they were done within 3 hours. I chose the regular cleaning package for the first clean and liked the results. I have 2 sons, a husband and a dog so there's a lot of activity going on always. I will try Anna's upgraded package for their next visit. I have previously used another cleaning service (one that you see on TV) for years but have been unhappy. I trust Angie's List and searched there for a new service provider. Anna's Maids basic package cost $32 dollars less than the other provider's basic cleaning and Anna's upgraded package is still less than I was paying before. Great prices and good work. I have already set up my second cleaning date.

I HIGHLY recommend Anna's Cleaners. Katya and Renata did an amazing job cleaning our home, which needed a lot of TLC due to neglect from our hectic schedules... and pets! These ladies accomplished a real transformation. The bathroom really sparkles now, and the tub, in particular, shines like new. The ladies also took great care in the kitchen, going above and beyond expectations, washing extra dishes, thoroughly cleaning all surfaces, inside the microwave and scrubbing the floors and they even cleaned the top of the fridge and organized the boxes up there. Similarly, great care was taken in both bedrooms which each have challenges, one has a loft bed with some clothes and other school supplies they organized; the other has a very heavy bed, which they thoroughly cleaned the floor underneath (at my request). The living and dining rooms were decluttered as well, making tidy stacks of various loose papers and supplies. All floors are now shiny and rugs are clean, and they also defuzzed upholstery and pillows much loved by our pets. They even refilled the air freshener dispenser, without any prompting. Katya and Anna were both very friendly and professional (although about 5 minutes late - which did not concern me in the least). It was very easy to discuss the work needed and how they planned to handle my pets, etc. They were excellent communicators. The office was also friendly and easy to work with by phone, and when more time was needed (trust me, it was needed, given the decluttering necessary), I was able to mail a check. I could communicate with the office via phone AND text, which is great for me. I will definitely use Anna's Cleaners again!

though there was an additional charge of $44 that Ididn't know about when I scheduled this, it was worth it. this was for real deep cleaning like windows, refrigerator, etc.

I paid for a Move In Service. When the ladies arrived (which was on time), they were rude and didn't want me to show them around. They just wanted to get to work so I left. When I came back there was a supervisor reviewing the work. The bathrooms looked good but the windows were streaked, the cabinet shelves (which they said they would clean were clearly not done and the floor looked horrible. I ended up spending me day cleaning everything but the bathrooms again. I understand everything won't be perfect but please point out what you couldn't do and why but don't have me pay for a service you didn't perform. Next - I called and told them so they gave me some money back - this doesn't help me solve I had no time to clean hence why I hired a service. I mailed a check out to the the next day. A month or so later they are calling me telling me I didn't pay. I said they might want to check their records again as I did. Then I never heard from them again. I don't want to hire anyone again b/c if this is the way it is, I can do it better without the hassle. The hassle cost me more time than hiring them would have.

We finished our basement this summer, so our house was very dusty and the downstairs bathroom was very dirty from all the construction traffic. Anna's maids not only got the obvious dirt, they cleaned the bathrooms and kitchens better than I do myself. We were so impressed with the quality and the professionalism, that we hired them for on ongoing biweekly service ( which was not our intent). Excellent work, I highly recommend.

Maids arrived within the window planned and finished work quickly. I found it easy to communicate with them and to schedule a last minute service.

The maids at Anas are very professional and do a great job. I've used them twice now and both times our house was very clean - we've been very impressed, overall. Their prices are very reasonable for the thorough job they do. I also like the fact that I can communicate with them via text, which is extremely convenient to schedule/reschedule appointments and to specify what items I need cleaned. The first time I used their services they rescheduled a couple times on me somewhat last minute, which was a little frustrating but it wasn't that big of a deal. This was around 4th of July weekend and they apparently had a lot of reschedules. The second time I used them, they were very punctual and everything went fine. The other point worth mentioning, just as an FYI, is that the maids don't speak great English...which is totally fine by me as we were still able to communicate with them for the most part.

I bought a bid deal for this service. The cleaning was fine, but I was very disappointed in their customer service after the fact. They left my back door unlocked and wide open and they broke something under my sink so I had a massive leak under my kitchen sink when they were done. Apparently they threw something under there. When I called them to complain about it they were pretty much like F so I would never recommend them to anyone for anything. I gave them a key and specific instructions on how to lock it and when I came home it was wide open.

Needed help with vacuuming and mopping 4 story 2200 town house. Thought that if they finished the floors there might be time for dusting. Well 3 ladies arrived and cleaned my house from top to bottom immaculately in just under 2 hours. They were runni g 15 minutes behind their estimated arrival time and i received an email to let me know this. Also accomodated me at very short notice. They did such a thorough job that they even cleaned my stainless steel and cooker top. Kasia was an excellent point of contact onsite. All 3 ladies were polite and courteous. I would whole heartedly recommend them and intend to use them again.

This condo has been occupied by a sick relative who is unable to clean it regularly. Anna's responded quickly to my initial call and the workers showed up on time. I specifically told Anna's when I called that the kitchen and bathroom floors and fixtures were in bad shape and needed a good, thorough scrubbing. I told them that only exteriors of stove, refrigerator, cabinets needed to be cleaned; not interiors. I indicated that the 3-hours paid for should be focused on the two bathrooms and the kitchen and, if any time was left, then standard dust/ vacuum should be done in the remaining rooms. I was very disappointed. Floors in both the bath and kitchen had spots where I could use a finger nail and scratch off gunk. Bathroom sink still had dried toothpaste stuck to the sides that, again, I could scratch off with a nail. One bathroom wood cabinet still had a dribble of toothpaste or soap down the front of it. Same with the the kitchen stove surface--brown spots I could scratch off with a nail but they did not bother to put out the effort needed to get it off. Shower in bath still had dried soap all over the soap dish and soap scum and spots of mildew on the tile walls. Bottom line, if you need anything other than a routine cleaning of not-very-dirty-places, this is not the service for you.

They arrived as I was picking up the very last of my things and got right to work. I didn't stay, and they were alright with letting themselves out when they were done and working with our onsite maintenance person if it was needed. The new tenant was pleased with the service.

This was our first time with Anna's Maids and they did a wonderful job. The woman I spoke to on the phone to schedule an appointment was friendly and extremely flexible. We purchased the 10 hours of cleaning deal for $220 which was actually 2 people for 5 hours. Victor and Maria arrived promptly at 8am and they did a fantastic job! Our house is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, with a finished basement and they were able to complete the job in 5 hours. Everything looked wonderful! We will definitely be requesting Maria and Victor again in the future!

General cleaning of bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.... Very cluttered area, as everything had not been put back into place after renovation. I would give them an A for the actual cleaning. The reason I am giving them a B, is because the day before they changed the scheduled time without informing me. I called about an hour after they were supposed to be here. Was informed of the schedule change and the new time. They were then about 1 1/2 hours late for the new time. A phone call would have raised the rating.

Great! Cleaned all the cabinets and floors! Was so happy when I opened the microwave and it was spotless ! Went to the bathrooms. .it was as if they were hotel bathrooms. So clean and tidy!

Very professional, Very timely, Reliable, Came when they said they would come. They get a lot done in a short period of time. I would use them again.

Some of the cleaning was done well-bathrooms, floors, windows. Substance used on microwave ruined inside finish of microwave, which actually is irreparable. I think the offending agent is something called Fabuloso, brought in by Anna's maids, but am not sure of the full name.

Broke my hip so things hadn't been done for about 6 weeks. Roman and Yana came on time and after I explained what I needed done, they dug right in and did an excellent job. I would hire them again.

They did their job well.

I thought the cleaning was fairly thoroughly. They were extremely tolerant and friendly with my attention seeking cat. I would use them again.

House looked great. They worked around my children and were able to get everything I needed done in the allotted time.

I am so thrilled by the services offered by Anna's Maids. It was actually the first time that I have used Anna's Maids but definitely not the last one. They did a excellent in my 2 bedroom apartment. The areas of my place I was most pleased with were the bathroom and kitchen. It looked so fantastic that I didn't do any cooking in the kitchen for the next 3 days - obviously I didn't want it to get dirty! They even stayed for longer than was estimated, and scrubbed the place top to bottom which I have not expected. THANK YOU ANNA's MAIDS see you within 2 weeks!

The service was exquisite. Everything was cleaned from top to bottom; when I came home it smelled clean and looked even better! They were nice enough to accept my expired deal that I had purchased through Angie's List. They called and emailed to confirm times and dates and what to expect. They brought all of their own supplies and nothing was needed from me at the time of service. I would recommend them and definitely will be using their service again.

Evelina and Teresa arrived just twenty minutes late but got right to work for three hours, non-stop. My home sparkles. They work well together. I am very satisfied.
