They missed some cleaning. They could have been more thorough.

Great team! Did everything I asked and more, my place has never looked so clean!

They listened to the list of cleaning "hot buttons" my wife and I had. They gave us advice on keeping things from rusting or turning grey. (We were using the wrong cleaning supplies on certain parts of our house). It was well worth the visit.

I really liked their work! They were courteous and very hard working. I was happy with how it turned out. I will definitely use them again!

The cleaning people arrived ahead of the scheduled time (which was OK), and did a relatively good job with their cleaning. However, I discovered after they left that they had completely forgotten to clean my powder room bathroom, even though I specifically pointed it out to them when they first arrived. The service followed up with me to ask how it went and I told them about the powder room--they said they would send them back to clean it and I provided some times that would work, and they they never showed up or followed up again. I think they are expensive and would have expected better service for what they charge.

The two women arrived on time and did a pretty good job cleaning--as good as any of the other services we've tried and better in certain rooms. Two problems were noticed after they left: a significant scratch on the newly-installed family room floor and caulk from the bathtub ended up ruined. I was upset about the floor because the workers did not report and actually left the couch out 18" from the wall in what I perceived to be an attempt to cover it (apparently they dragged the couch and it gouged the floor). I was happy with the resolution as I called the company and they were quick to write me a check to purchase the repair/replace tool necessary to install a new plank instead of me needing to remove 1/3 of the floor. I did not bother reporting the caulk because I had planned to re-caulk anyway, but it seemed that the cleaner they used was either too strong or left on too long.

Cleaned my condo. While there was more to do than the two-hour time slot allowed, the two women worked fast and quickly. They seemed dedicated to doing a good job.

They cleaned a friend's house while she was in the hospital giving birth. She said that it was wonderful to come home to a fresh place.

Summary: Absolutely Fabulous! I will seek their service again and HIGHLY recommend to anyone! Detail Review: I arranged everything by exchanging messages via Angie's List's messaging service. The person call me the day before the appointment to confirm me of the time. Few hours before the appointment they called me to inform about only one person that'll be doing the cleaning, so they wanted to show up early to complete the job; which was perfectly fine with me. When the cleaning lady showed up, right on time, she was very very professional and did an excellent job. Me and my wife were so impressed!

Omg the did a wonderful job. My house has never shined this brightly.

I used Anna's earlier this year, and this twice this month alone to prepare for long-term house guests and a party we hosted at our home. Anna's cleaners have consistently been punctual, reliable, hard-working, and responsive to any areas where I felt they missed. They always gladly go back and clean those areas when I point them out. I have been satisfied with my experience thus far.

Very happy with the service , always friendly ,fast, and detailed . They do the bathroom , floors , dusting, desk , windows if needed etc to many to count. Office is always easy to contact , you can text them which is very helpful when you work during the day. Also they always contacting me to find out how was everything to make sure i am satisfied which is very nice.

Great. 3 hours. One girl was superior. The other girl was not as thorough. Averaged out to A work. Have recommended them to two people. Plan to have them back in next two weeks. Will not have as much to do. Also reclined two of my cabinets.

It was wonderful. They did a great job. The deal said that they were supposed to provide their own supplies, but the balked at that a little. A supervisor came to check the work before and after the service.

They damp ragged the baseboards, which is awesome, vaccumed everything, excellent job on bathrooms, cleaned the kitchen floor, dusted thoroughly. They moved very quickly and the house smelled nice and looked terrific afterwards. I can't stand cleaning products that smell very strong or ammonia-y. The ladies spoke very little English, which was tricky to navigate, at times. They were very nice and I'm very happy with the job they did. Especially for the Angie's coupon price of $145 for 3 hours!

I thought the two service providers were very good. They did not need much supervision and I was very happy that they cleaned, as directed, with the special products that we wanted used. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, they were very good. My only issues were not so much with the cleaners, but with their office: They wanted to start the clock at exactly 10:30 am as agreed but they did not arrive until around 11 am. Thus, I had to pay extra for them to stay the extra 3-45 minutes to finish the job. I purchased a special cleaning package for 5 hours per cleaner. They did not get through the condo in that time period and they had an appointment right after my job. So, they had to call and get permission to finish the work. Additionally, I had to pay additional charges to finish the condo. I emailed someone in Anna's office several times to explain that the condo was going to be a big job. The Anna's person reassured me that 10 man hours would be enough but it was not. Also, they did not bring nearly enough paper towels to do the job. They brought enough for about half the job. So I had to supply them something like 15 rolls of paper towels. I would still hire them again in the future but with a much clearer understanding of timing, fees and product.

Anna's Maids made it very easy to schedule an appointment and were very responsive to all communications - even when I had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute. I will say that the cleaning job was average, not up to par with other services I've had. They definitely cleaned and took good care of my things as they did, but I wouldn't bring them back because of a little carelessness as they cleaned. For one, a shelf in my shower seemed to be dirtier after they cleaned than before. Probably from using a soiled towel to wipe it down. It's a high shelf so they may not have noticed. I'm tall so I noticed immediately. There was also a thick blue substance splattered all over the back of my toilet - presumably toilet bowl cleaner - that wasn't wiped away. A similar blue substance - hopefully not toilet bowl cleaner - was all over the bar of soap in the shower. Lastly, magazines that were on my husband's nightstand were thick with dust although the nightstand had been cleaned, which means they wiped down the nightstand but didn't touch the magazines - not even to move them while they cleaned the table. The services were very affordable, but I probably wouldn't hire them again.

The clean up crew did a good job. The only negative is that they did not speak much English.

I have used Anna's Professional cleaning for one year now. We had no problem , and been very happy with service they offer, 2 person crew are coming every other week on time and do very good job. We have recommended service to our family and friends, which all of them are very happy. Our house is nice and clean after each visit from Anna's Professional Cleaning. Keep up good work.

2 ladies showed up with all the equipment except the vacuum. Theirs had just broken down and we didn't mind them using ours. They did a great job in the bathroom and the kitchen as well as the bedrooms. The only minor issue I didn't notice until after they had left was that they didn't vacuum or clean at all under some easily movable furniture like our daughter's play kitchen, the shoe rack, etc. There I found some pretty decent amounts of dust and dirt. They had all the attachments for our vacuum that would've allowed them to quickly vacuum underneath in those place. But again, not a huge deal and overall we were very happy with the result. We'll definitely use them again in the future.

They were fantastic! I have never had such a clean home! One of the people actually spent 1 whole hour in my bathroom! And I didn't think my bathroom was that dirty!

The housecleaners were great but the people setting up the appointment and Angie's List themselves leave me never wanting to use their services again. I purchased this as a one time deal and the cleaning company tried to communicate with me through the Angie's List website which was difficult because I did not have an angies list membership and therefore did not have an account. So I called Angie's List to get a direct phone number and email for the cleaning company and waited on hold and it was just very inconvenient. Even after calling the cleaning company I never knew if I had an appointment and had to call them several more times to verify my appointment was set up and get a definite day and time. On my appointment day, the cleaning crew of 2 people got lost and showed up over 45 minutes late. They actually did a great job cleaning but used most of their time on the first floor and I feel like they did not clean my second floor very well because they ran out of time even though I told them I would pay for extra time but I think they were late to their next appointment because they were late getting to my house. Then to top it all off, Angie's List overcharged me by $15.00 on my credit card. I paid for $130 for 3 hours of cleaning and it even shows up that way in my purchased history on the angle's list website, but my credit card statement came and they charged me $145.00. Really nice!! Now I have more aggravation to deal with. Never again Angie's List!!

They are very professional and hard-working, and it's very easy to get in touch with the main office with any scheduling changes or issues. It took us a few times to get the right crew for our needs, but Anna's was very willing to work with us and has recommended a new crew that does an even better job. We would recommend using Anna's Professional Cleaning!
