The whole experience was fantastic. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they showed up on time, were professional, and did a thorough job cleaning the house. I will definitely use them again.

It went well. I did have to ask a couple of times for them to clean something that was missed. I also requested a door to be cleaned down and it was not cleaned. I believe more effort could have went into it as well.

Anna's was GREAT! They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and follow-on emails. I had to catch a plane in the afternoon, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, even coming earlier than normal to be 100% sure they'd be done in time for me to make it. They did a wonderful thorough job. I was very satisfied and plan to use them again.

The team came in and did an excellent job in record time. I would use again.

not good a bunch of cleaning companys called non of which cleaned blinds your service does not work it sucks

The young ladies from Anna’s Maids were amazing. They were prompt in arriving at my location. They did a complete cleaning of the entire apartment including the window blinds, refrigerator and stove and the inside of all cabinets. They were pleasant and extremely efficient. I would definitely contact this company again for cleaning services.

I needed an overall cleaning, and given the fantastic ratings for this company I went for their 4-hour $104 deal. However, there were problems from the start. To begin with, the company gave my phone number to the wrong team of workers, who called to say they were here when they weren't. The real team showed up half an hour late. The actual cleaning - dusting, floors, bathroom, kitchen - went pretty well. However, some examples of the problems were: 1. Each person thought the other one was going to clean the laundry room, and so neither of them did. 2. They moved things and then didn't put them back. Shoes from the bedroom wound up in the laundry room, the bathroom trash can was left in the living room, my pills (medications) were taken off the table and left on a chair seat under the table, requiring me to search for them. Lots of things like that. There was also a tendency to leave things where I couldn't reach them - I'm just out of surgery and in a walker, which limits my mobility, but they clearly didn't take that into account. 3. Worst of all, I specifically told them to clean the office floor but NOT to touch anything on the desk, including the computer. One person ignored that instruction and dusted off the computer keyboard, pushing dust and crumbs down between the keys. Now several of the keys stick, and I'll have to either get someone to fix it or else buy a new one. 4. The team was there for 2:15, and the extra 15 minutes was taken up with showing them the problems they had created. I was then sent an invoice for $145, well over the $104 quoted for the "deal". I sent all this information to the company and refused to pay them until they addressed these issues. Their response was to cut the invoice back to $104, where it should have been, and requested a picture of the keyboard. No compensation for any of the problems or for the damaged computer keyboard. I paid the $104, because they did do some cleaning. But I won't be using this company again.

They are wonderful! Hired them to clean our previous condo and now for our home. Always prompt and do a quick and fantastic job. Send helpful reminder texts the day before. Would highly recommend

Anna's was easy to contact and schedule an appointment with. 2 people came to the house, I showed them what I wanted and left them alone. 2 hours later I came back and everything looked great, and sparkled.

We use Anna’s Maids when our regular cleaning person is not available or for extra cleaning for special occasions. They are always punctual and reliable and do a great job. They are very efficient and work quickly to get the job done. I also like that they ask for feedback so if you have any issues or items that you would have liked cleaned better or differently they can correct them. I would not hesitate to hire them again and will surely do that!

Monica and Jenny were on time and very friendly and professional. They did a nice job of cleaning our main level and the basement. Since this was a one time service, as we are moving, I realize that the price is a little higher than having a regularly scheduled service. The charge was $282 for 4 hours. There were a few areas missed but overall, we were very pleased with their service. I would definitely hire them again if we were staying in the area.

Looked good on surface, at a glance. At a closer look the kitchen floors were not clean, especially the corners. Cabinets still had grease and grime. The bathroom floor had not been swept, or more specifically, underneath the vanity (I took pictures to show them) . Some of the areas that I had specified they clean (closets) had not. I left a message regarding this and no one ever responded. I was told they would provide cleaning supplies - they were cleaning my cabinets with Windex. Derrick did give me a discount for this. I did not require them to clean the entire house, just focus on the basement, kitchen and 1.5 baths. The basement required vacuuming, cleaning/sweeping out 3 closets of which they only did 2, and washing down the baseboards. Moving from there to the kitchen, after about 30 minutes, before finishing the kitchen, I was told they needed to leave. I told them that Derrick had scheduled me for 3 not 2 hours. I was quoted for 1200 sq ft and again they did not touch the 2 bedrooms upstairs , the den, or the living room/dining room/hallway. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Great Service and great value! The team comes monthly to clean my house and they always do a great job! I really appreciate the attention to detail. The team even takes the time to organize as well! Thank you for simplifying my life!

No one contacted me back. This service stinks

The services were alright. The team was definitely rushing as if they had another appointment to get to immediately. When I came home that afternoon, the bathroom floor hadn't been swept, there was still hair in one shower and the faucets in both bathrooms looked dirty and streaky/still had toothpaste spatterings on them. To be fair, someone did text me that day and ask how the services were. When I said they were subpar, they offered to come back, which I really appreciated. We had family in town so we ended up just having to clean it ourselves. About three weeks later, I got a text that said we hadn't paid for our services when we had actually paid before the cleaners even left our home. Luckily, we paid via PayPal and had a receipt. Again, they apologized, but the disorganization was just unprofessional enough to make me not want to hire them again.

Went well, wish they had cleaned the basement as requested

I use Anna's maids frequently and they do good work! However, they sometimes have to readjust their appointment times at the last minute so you have to be a bit flexible.

We have used Anna's Maids for the last few years and they always did a really nice job of cleaning our home. Prior to this cleaning, they sent a man and a lady to clean and they were great. Now I was told they are no longer with the company. I was disappointed with the 2 girls sent this time. They missed alot of dusting areas. Poor job vaccuming and washing the floors. They vaccumed and washed around throw rugs instead of picking up and cleaning under. I was disappointed.

We were very happy with the work they did. I thought the price was reasonable and they were willing to accommodate to exactly the cleaning we wanted done that day. I will definitely hire them again!

The service was incredible, they cleaned the entire house top to bottom, quickly and efficiently, I'm looking forward to hiring them again when I need a cleaning.

Terrible service! We choose them because they had great reviews, but unfortunately ours was beyond below standards. Two young girls came for a basic house cleaning. Their work was pretty mediocre- missed a lot spots/areas on the floor that needed dusting, we asked them to focus on cleaning the kitchen but they failed to scrub the sink! Plus, they asked to borrow my vacuum (because apparently theirs was broken) but they ended up breaking mine! I wouldn’t be as bothered by this if they mentioned it broke before leaving, but I went to use it the following day and noticed it. So unprofessional!

The team sent out was on time and went to work right away. They were focused and worked hard for about 4 hours. The results were amazing ... we didn't think our stovetop and cupboards could look so great. The floors and carpets were spotless as were the bathrooms. We definitely will have them back on a regular basis. The were professional and friendly.

All is super sparkling and clean, clean clean!! Renata and Romick did an awesome job. Even mark on walls and spots on floor. Wowee!! We will have Annas back for presale cleaning for sure!
