The women did a great job and cleaned everything I asked for within the two hour purchase deal. General, all purpose cleaning. I was very satisfied.

Overall the house was clean and ready for thanksgiving guests. The only concern was that in the bathroom, my son's bath toys had a white powdery cleaning product on them and there was white cleaning product on the cups we use to wash his hair with as well as on the shower curtain.

The maid service was fine but I couldn't establish a regular visit. They changed times on me then I didn't continue with them. I had them a couple of times. They don't show up when they say they'll be back the next day. After a couple of times we tried, we gave up. The ones who were here did a good job. They weren't reliable.

They did an excellent job! They were very thorough and didn't miss a detail. My sink has never been so white. I would definitely use them again!

They provided no service. They no called, no showed on our agreed date of service. They provided very poor communication. They could have avoided all of this had they just simply communicated with the consumer.

They were on time and the level of cleaning was good, they did not bring all cleaning supplies as advertised, but I would hire them again to clean my house. It was not deep cleaning that was needed, just a good house cleaning before the holidays. They were two housekeepers sent to clean a 2500 square foot home, with 2.5 bathroom. The housekeepers did not have to clean any bedrooms, they were responsible for the cleaning the, living room, dinning room, kitchen, finished basement, and 2.5 bathrooms.

Cleaning crew did a great job, love coming home to clean smelling house. We have booked them for recurring cleanings

I would highly recommend Anna's Maids for a standard cleaning. They were able to schedule my service quickly and the cleaning crew was prompt, professional, and did amazing work. I was very impressed with how much they completed in two hours. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I called and thankfully was able to get an appointment on Friday before the move in. They came early and finished early. The place looked great. The fridge looked brand new inside. Will definitely call again for service in the future.

Anna's Maids texted me the day before saying that they would have to move my 1:30 appointment to 2:00 because of scheduling conflicts. I was fine with this but seemed strange. The day of the cleaning they proceeded to arrive at 2:38pm, 38 mins after they had already adjusted my scheduled start time. They did not call to tell me that they were running late and at 2:16 I texted to find out if they were still coming and received a response shortly after from someone saying they were stuck in traffic and would arrive in 10 mins. They cleaned the house about as well as I clean it when I clean but I figured for professionals and the price that I would be wow'ed. They didn't clean the front of our cabinets, the floor inside the pantry was still full of cat hair, when I opened the microwave it was still covered in whatever cleanser they were using to clean it. It looked like they sprayed it in to let it soak and never returned to clean it up. When I checked out the master bathroom the shower doors no longer open smoothly. I don't know if the bearings in the wheels where already on their way out or whether the maids were too rough on them and broke the bearings but now we will probably need new shower doors. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt on the doors which is why I am giving the a C but if I knew for a fact they broke them I would be giving an F. The cleaning people left promptly at 5:00pm. The Angie's List deal that I had purchased was for 3 hours of cleaning. Since they arrived at 2:38pm, 38 mins late I was shorted that cleaning time. They said that they were finished when they started packing up at 5pm but I'm guessing in the 38 mins I was shorted they could have probably cleaned the cleanser they left in my microwave, cleaned the front of my cabinets, and cleaned inside my pantry.

Anna's maids is very reasonably priced, less than the commercial cleaning services seen on TV. And I feel they do a better job. They arrive on time and the cleaners are hard at work immediately. My home was spic and span in no time. I will use them again and again.

Because of my original review in which I mentioned there was construction during clean up, they contacted me after the review was posted and stated that I would have to pay an additional $140 because they performed post construction clean up. Which they did not! I am upset they are wanting to charge me more after the fact instead of letting it be known at the time of the cleaning. I feel like they are charging more Only because I said in my review there was construction being done at the time.

A friend of mine was here with cleaners (I was in hospital) he did not give me any negative reports. I have used Anna's Maids before and have been very happy with their work.

My husband works full time and I have a disability which makes cleaning the house almost impossible. I used to love cleaning but I can't do much of it anymore. That's why we contacted Anna's Maids. The bathrooms and our kitchen hadn't been deep cleaned in quite awhile and we decided, for the first time, that we needed some help with these kinds of chores. They were quick to reply to my husband who had sent an email requesting a quote. The day they came to do the cleaning they were professional and answered all of the questions my husband had. Two providers worked diligently for 2 hours in which they cleaned the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and then tackled the kitchen. At my first glance, I was so ecstatic to see a shiny bathroom floor, sink and tub. We have glass tub doors and those looked sparkly as well. The kitchen made me just as happy. They even got a major sticky spot off the laminate wood flooring. We had been working on that spot for weeks and they were able to remove it. I want to tell you that Anna's did a great job. These 3 rooms looked so fantastic after having spent many months with none of our attention. Unfortunately, they missed a few things but these were things I did not notice until at least a week after the cleaning. In the upstairs bathroom the tile wall, with the faucet and shower head, was not cleaned. Soap scum/residue still covered the tile and the bottom halves of the glass shower doors were still covered in soap scum as well. The top halves were so clear they looked like windows but the bottom halves looked the same as before they came to clean. Overall, I was so pleased with their cleaning that we will be contacting them again for a quote on adding things like dusting and vacuuming.

They were fine. No problem. There were no additional charges. It was set up for a mutual date that worked for both of us. It was fine. We purchased it through another company who called me and said they wouldn't come out to my house because I was too far away from them so Anna's Maids was the secondary company and it was probably a month between those times. Again it wasn't a real big deal, they cleaned cabinets. Interactions were, I said hello, told them what I wanted them to do, I went back to work and they did the job. The work they did was fine, no problems. They were on time.

The Service arrived promptly and spent two hours cleaning the entire two floors. Both owners, my son and daughter in law, work long hours and have a two year old so arranging objects, toys, clothes neatly was done with care. They were thorough, including cleaning the stove top, counters and kitchen floor, washed dishes and cleaned all the appliances, thoroughly mopped floors and vacuumed stair carpeting and upstairs bedroom carpeting. There was a lot to do but they worked efficiently and smoothly. On the way out the front door one of the housekeepers notices a small smudge on the storm door that I never noticed, and promptly stopped and cleaned it. They were friendly and professional.

They did a nice job. They spent more time tiding our kids' rooms than I expected, which was great but left them a little short to get to some of the first floor. I would hire them again.

We have used Anna's twice now. First for our pre-move clean and they did a great job. More recently, I purchased the deal for 2 people for 2 hours for $95 for a standard house cleaning. They were on time, efficient and polite. The house was sparkling and even did a few things I didn't expect- cleaned out the coffee maker and toaster oven! It was worth every penny to come home to a clean house!

I have used this service twice now. They did a pretty good job cleaning, however the workers did not speak any English, which made it difficult to communicate. I asked them not to use water on my hardwood floors and instead use a spray cleaner which I provided to them. The first time they cleaned I had no complaints, but the second time they did not vacuum or sweep the floors before they polished them. And they used water on the hardwood floors when I specifically asked them not to.

They missed some cleaning. They could have been more thorough.
