Anna's Maids

Two wonderful women arrived right on time. I went through the house and pointed out what I needed. I had also let the provider know what was needed during scheduling. I left the house briefly. When I returned one of the women let me know what rooms were cleaned so I can relax there while they cleaned. I ended up needing an additional hour of cleaning and it was done at no charge. My house was in need. I was concerned about what to expect when I scheduled the work. I did not need to be the women were friendly and professional and did good work .

The cleaning person arrived promptly at 8 o'clock in the morning, and over a four hour period thoroughly cleaned my home including dusting all furniture, vacuuming all floors, dry mopping hardwood floors, and washing all non-carpeted surfaces. In addition The house cleaner cleaned two bathrooms and a kitchen thoroughly. She was very personable and did a great job. I will definitely use Anna's maids againfor cleaning.

very good with the crew of 2 ladies are so hard working, they know what to do they move fast and work fast prices are reasonable too i tipped them twice, seeing that they worked so hard, and she even said it's ok, how sweet, and they took it anyway the owner or whoever is coordinating the scheduling is also very prompt in responding, and following up on the job highly recommended and will definitely reuse

We've been loyal Anna's customers for a year or two. I need to extend a huge compliment for the absolutely amazing cleaning job they do. For example, last Friday they came to clean. It's been a few days, and we're still stumbling on things that make us say "wow!" Beyond just the thorough cleaning - the little touches here and there, the great job putting things away, and the things that really make us smile even beyond a normal cleaning. For example - they cleverly put one of my kids' little plastic turtle toys in potted plant (like it lived there), much to the delight of my children and I when we discovered it.

I have used Anna's Maids on more than one occasion. Their staff is prompt - even a few minutes early!! They are very pleasant and willing to clean. I just used them a few days ago and they did a wonderful job cleaning my kitchen, and refrigerator. The floors throughout my place are spotless! The bathroom is sparkling clean. The bedroom looks beautiful. The living clean is also neat and tidy. They even helped start to organize my den - they don't quit working. Their services are excellent - they are very reliable. I will continue to use them without any hesitation. I highly recommend them over other services you could get out of a phone book! Overall, A PLUS!

I requested a cleaning service from this company on the 12th of February. We agreed to a time for 2:00 pm on 02/17/16. They confirmed this appointment with me on 02/16/16 at 3:53 pm. I responded and told them that this was great. Then at 5:23 pm on 02/16/16 they told me that they needed to change the appointment date for the following day. I told them that this would not work because my husband would be getting therapy at this time. This morning 02/17/16 at 9:37 am they emailed me telling me that they would not be coming at all, even though I offered that I could take another day because I did need their help before my Saturday company arrived. I just feel very disappointed that they scheduled the service with me and they did not keep their appointment.

They cleaned the kitchen, washroom, dusted and floors. They were polite, punctual and professional.

The ladies came on time and did a great job cleaning the house.

The girl and woman we had did a wonderful job cleaning our house. They were very thorough in their cleaning and we were impressed. Also very friendly and polite. We would definitely use Anna's Maids again and have already recommended to a neighbor.

The women who came did a great job for us. They were so nice and our house was immaculate when they left. We have chosen to hire them back on a monthly basis but will probably switch to bi-weekly this summer.

We were very happy and satisfied with the level of detailed cleaning that Anna's maids did with our move in cleaning. After they cleaned they asked to make sure I was happy with their service and that nothing was missed. Overall they were professional and thorough and we have decided to use their cleaning services again. I highly recommend Anna's maids.

Two of Anna's maids were able to make my unfinished basement sparkle. Apoxy floor, drywall and cabinets were spotless.

Everything was great! They got a lot more done in three hours that I would have ever thought was possible. I've decided to hire them on a more regular basis.

The team came and we had probably one of the best cleanings since moving to Chicago. These ladies dusted behind things, got the baseboards clean, and did a great job on the rest of the house. I will definitely use them again.

Everything was done very well. Immaculate comes to mind. My stainless kitchen appliances looked terrific: no streaks (something I can't do!). They cleaned glass-covered pictures and dusted their frames. These women even emptied out and cleaned the bagless vacuum cleaner! I had them return a few days later to clean 3 chandeliers/hanging light fixtures and again, they did a great job. They're careful and thorough. When I need serious cleaning again, I'll contact Anna's Maids (and probably ask for the same two women!)...

They did a very good job. Pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning, including bathrooms and floors. Recommended.

Once they got here they were excellent cleaners. However, they kept changing the time on us from 11 am to 1pm to 3pm to 5pm and finally 7pm.

Everything was great but had to send in money ahead of time-they don't do credit cards.

I scheduled a three hour cleaning with two people and one of them did basically nothing. Purchased the "coupon" ahead of time on Angie's List. The woman had to do essentially everything while the man had a vacuum running while sitting down on the stairs...So, would have been okay overall if I had just paid for the woman, but since I paid for two people, I expect them both to be working throughout. (Ok, the guy did vacuum occasionally, but it was by no means three full hours of hard work). This makes me suspect that it's hit or miss based on who you get. They were also arguing throughout, but in another language so I couldn't understand what they were saying. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were responsive on the phone. They had to change the appointment time by an hour, but let me know the day before. Then they showed up 35 minutes late still, which isn't that huge of a deal, but isn't great. My house didn't get nearly as clean as I wanted it, mostly because it was too much work for one person to do. They called me for feedback afterwards, and I provided it and they listened and said "thanks for the feedback" but didn't apologize for the quality of service. Won't be using them again, unfortunately. On the phone, they were pleasant and professional. Hate writing bad reviews...but based on the quality of cleaning I received, I can't recommend.

They were okay. They cleaned good. I really liked the ladies who came out. They were not the best cleaners I've ever had but they were good. I wouldn't say they were extraordinary.

They did excellent work. There was a lot to be done in the amount of time they had and this was all and done extremely well by two very hard working women. I had very specific requests, inside windows and I have 3 - 3 panel sliding glass doors, my front doors are double top to bottom glass, kitchen cabinets were wiped down, the white tile shined. They brought cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, garbage rags etc... I asked them to use my cleaning products and vacuum cleaner. They had about 4200 square feet to clean. I would hire them again in an instant.

Setting up the appointment after the deal was very easy, they were quick to respond to messages through the web site. Setup the appointment for about a week after I had bought the deal. They sent 2 maids over. I had wanted to prioritize the order of cleaning since I was getting them for a fixed time and wanted to make sure I got important areas first, they assured me that would be possible in the email, but when the maids go there I had a little trouble communicating that as there was a bit of a language barrier. In the end it didn't matter, because they were able to clean our whole house (approx 2000 sq ft) in the time paid for. Overall I was pleased with the service, the quality was good. We had a pretty dirty bathroom and tub and they were able to get that clean. Did the standard stuff, vacuumed, dusted, washed all surfaces in bathrooms and kitchen.
