Service was good. The ladies worked hard and cleaned nicely. They were professionals. I gave them B only because they didn't pay attention on cleaning the floor corners and under the beds or small furnitures. As always work is done properly when we pay attention, I will know better next time.

They were professional and thorough.

Very well, the ladies were punctual and worked very hard. The bathrooms looked great and are still sparkling. They did a very nice job. I was having a large wedding reception at the house and I wanted it to be fresh and clean for the event. It was!!! My only issue is that I was trying to communicate the fact that I really wanted them to spend the majority of the time on 3 bathrooms and the kitchen since that would be the most visible and used for the party. I'm not sure they understood but I didn't want them to spend time dusting the 4 bedrooms upstairs at all. I just wanted the floor vacuumed. That time could have been better spent in the kitchen and family rooms. I think they were actually running out of time at the end at that was kitchen time. In the end it all worked out and the house looked AWESOME Thank you so much, I will call for more service.

The workers miscalculated the time and left one hour (2 labor hours) early. When they realized the mistake, they apologized and said they had been rushing. Consequently, some areas were missed and I had to redo them myself. When I informed Anna's Maids that I had paid for 12 labor hours but only received 10 they offered to make a price adjustment the *next* time I hired them. I don't make it a habit to re-hire companies that fall so short of the mark.

I have been using Anna's Maids for 3 years already and they never let me down. Always on time, always quick and very professional! They maids work very hard and you can tell but they do an extraordinary work! I am always more than satisfied with the service provided by Anna's Maids!

It was my first time when I went with Anna's Maids and definitely not the last time! They were amazing, very fast, very professional. They weren't walkich around just to kill the time if there was some time left they were making sure that everything is clean, checking out the place looking for left dirt! Wonderful job. House smelled lovely for 4 days straight! I had deep cleaning bevause my windows needed to be cleaned as well. Great job, it didn't take long to put me trough the schedule, i waited a couple of days. Great company!

I have been using Anna's Maids for 2 years, I have scheduled by-weekly cleaning. The maids are always professional and extra kind. They are usually on time if they are running late I am always informed. Never had any troubles with them. They clean fast and always do what I ask them to do. Once in a while a do the deep cleaning which includes washing the windows. Im happy that I can rely on them. Sometimes before the party I have the emergency and they are always more than happy to help and schedule me in last minute;) Wonderful job!!!

It went very, very well! They were quiet and professional. they cleaned both bathrooms until they were spotless! They did a good job in the kitchen, too. Both bedrooms were spotless when they were through. they missed only one thing that I could tell, the very top of my refrigerator. My only desire would be that the floors could be cleaned by hand, but, I feel this way every time I get my home cleaned.

I have used Anna's Maids about 6 times and they have always done a very good job. Each time they show up when they say they will and they get to work immediately. The house looks great when they are done and seldom do I have any complaints when they are done. If I want them to focus on any area (or not worry about some) they are great about it. I like that I can text them for an appointment and they text me the day before they come to remind me.

The ladies arrived on time... I showed the around the house and gave instructions as to what I wanted done. They went to work immediately! Basically, Bathrooms (2) Sanitized Rooms Dusted and Vacuumed Kitchen - Wipe down of counters and appliances I was extremely surprised that they even washed the dishes, which I was not expecting! They also cleaned each ceiling fan... which I didn't even think about. All my hard floors were swept and mopped. They also vacuumed the stairs leading up to the bedrooms and the stairs leading to the basement wreck room! They worked hard and fast!

It was horrible. I fired them immediately. It was within a couple of days I think. We don't use them anymore. They did a terrible job of cleaning. They threw something out they shouldn't have thrown out after they put something pretty terrible inside of it. It was just a bad experience. It doesn't matter how good the price is for the job they did, give them an F. They were on time.

They did a terrific job and were very detailed as well. They were professional and on time and I just hired them again today for cleaning later this week. Also, they were the only service I ever used, that was able to get my stainless steel appliances looking like new!

It wasn't top notch service, it was only okay. They were quite responsive.

The crew stayed for 4.5 hrs instead of 9 (they said they had 2 people), and the work was very sloppy. The kitchen cabinets were dirtier than I left them - someone used a rag that was not clean to wipe them, and did not even bother to wipe all the way to the top, only to the point where they could reach (about 6 feet). Same happened with windows. They were similarly wiped with an dirty rug to about 5.5-6 feet (my windows are 9 feet), and you could see the rug trace marks. Blinds were not dusted. floor under the bed was not dusted or cleaned. Seems like most of the surfaces were not dusted (lamps, top of the fridge, air filter panel). The mirror in the bathroom also had fingerprints. They also used up all my sponges, and paper towels. It appeared as if they did not bring the proper tools to do the job. I took pictures, and emailed the company. They responded that they will send someone to re-clean 6 days later, but no one showed up. I did get a text that they could not find parking, and that's it. Can you imagine if I did not show up for work because I could not find parking?! Very unprofessional considering I left them a zone parking ticket with the door man the night before.

I purchased the Big Deal for housecleaning services and overall found it very worthwhile. The company was quick to respond to my purchase and arrange the cleaning. The cleaners showed up on time and- most importantly- the house looked great. I'll definitely use this company again for future cleanings.

Very good job by very nice people. Very thorough. In addition, there seemed to be some problem with my vacuum cleaner, and one of the cleaners repaired it. I'd like to have this couple back again.

The condominium unit was almost empty. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were empty, no furniture in either of the bedrooms, the bathroom cabinets were empty. The living room area had two couches, a coffee table, folding table and chairs, and a rocker. The 2 young ladies arrived at 11:20 am. They were scheduled to arrive at 10:30 am. They got right to work. I did see one of the young ladies sweep the floors and wipe the baseboards the other worked in the other room. They worked steadily until 1:20 pm. Before they left I checked the master bathroom. The shower doors still had soap scum (that white haze) on them and the floor of the shower had some spots of residue that could be scratched off with my fingernail. I pointed this out to the woman and she proceeded to spray a multi surface cleaner on the doors and wipe it with paper towel. It removed a little more of the soap scum and swirled it around on the door. She used a different product and got the floor residue off. I paid them, they collected their things and left. I had not looked as closely as I should have before the young ladies left. As I started to look at the completed job, I noticed that the stainless steel appliances had water marks and fingerprints left. On the kitchen cabinets and side of the refrigerator there was old, dry food splatter. I went into the bathrooms and looked at the shower and cabinets. It was not the shining result I had hoped for. I got on my gloves and got to work. Using Kaboom on the soap scum in the bathroom left me with clear doors and shiny chrome. I used Windex to remove the dried toothpaste from the vanity drawer. In the kitchen I used Windex on the stainless steel appliances. I had to go over them twice to make them shine, but afterwards they looked great. Some warm water and gentle rubbing took the old dried food splatter off the kitchen cabinet doors and a damp cloth removed some spots from the inside of the kitchen cabinets. I believe they just sprayed multi purpose cleaner and wiped things off with paper towel. If dirt came off, great. If it took more than a rudimentary swipe with paper towel, no further effort was made. I would not recommend this service for move in or move out cleanings.

Anna's maids were responsive, punctual and my condo was incredibly clean. I would absolutely hire them again.

Anna's maids did a very thorough job and in the time frame that was discussed on the phone. The place was sparkling clean after the maids were done. The stove and refrigerator looked brand new! The wood and tile floors have never looked better!

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It was fine. It worked out well. They came out when it was scheduled. We paid more than the price of the deal. We added a window cleaning and something else so we ended up spending about $400. There were some parts they missed. Their response was pretty good. There was a miscommunication from what we talked about on the phone. Then the lady came over to our place to clean but they did not talk to each other so they actually had to call each other to confirm what was going on. I think they should teach their cleaning lady more details of the job because he just wiped the surfaces and did not really clean them. My tenants complained about it. There are some missing parts as well so later I cleaned them by myself. Certain parts look clean, but if you go closer it is not clean.

Crew was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend, will use there services again in future.
