Great! Quick to schedule, prompt good work. When I email then and request date, they are careful to send the best team for the job.

The two women showed up promptly brought their own supplies, went right to work. Unearthed tons of clutter under beds. Sterilized rooms, bathrooms (including showers, tubs, and sinks) and floors. Picked up dirty clothes in sons room and sterilized floors there too. My wife was very happy, and I believe that a happy wife is a happy life.

We have used Anna's multiple times (every 1-2 months) over the last 2 years, usually for standard housecleanings. At the beginning, they for the most part did a good job and were very detailed. The only thing that kind of bothered me was that it was hard to get the same cleaners to our place - each time we asked them to come, a different crew would be sent despite our requests to send someone who had been to our house before. So every time, we had to explain our house and given instructions and sometimes had to call for an interpreter since some of the cleaners did not speak English very well. Initially this was not a huge deal because the cleaners overall did a good job. However in the last 6 months or so, we have had some issues with a couple of the cleaners - some did not do as good of a job, we had one instance where the cleaners put our stuff in random drawers and it took a couple of weeks for me to locate everything again, etc. We decided to continue on with Anna's because we figured if we could get the same crew each time, we wouldn't have to worry about the things that had happened before. For a few times, we were able to get some consistency but there have been 3-4 occasions now where we have gotten a confirmation text 24-48 hours prior to our appointment telling us that the appointment time has been changed or the crew being sent would be changed. These last minute changes have caused some problems for us and have been frustrating given some of the appointments had been set up for weeks before. Bottom line is, they have become a little unpredictable and less reliable and I think it is time for us to find a company that is more reliable. I think we would still use them from time to time if we need to because they do a decent job most of the time still but I think for our regular scheduled cleanings, we need someone who is more reliable and predictable.

I worked with this service in getting my home ready for a move out clean. The house was in terrible shape after a couple bachelor tenants left. The ladies stayed longer than expected until everything was looking spotless. I had a service do a cleaning like this once before and wasn’t even comparable to what was done here. Highly recommend any of their services.

I called to make an appt and they had availability exactly the time and date I asked for which was nice. I had very nice ladies as cleaners and they did such a great job that I'm definitely going to request them again. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them around my things. They were even super friendly to my cats. I have never had our house as clean before even though we were using cleaning services before ! Highy recommended.

I could not have been happier with this cleaning service!! Two thumbs up for the two woman who arrived promptly at 8AM and worked really hard for 6 hours each. They did such a thorough job, even cleaning the insides of the refrigerator and bathroom cabinets. I would highly recommend this service provider. They did a fantastic job and I have already requested pricing for monthly cleanings to keep our place sparkly and organized!

They showed up with two cleaning ladies and as we wanted for like a move out service and I thought it was really odd that one of the cleaning lady is basically gotten undress in front of me in the kitchen down to her bra and underwear to change, seem odd she wouldn't go into the bathroom like I have three bathrooms in that house to change and then the two cleaning individual that's suppose to be there for whatever until they were done couple of hours and then the one lady who decided to like get changed in front of everyone left within forty five minutes without no explanation just kind of walked out the door and then I called the company and be like what's going on and they were like yeah sorry she's new and she's got like something came up for her but you still have this one individual there and it was more I think it's strange, too frustrating. The one that was still there did a decent job but I wouldn't say it was great but it wasn't terrible either. It was great upon till it was just weird when they had someone we even it was just no communication.

They cancelled the day of scheduled appointment. Their rationale was that the house was out of their area.

In a word, excellent. They exceeded expectations, were thorough and did all the small stuff right. would definitely use them again

The ladies who came were delightful. The house looked a great deal better after they left. Not as detail oriented as it could have been, but there was a lot to do and I appreciated their help.

Everything went very well. 2 ladies were prompt and arrived right on time. Did a great job cleaning our house. Very professional, needed very little direction and knew exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Anna's Maids and will be using again in the future.

They were fantastic and cleaned things I didn't even ask them to, but were in need. Will be definitely hiring them again. I used them after having a disastrous experience with Companion Maids.

This was the best maid experience I have had in over a year. They did much more than the surface-level cleaning - they dusted, mopped, and legitimately cleaned the bathrooms. They even folded our laundry (something my wife & I refuse to do).

I've been using Anna's Maids for a while. My last cleaning was a husband and wife team and WOW! they did an awesome job. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. The house just sparkled! There is nothing better than a cleaned house. Thank you!

Fantastic. The place needed a lot of work, and they got it done!

It was fine, good. We have used them since. We have had them several times, generally they do a good job but I noticed they missed a couple of little things. They do what you ask them to do, that's the good part. I could probably change a few things if I could. They always seem to arrive early or late. But we have used them a lot.

It was FANTASTIC! They worked around our little dog and our big dog and were very friendly. They followed my instructions and left the floors VERY clean. We'll be back for sure.

WOW, that's the first thing that comes to mind. I had purchased a deal for (2) people to come and provide 4.5 hours of cleaning. Two amazing women came, were here right on time and after a quick tour of the house they dove right in. They were efficient, pleasant and quite honestly, this is the BEST cleaning I have ever had. They even ran a vacumn over the couch and chairs, cleaned the windows and everything in my house just seems to sparkle! I could not be more pleased. I need to find out the cost for a regular, monthly cleaning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had 3 service providers within 2 weeks. I was out out of town. The first provider could not find clean sheets so they put the dirty sheets back on the bed. I had to send somebdoy over there again to change the sheets. I now have a long term contract.

They only came out one time, and did not follow through on asking if I wanted any more cleaning services.

They did a very good job in particular with the kitchen and bathroom. They did not clean inside the fridge or oven, but I think you need to ask for this separately. I did very much appreciate that they used my vacuume, then dusted, and then washed the floors by hand, as I have primarily wood floors.
