Anna's Maids

Excellent service! We used Anna's Maids in December for the first time and now we have them coming every other week. Every time they leave my house I am amazed by how it looks and smells. They are punctual and reliable. The ladies are nice and work fast. Recommended them to my friends and family. Looking forward to seeing them next week!

We have been working with Anna's Maids since October, 2016. In two hours, 2 cleaners come in and take care of the cleaning. On occasion, I have noticed dust balls on the floors or the shower not looking clean. Also, one of our recent visits ended with our place having a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. During some visits, I have been left with the feeling that the cleaners spend more time organizing shelves than they do actually cleaning the essentials (the main shower, the floors, etc...). I am currently undecided if we will use this cleaning group again as I tried out a number of other local Chicago cleaners.

I am not very happy with them. They were late. There were two girls. One was 15 minutes late and the other was 20 minutes late. They did not seem to accomplish a lot in the 10 hours allotted. I checked my bathrooms and the mirrors were dirty. It just was not a good job. I did not have to pay more than the original price of the Big Deal. I think the price was okay, but not for what I received. I did not even want to call and complain because I did not want them to come back out. The way they made my bed, a 5 year old could have done better. I have two bathrooms and neither of them were quality cleaned. They did not empty garbage cans, or clean the mirrors. The faucets were not cleaned. In the kitchen they did not wipe down shelves, they did not vacuum our furniture. Maybe I was expecting too much, but for ten hours cleaning three bedrooms, two bath it could have been better.

In both homes they cleaned all the cabinets, shelves, windows and sills, baseboards, mopped floors. In the old home they cleaned refrigerators, freezer, oven etc. They did a great job. PRICE BELOW IS FOR BOTH JOBS.

Fabulous! Staff arrives on time and spotlessly cleans our home on a bi-weekly basis. They perform outstanding work and even removed a stain on our carpet without being asked. I have been through several cleaning companies and Anna's Maids is by far the best! I highly recommend Anna's Maids.

2 ladies hard workers fast workers had used Anna before but this last team was very good, like, surprised to see the results tipped them $60 well deserved

I wanted to write a review for your cleaning services performed in December. The ladies were punctual and paid attention to detail. They went above and beyond to leave our home spotless. As first time customers, we appreciate your services and will be using you again!

Anna's Maids exceeded my expectations. I am concerned about who comes into my home, so I always try out companies before hiring them for ongoing service. Anna's was my first request. I received an email response quickly and set up service only three days after my request. Donna and Beatrice arrived promptly and got right to work. They were very kind and performed their work diligently and carefully. The pricing is a bit on the high side, but for the work they did it was worth it. They have been hired for bi-monthly service.

Overall, well, except they used swiffers for the floors. The did not clean any of the floors thoroughly. Many baseboards were missed. Light fixtures were left dusty. The cleaners were very nice. Perhaps I needed to supervise their work, but I was working from home that day.

3 women came for 3+ hours and cleaned our 2000sqft house. They did a phenomenal job including cleaning walls and closets which were unexpected. Felt the need to tip $20 each so $280 all in is a bit much but they really did a great job. We've tried 5 services in 2 years and Anna's was the best

The 2 women that came were absolutely awesome! They were very friendly and did a great job. They cleaned so quietly which I appreciate because I have a newborn, yet they still did a perfect job. When I reached out to them, they responded immediately! Very professional!!! :)

When we used Anna's Maids for the first time we knew this is the right cleaning company for us. Now we have them coming every other week. Our house looks excellent every time! We have kids and dogs so it is not that easy to make it shine. The ladies are hard workers and they are very nice, the customer service is very professional and always understands our needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend!

Very, very well. The 2 ladies were very friendly and professional. They worked non-stopped from the moment they walked into the house. House looked sparkling clean when they left. The two ladies that came to clean my apartment were incredibly pleasant and did a terrific job cleaning. They were actually early for the cleaning. This is the second time I used Anna's Maids, and they made sure to clean my wood floors thoroughly (they learned that I am picky about my wood floors and in general :-)) and they were really thorough. I will definitely be looking to have them come to clean my apartment regularly for basic cleaning as long as they continue to have fair pricing.

Payed for a deep cleaing, and they did a basic clean and didn't even do a good job at that. I had to point out floor boards and other places that were not dusted. Many things were missed. The cleaners seemed very rushed and were out within a couple hours (4 bdrm 2.5 bath house).

I found them on Angie's List at the beginning of Dec. We were looking for a service to clean our home before the holidays. I booked a date for 12/19. I never received a confirmation, so I called and left a message a few days later. I never got a call back. These guys have great reviews so we were excited to hire them. Disappointing first experience.

Anna's Maids did an amazing job! For days we kept finding new things they cleaned out better than when we originally moved into our condo. We hired them again for another cleaning for a month out. I would definitely continue to use them as our cleaning service.

I'm very detailed so I hire cleaners knowing that no cleaner is going to clean my house to meet all my expectations. But Anna's Maids comes close enough. The house is cleaned well enough that the small misses I can take care of myself without taking much time. If you can be direct with what you want, Anna's Maids works with you to get it accomplished and if there is a problem they work to correct the issue. Very pleasant ladies who cleaned my home. All in all they did a good job and are priced fair. I will hire them again.

The 2 cleaning ladies they sent were fantastic. Not only did the company call the day prior to confirm, they followed up with a call after to make sure I was happy. And, I got a gift of a $5.00 starbucks card as a thank you! I will use them again and again!

They did a great job. They were punctual and went right to work. I needed help with my bed linens and they obliged. To my surprise, my baseboards were cleaned!! I am very happy with their service.

So I don't usually write reviews however the level of service combined with the follow up afterwards that I received was outstanding! I received a conformation text the day before service and then an update on approximate arrival time the day off. 2 women came and they did an excellent job in an incredibly timely manner. I've used other maids in the past and have found corners they cut after they left but not this time! I couldn't find a single place I felt they could have been done better. I will absolutely be using Anna's Maids again in the future and actually scheduled another appt the same day. Oh and today I received a nice thank you letter from them along with a $5 Starbucks gift card! I've never received that level of service before!

Great, looks fantastic. We hired them again. Just a few details missed but others were covered that I didn't expect, like cleaning our toaster.

I cannot say enough good things about Anna's maids cleaning service. The scheduling services are polite, professional, and accommodating. The cleaners are reliable, prompt, and trustworthy. They do a very good and thorough cleaning, working in pairs to get the job done quickly. These services are offered at a very reasonable price. The business provides additional conveniences to customers, like ability to book appointments online, and sending out courtesy text reminders of upcoming appointments. I am very grateful for, and have been spoiled by all of these amenities. I would be very reluctant to try another cleaning service because I am so happy with the quality of this one.
