Perfect job. The two ladies were right on time and got to work right away. Within two hours, they had cleaned everything I had asked of them and were able to do the living room and stairs too! My bathrooms and kitchen have never been cleaner. I would definitely hire again.

It went great. I had two ladies come for 2.5 hours. They did a great job and achieved more than past service providers did with more hours. I will definitely be having them back!

Two ladies came to clean. The seemed fast but efficient. My house was clean but I wouldn't say thoroughly clean. But I was happy with the cleaning service for my needs. The next day, I was packing to go to the hospital for my surgery, and noticed that my new headphones were missing. The box was still on top of my master bedroom dresser, but it was empty. This is the first time I was going to use the headphones. They were $300 Beats Solo 3 headphones. Yes, I should have put them in a place out of sight. But the fact is they were still missing. I immediately contacted Anna's Maids. They "looked into it" but all I was told was her ladies wouldn't do that, they would take a lie detector test, and they hired good people. Ok, well, I'm not lying either. And my headphones still aren't there. They blamed it on my dogs - who obviously can't open a box and take out the headphones and they blamed it on my 10 year old son - who absolutely doesn't want Rose Gold colored headphones. Finally, Anna's Maids agrees to replace the headphones. Great! But they won't tell me when or how I will get the headphones. It's now 3 weeks after they were here to clean and I'm only slightly closer to a resolution. Their communication is slow and beyond ridiculous at this point. I just want my headphones replaced or the money to replace them myself. I sent them the receipt over a week ago.

Very well. Two ladies arrived and my mother was very impressed with the results. As a note, my mother is difficult to please in this regard. I was pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism.

This was my first time using Anna's Maids and I was pleased at how easy it was to make an appointment, how flexible they were (I could specify a precise time vs. a "range" like other services) and how nice my condo looked (and smelled!) when I got home from work. I have hardwood floors and a cat, so keeping up with the dust and hair can be a challenge. The floors were mopped, which I really appreciated. I will use Anna's again.

AMAZING!! They were ridiculously punctual. The doorbell literally rang right at 8am when they were scheduled. They were super speedy, but the quality of the work did not in any way suffer. They were polite, professional, and they ultimately did an amazing job. We will definitely be hiring these ladies again.

I am highly impressed by Anna's Maids in every way! The two ladies that were very polite' they arrived on time and did a great job on each part of the house they cleaned. I have tried about 4-5 maid companies so far and I like them the best; I am hiring them for regular cleaning now. The company is very prompt and professional; I am very happy with them!

I have had 2 ladies from Anna's Maids cleaning my house for the past several months. They always arrive on time and ready to work. There have been occasions when I have to change the date or time of services and Anna's Maids has always been very responsive to my needs. I have been surprised and pleased that quite often they go 'above and beyond' expectations. For example, I expect that they will clean the floors and bathroom, dust the living, dining and bedrooms plus clean the kitchen. However, when I returned home one day, they had swept out the garage. Lots of leaves had blown in during the autumn and we had not gotten around to cleaning them out. I have been very please with their services and will definitely keep using them.

Great! The first time I used them, I hadn't had a cleaning at all since I'd moved into my house. I had soooooo much dust everywhere. They did a fantastic job!!! The second time I used them, they did a great job, too. I love how I can text the owner to schedule. The prices are fair market. I recommend them.

I have requested the services of Annas Maids for over a year now after the birth of my first child meant I was no longer on top of my housework. At first I was sent different crews each week, but then I came to particularly like the work of Maria so requested her as my regular lady. She was shortly joined by Natalia, and I think that both of them are excellent. Their attention to detail is wonderful. You get a real sense that care has been taken to not only clean your home, but take care of it and make it look beautiful. Maria and Natalia are fantastic at what they do. I have no doubt that they have many other exceptional skills in life, and feel very lucky to have them help me to clean my home. The office communication is great, and they always try to accommodate last minute schedule changes. I highly recommend.

I love Anna's Maids. I have used them for a year now. I am on a monthly schedule. Their cleaners know me and my home and what I look for in cleaning. I feel their prices are quite competitive, better than a commercial company I used to use. They always deliver quickly and expertly, they are courteous and professional. They are Excellent! A+

Super awesome. The quality of cleaning was top notch and could tell when I got home there was a lot of attention to detail. One HUGE convenience worth noting is the admin team (possibly owner/manager) was extremely responsive and available via text. Definitely a plus being able to communicate this way and getting prompt responses.

Two people arrived on-time, were efficient, and did an excellent job of cleaning. I am pretty picky about cleaning and they lived up to my standards!
