Description of Work: 2 ladies do the work, They have been here several times. General house cleaning in a 3 floor townhouse, 31/2 bathrooms. Vacumming, floorwashing , All the usual work. The ladies are very nice. One speaks English well and is sort of in charge. We have been very pleased with their work. They vacuum carpet stairs, clean shower stalls, toilets, bathtubs, wash floors in bathrooms and kitchen,,wash countertops, sink. Wash wood floors in dining room and living room.The only problem I have is that I would like them to come earlier, but that isn't always possible. They are usually here for 3 hours.

Description of Work: I have used Anna's Cleaning for a couple of years now and am very happy with them. We are a pretty disorganized household, so I asked the ladies (2) to devote extra time to "straightening," and they have done so without asking thereafter. They are wonderful. I would cut back on Starbucks and new clothes before I cut back on Anna's Cleaning. Over time, with 2 cleanings a month, the cleanliness standards in our house have risen. Sometimes they have trouble staffing at holiday times, like Christmas, and then we get someone else who doesn't know the routine so it's a little uneven then. But otherwise, we are very happy with Anna's Cleaning.

Description of Work: They have been cleaning for me for about 6 months now. They do a general cleaning of my house every two weeks. dust, mop floors, clean bathrooms and kitchen, and vacuum all carpeting. They dust the window sills, baseboards light fixtures etc. They will change the linens if requested. They are not perfect. They miss things occasionally, but are always responsive to a reminder. They are also very pleasant to have around and I trust them in my home. For those that might be concerned, they speak English well enough that I am comfortable communicating with them. The point of contact person, Agnus, is very professional and quite helpful. If you are a perfectionist you might have to do a bit of micro managing. I am generally happy with the job they do and do not feel the need to do that. I believe that they aim to please and would therefore take any pleasant constructive criticism well. I would comfortably recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Cleaning of townhouse. I have two bedrooms, two baths but had them clean one bedroom and both baths. Two women showed up and did a great job. They were fast and courteous. I will definitely have them back.

Description of Work: We had someone come out to do a deep spring cleaning on our three bedroom/two bath condo. She was prompt, professional, and impressively thorough. After having several disappointing experiences with cleaning services, we've finally found someone who we'd like to have back on a regular basis. The owner, Agnes, is also very professional and easy to work with.

Description of Work: First time cleaning of two bedroom two bath townhome. They did an amazing job! Very polite, puntual and the place looks great! I am going to use them for regular cleanings.
