I called them yesterday and they came the next day for the service. He did a thorough job in looking around the attic and the rest of the house. He was able to find the nest that most exterminating companies were not. He was very good and got the job done.

Brandon came out the next day after I called - he would have come the same day, but I had an appointment and could not stay home. We had heard noises in the night and thought we might have a raccoon - he checked the attic and could not find evidence of a raccoon, but told us we did have mice and bats. We knew that we had bats from the year before. Several contractors had tried to scare us into paying 8000 to seal up attic and remove bats. Brandon told us that we only had a few bats, and that even if we sealed the attic there was no way to insure that the bats would not come back. He talked to me at length about our roof and why he did not think we could possibly have a raccoon. He also calmed my fears about the bat and the droppings - he was the first person who was honest about the situation. He did not try to sell me on setting up a trap or anything else - told me to just keep listening and to put out mice bait. I was very impressed and highly recommend him to anyone.

Jim did a very thorough inspection all around the outside of the house, including taking a ladder to the roof and looking for animal tracks on the roof, gutters, etc. He also inspected the basement and attic thoroughly. He responded to my questions and concern with professional knowledge. He reported to me periodically through the inspection, that all he had found so far were squirrel tracks on the roof and ground, and saw no evidence of any entry into the exterior of my house. He said that I was likely hearing mice, and when he checked the attic, he discovered mouse droppings everywhere. He wrote down the brand and product I should buy and explained to me how to use it and it worked. When I expressed doubt that the loud noise I had heard in my wall could have been as small as a mouse, Jim said that the sound often surprised him, too, because the hollow walls amplify it, making the scratching sound like a much larger animal--reassurance that I greatly appreciated. When he charged me $65 for the service, I was flabbergasted--particularly because I had had another company out in the fall, who had been much less helpful, less thorough, and taken much less time. Though Jim explained that Animal Trackers doesn't deal with animals smaller than squirrels, he reassured me that that's what the inspection is for--and that I could call whenever I heard noises. I'm very glad, because I would use their services again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Inspection of house and property for animal intrusion. I heard what I thought was a large animal, possibly a raccoon or possum, clawing or gnawing in my family room wall by the baseboard.

As the company advertisement stated, it was Brandon Kulosa who spoke to me when I called. He answered my questions and we made an appointment for him to look at the squirrel hold in a porch eave and set the trap. He told me about squirrel behavior and explained how I should monitor the trap. The company form helps make clear how owner and Animal Trackers work together to ensure the animal is removed promptly. Brandon and the other worker who made one of the pickups told us when they would come by our area on their rounds, and met with us and answered our questions when they were here. They were humane in their treatment of the squirrels. Brandon made a thorough and neat sheet metal patch over the hole once we agreed that the squirrels that had been removed were the ones invading our porch.
Description of Work: Looked at situation, answered questions and explained how squirrels are trapped, how we detect whether more squirrels are present. Responded to our call when each squirrel was trapped, came at agreed time and removed squirrel and reset trap. The squirrels are removed to at least ten miles away from where they are trapped. On final call, removed trap, caulked screw holes from trap on roof, and covered squirrel hole with sheet metal. We will have woodwork repair made separately. I appreciate what I've learned about squirrels both from what the trappers told us and from the time I had to spend carefully watching them.

They were trapped the squirrels and they were unbelievable. They managed to trap 9 squirrels that were coming into the attic of the roof and released them somewhere else. We called them when we saw a squirrel and they came and exchange the trap. Several different guys came out each time and they were all wonderful. They were thorough, friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody and their prices were the most reasonable compared to the others I called.

I used Animal Trackers once before and was very impressed with them. They did an excellent job this time also. They were prompt, knowledgeable and polite. They found out how the racoons had gotten in right away and trapped the mother the first night. They came back several time when the juveniles were caught. I would definately recommend them.

After an opossum fell through the dropped ceiling into our basement several times over a weekend, we called Animal Trackers first thing on Monday. Brandon came out that day and found an opening near the front stairs, but said the actual entry point into the basement ceiling was likely under the house (an open porch was enclosed decades ago). To get to it, he'd have to either go through the front siding or stairs. He seemed very knowledgeable about old houses (ours is from 1914) and how they are built, as well as about opossum habits, of course. He spent a lot of time explaining the options to me, as well as to my husband on the phone the next day. We decided to go through the siding. Brandon carefully removed the siding without damaging it so we can put it back up. He crawled underneath and found the entry point. A previous owner cut through the cinder block to run a pipe, and there's a gap. Unfortunately Brandon wasn't able to go ahead and block it up because the pipe is covered in asbestos. But we were impressed with his diagnosis and professionalism, and would call Animal Trackers again.

Excellent. Technician arrived within an hour of being called. He removed the skunk from the window well in a humane manner, then arranged for it to be released in a nature preserve. The skunk did spray but only after it was out of the window well and in the back yard, where it sprayed harmlessly out onto the lawn. We are eternally grateful for the way the extraction was handled. If the skunk had sprayed in the window well we would have had a real problem! I would definitely recommend Animal Trackers Wildlife Company. The response was quick, the animal was expertly trapped and removed, and the price was reasonable.

They responded promptly to my initial call. Came out and examined my deck and found two areas were the raccoons could gain access. They blocked one area and set their trap at the other. The next morning the first raccoon was in the trap. I called and they came and removed the animal and reset the trap. Over the next two weeks, we repeated the process six more times.
Description of Work: Over a period of about two weeks, they trapped and removed 7 raccoons from under my deck.

Mr. Brandon Kulosa called me back the same day I tried to contact him. He came as soon as he could. Checked the attic and determined that the animal in question is a raccoon, and found the source of entry, which is a chimney, that had no mesh to prevent an animal from entering. He gave me the estimate for catching the animal as well as to put a mesh on the chimney. The next day Mr. Kulosa brought a trap to put on the chimney. The animal did not get into the trap, but gnawed its way out through the overhang. The trap helped the animal to seek other means of exit. Early in the morning I called the company, and a gentleman came to board up the hole in the overhang. The problem was solved. Few days later Mr. Kulosa affixed a mesh over the chimney. Very courteous and caring people. He even suggested, I read the small print on the contract, which I appreciate very much. It seems that the people that work there care for the people they serve as well as the animals they catch.

I called Animal Trackers (and other animal removal companies) to inspect our roof and deck because we had heard noises from the roof and saw a raccoon walk on deck. There were also tracks all over our yard. Our initial call was after office hours and left a message. Tony called us back that same evening with their prices. Eventually we chose to go with Animal Trackers and Jim called on the day of the scheduled inspection and said they would be there between 12:30-2:30. He came at 12:25. After a thorough inspection, which included going on a snowy roof, Jim concluded it was the neighborhood raccoon and the raccoon was not in our attic or under our deck. He offered to place a trap if we desired, but suggested we could wait until Spring to see if they caused any damage. We were very pleased with our experience and will call them again if necessary.

Through trial and error, the intruding squirrels were successfully removed from our property. The Tracker was was informative and helpful. They were reasonably prompt with their responses to our calls. My advice to anyone needing this service...PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRAPS EARLY AND CALL BY THE TIME THE COMPANY SPECIFIES. If you call too late, the animal may remain in the trap for several hours or even overnight. I hated having rodents in my house, but I felt bad missing the "window" and causing the animal to suffer unnecessarily. Fortunately, the day we called "too late for a pickup in my area" they managed to get someone over within a few hours.
Description of Work: We heard 2-3 squirrels roosting in the attic above our master bedroom. Animal Trackers responded to our phone message promptly. The Tracker inspected the attic, located the point of entry and recommended a course of action. Two traps were installed on our roof near the squirrels' access point. After a week, NO success. Our Tracker returned, re-installed the 2 traps in another location and within 24 hours we had two suspects. They retrieved and relocated the both critters, left 2 more traps that subsequently trapped the third. A day later the Tracker was back to install a guard over the attic fan to prevent other squirrels from using the same avenue into our attic.

Since we never received any service, not even customer service this last time, I can only rate them on this last time as F on responsiveness. Perhaps their service has declined considerably, but can only go by their zero response. If you want my opinion, I would just rate them as an F overall based on my last attempt to get service from them. We did leave a message on their machine. They could have at least called back. So like my boss at work, what have you done for me lately. My last encounter was extremely unsatisfactory. We had a local person check it out for us.
Description of Work: We had bats that needed to be removed. But, last Thursday at 2:00 P.M., we called them for a possible bat located under our front porch. They have not responded in any way yet.

After we first heard the bump in the night and a couple of crashes, we looked Tony up on Angie's List and gave him a call. He was out the same day and crawled up into our attic and determined we had a raccoon up there by tell-tale signs (probably poop!). He baited and set a trap for us; however, I asked him to set it in the attic and not on the roof. I had read about the potential to catch non-offending critters on exterior traps and wanted to make sure we got the right one. He understood and laid the trap up in the attic. It took 3 weeks to catch the little bugger but we got it! I called him immediately the morning we caught it and he was out that afternoon to pick it up. Stinky little bugger. I then requested his services to help animal proof the roof because I was swamped with sump pump issues at the time. He came out early the next week and quickly proofed everything. Great response time and great friendly service - we'll use him again, but hopefully we won't have to!
Description of Work: Work performed includes an inspection of the attic to determine the critter that got up there, baiting and setting of the trap (rental), humane removal of the raccoon, and patching of our roof appliance chimneys (2) with hardware wire to prevent future occurrences. Note - the chimney was the entry point from his experienced eye so we had both take care of (we have two - the old furnace and the hot water heater - I'm not talking about fireplace chimneys. We had those capped previously when we moved in.). On a side note since I have the space in this field - if you have raccoon damage in an attic - get it fixed and if necessary make the claim on insurance - that is why we buy homeowner's insurance. It is covered (at least it was for us) and helps sanitize the attic as raccoon feces and urine carry little bugs that are extremely bad for you and dogs! (distemper, roundworm, etc.) Also remember they destroy your R rating insulation up there and result in your gas bills going up!

Unfortunately, by the time we were aware of the problem and called to have someone remove the bird, the sounds had stopped. We were unsure of where it might be. The Aminal Trackers guy cut out a few holes in the drywall where we heard it last, but no bird was found. He took a look inside and out and determined where birds could be coming in. He didn't have the piece neccesary to do the patch up, so we'll arrange to have him come back for that. The guy was prompt. thorough and efficient. I'd call Animal Trackers if we hear the fluttering of wings in the wall, but hopefully we won't have to again.

Called to have someone come out to inspect my roof and attic for birds. I was concerned about the number of birds I would see in the same spot on my roof. Either possible nesting or even worse making an entry way into the house. My phone call was returned very quickly and an appointment was setup for the upcoming Saturday. They said they would call Saturday mornong between 9 and 10 to let me know what time they would be there. They never called nor did they show up.

I contacted this company off-hours and they responded to my call within a few minutes. After listening to my problem, Tony determined that it was not an ''emergency'' situation and said I would be scheduled the next morning. First thing the next morning, they called me and were out within a few hours. My free-standing stove-grill hood is very large, and required that he cut into the piping to assess the situation. He then repaired the opening, went outside and cleared all the debris from the opening and installed a mesh cover to avoid future problems. Over the phone I was quoted $150 for him to come and remove the bird. While he was there, I asked if he could remove the nest and install the mesh. He said yes (for only an extra $25). I had previously been quoted a minimum $250 from competitors to do this work. I was very pleased with this company. They were friendly, helpful and responsive. I was appreciative that they didnt upcharge me when they saw the size of my house-8000 sq ft.
