Professional and knowledgeable! I hired this company to help get rid of squirrels in a roofed area of my home. Tony and Brandon were super responsive and came out the very next day. Squirrels are gone and it was a very reasonable cost for all the work. Strongly recommend.

Excellent friendly, professional, fast after dealing with over 3 weeks with birds issue calling so many companies you can never find a company like them to do everything for you from removing the birds to install your duct covered up the wholes, they work really clean and neat. Thank you

They came out quickly, got rid of the bird, and closed the chimney where he got in.

I called and got a quote over the phone. He told me $135. He showed up and charged my $175. I reminded him that he told me $135 and he said I must've confused him with another company. Nope, the only reason I went with him was because of his being the cheapest price. Come in, retrieve a dead animal and leave. For that I was charged $175 instead of the $135 he told me. After that he was the most expensive. Never again. Even if it was a misunderstanding, you lose a customer over $45 and an integrity question.

Very smoothly. They came out on a Sunday, same day as we called and set the trap. Tony took the time to educate us on what to expect, and he and my husband kept in touch throughout the week on the status of the trap. When we established a skunk wasn't nesting under our front stoop, we had them come back out to install a screen under the sides of our stoop. Jim came to install and it was easy. He was thoughtful about patting back any dirt he dug up and left no mess at all. Their screen comes w/ a 10yr warranty, which can't be beat. We no longer have to worry if a skunk will try to burrow under our stoop. Would definitely recommend!

The trapper came over and even though I told him exactly where the squirrels were getting in he refused to put up a trap. He said we could put up cameras for extra charge because he didn't know where they where getting in even after I explained to him and showed him the entrance several times. So he charged me for just coming over. $95. I got a handyman off craigslist and he suggested to put an eviction door/one way door he installed it in 30 minutes, he sealed what could might be entrances and 4 days later came to remove the door and seal up the hole. He even cut branches of the near by trees 3 in total so they couldn't get access to my roof. He charge me $260 dollars I gave him $40 tip. He was polite and very informative and punctual. Went very well. Got the the entire squirrel family, closed up the hole and were done with it.

They found a mom and 4 babies. After finding the first baby and realizing there was a family, Jim suggested he switch to a trap that caught multiples so that I didn't have to keep paying for daily removal. Thanks Jim!!

Brand arrived no long after we called and promptly removed the bat. He recommended a plan of action to address the issue. He was friendly and professional and answered all of our questions.

Excellent - came back from vacation to a raccoon living under our roof deck. Called these guys, spoke to Tony, scheduled, trap set the next evening, critter caught within hours. After removal, also had them seal the openings and entry point that raccoon found to prevent any other visitors in the future. I've used a different Wildlife company in the past but noticed that these guys are extremely responsive in comparison. Very happy with the quality of the work and overall professionalism.

Great, we had no animals. The problem was based on the storm and wind. I thought I heard animals running back and forth! Meanwhile I was told we have a pristine attic and the insulation was in great shape. I don't go up there, so it was a win/win. Now I am reassured the attic is perfectly fine! What a nice man Jim was, he did not make fun of me for hearing things! He told me I was the third similar call of the day due to the storm. Excellent service!!

Inspected roof and found animal trying to claw through siding. Placed trap on roof and trapped a raccoon within a week. Came out right away to pick up animal and place another trap.

Animal tracker did a great job tackling the problem of squirrels that had moved into my attic. They responded right away and went to work the same day. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to my friends.

Called, then came out the next day, at the agreed-upon time. Checked for signs of skunk, esp. under the deck, and reported no signs. Discussed prevention/proofing steps we could take. Offered to leave a trap, but warned that it could also get other animals, including neighbors' pets. Decided against that. Charged only for the 'service call.' I would contact again if future issues.

Message was left with company on Sunday. Heard nothing. Called again Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. Man, assume Tony, who answered was less than enthusiastic about checking the attic and yawned during conversation. Said could not come until Tuesday afternoon. Very unimpressive. We called ABC Humane Wildlife Control. They were very courteous and came the same day. They took care of the problem. Will only call them in future

We had a skunk burrow in under our front walkway and our house smelled like skunk. I was looking for a reputable, local wildlife company to remove the skunk and came across Animal Trackers Wildlife. I called on a Tuesday and was given an up front estimate for services. Jim came out the same morning. The skunk kept burrowing holes away from the trap and Jim came out to help fill the holes and move the trap, trying to anticipate where the skunk would come up. The morning after the readjustment, we had a skunk. I called in and the animal was removed shortly after. They re-set the trap to see if any other skunks were present, but there was no further activity. We were only charged for the initial trap set-up and for the animal removal but not for filling the holes or moving the trap; there were no hidden charges. Overall, very cost effective, and I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Animal trackers wildlife helped me over the past 4 months to capture and remove 2 skunks from under my front step. They were very detail oriented and professional in all they did. I would recommend them for safe animal removal.

Very pleased with the work that Jim and Brandon did. The fascia entry point was obscured by the gutter, but they immediately located the hole and identified the animal. A trap, with food, was set on the roof. I checked each morning and called in, if there was a squirrel in the trap. They removed the animal later that day. Two squirrels were trapped. (This company takes the animals to a distant location and lets them loose. It doesn't kill them.) Plastic was stuffed in the hole, the size of a baseball, and when it wasn't disturbed, and there were no squirrels, a temporary covering was nailed over the hole to provide time to have a more thorough repair done.

They caught numerous . They came out right away even in the coldest of weather this winter.

After hearing sounds in our attic on Christmas day we went on Angies List and found Animal Wildlife Trackers (AWT). We suspected it was squirrels since we had seen them running up on our roof. We called AWT the day after Christmas and Jim came out the same day. Jim was very thorough in explaining things to us so we would have an idea of how this type of problem is resolved and how their company works with us through this process. He put down 3 traps in our attic. Within a matter of hours squirrels were in the traps and Jim was back the next day to take them out. It took approximately 3 weeks to confirm all the squirrels were out and the access to our attic was closed off to prevent more of them from coming in. The problem was resolved and work was completed in 6 visits and during this time 8 squirrels were removed and the entry points were closed off. We found this company to be very responsive and knowledgeable and we would use them again. Jim was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant and he made us feel less stressed about this situation. He made us feel confident that he could resolve the problem in a timely manner. While this was not cheap to resolve, it was worth every penny to have the piece of mind that this problem was gone. While we hope that we will not need their service again, we would definitely call them if we had a need for this service and we would highly recommend this company if you have problems with wildlife in your home. They are very responsive!

Animal Trackers responded very quickly and were attending to another service call in my area and came to our home within 90 minutes of our initial call. Jim came and quickly and professionally assessed our situation and gave us his professional opinion. Don't look elsewhere, these guys are professional and honest and we will definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
