Their service was very good/ responsive know what they are doing but they are expensive.

Animal Trackers is a Great company to deal with! Jim came out within a couple hours of my call. He went on the roof and found where the raccoon was getting in. He then showed me a video of the area and set up a trap. Around 8pm that evening we had our culprit! Jim came back the next morning and put a new trap out and covered the entrance with plastic to make there were no others. While waiting for a few days with the second trap, Jim even came out at no cost and re-baited the trap. After Jim was certain there was only one raccoon, he put up plywood under the soffit. Jim is super professional and if I ever have any other issues, Animal Trackers will be the one I call.

Jim from Animal Trackers responded on a Sunday. Jim located the squirrels entry point from the attic fan, trapped the squirrel by entering the from the attic into the ceiling and behind a wall. Jim was here three days in a row to solve the problem. They were prompt, professional, and understood the urgency of removing the squirrel the week of Thanksgiving !

Exceptionally well. We had success the 1st day! Just woke up this morning and the orange trap signal is down and a skunk is inside!! Great job Jim! Other than the success of trapping and removing the skunk, I must say the level of responsiveness and professionalism was excellent with Animal Trackers.I submitted a question via Angie's List over the weekend and they got back to me right away and came first thing Monday. The work was completed very well and Jim was awesome. I had originally contacted another popular animal removal company in the area. They ended up being 2X the price and couldn't fit us into their busy schedule for over a week. That was not acceptable with 2 small dogs, a 5 year old, and a skunk living under our deck. I am so glad I found Animal Trackers on Angie's List and took action. Good lesson... it pays to talk to a few different companies.

They told me I had mice and did not need to set traps. They are VERY honest - I dealt with them before on a bat issue. Another company had tried to charge me 8000.00 and Animal Trackers told me nothing needed to be done and I would be wasting my money.

It took several trips to trap all the animals but they were very professional and responsive.

Have had chronic issues with animals under concrete steps. They caught the illusive critter and removed promptly. Owner asked all the right questions and got someone out the next day which was the weekend. I'd recommend them.

I really liked these guys. The gentleman who came out was very good. I'd give them an A. I thought the price was comparable to other places. I certainly would use them again. They were persistant. I had another company come out and they had assured me they had gotten them all, but they didn't. This company made sure they got them all and I haven't had any other problems.

The process was very smooth and they a good job of ensuring no other animals were under the porch. They also provided an estimate on securing the area so animals no longer use it.

Animal Trackers (Jim) returned our call immediately and was at the house 2 days later. It turned out our holes were uninhabited so we paid a fair amount for him to come and determine that to be the case. We were happy with the professionalism and service.

We discovered that we had skunks living under our 3 season porch. We hired Animal Trackers Wildlife and couldn't be more pleased with the service this company provided. The mom and all 10 of her babies were successfully trapped. Brandon, (owner) is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, excellent communication and got the job done at a very reasonable cost. Brandon, went above and beyond to take care of this issue. If you have a small wild animal problem, I do not know why you would call anyone but Animal Trackers Wildlife. We would most certainly hire this company again!

Jim from Animal Trackers was terrific. He called us to set the appointment when he said he would. He came out during the appointed time. He looked under the deck with a flashlight and located a small skunk, which he was able to remove without even having to set a trap. We are so relieved! And he was fantastic! A 5-Star Rating for Jim of Animal Trackers!

After discussing various options with us, Brandon attached a trap to the side of our house, just under the roof line, next to the hole the squirrels had chewed into our trim. Over the space of several weeks, four squirrels were trapped. Brandon was very conscientious and kept working with us until we were both reasonably sure all the intruders were gone, after which he covered the hole with sheet metal to keep further intrusions out until we can get the trim replaced. I am pleased and highly recommend him.

We hired Animal Trackers after an unfortunate experience with ABC wildlife. When I initially called, Tony had me text him pictures of the situation so that he could give me a phone assessment before deciding if I wanted to pay 150 for the initial inspection. The were creative with their solutions, responsive over the phone, and their prices for exclusion prices were unbeatable compared to everyone else I spoke with (I spoke to roughly 5 companies). Would highly recommend!

The inspection they did for free was actually more thorough than the one their competitor charges for, Furthermore, they were correct in finding out where the bats were entering. They set up two bat exclusion houses and caught one bat in each one. My only gripe was that they did not notify me when the cages were set up nor when they were taken down. I had to call to find out if they caught anything. Otherwise, it all went well.

I was awoken late one night by the sound of thumps and chirps in the attic and knew I had raccoons. The next day was Sunday, and I left a message for Animal Trackers. They called back within the hour, and by the end of the day, they had come to the home and set a baited trap on the roof. (no additional fees for a Sunday call, either) I was worried by Wednesday when no raccoon had been caught, and called them up. The tracker on duty took a great deal of time to explain the habits of raccoons to me and reassured me that she would soon be caught. Sure enough, that night the mom went in for a look, sprung the trap, and was caught. I called them the next day and by 2 pm, mom was picked up. The worker then went into our attic and removed the baby raccoon (no others in this litter). He came back the following day and installed a cage around the ceiling fan to stop any future guests from coming in. Finally, Animal Trackers gave us the name and phone number of a GREAT restoration service to clean up the damage. As un-fun as attic raccoon are, at least we had a great company to evict them! Recommended!

They did fine. They closed up a whole and they cleaned up. They were very helpful, very nice, and very punctual.

Very helpful, honest people that were not out to oversell. Jim was glad to answer my questions and offer advice. The company was glad to show me how to do the fencing work my self, but I opted to have them complete the work as their price was reasonable. I recommend them very highly.

They were very cost effective. They were very professional, I knew how long it would take and what it would cost.

I loved the company, they were very helpful, they were very nice, they were courteous, and they were everything that I needed them to be, except they did not trap the animal. I had called them the first time we had animals, and they were successful in catching the animals, or at least I thought they were. They removed the animal from the premise, and it was the animal that I thought it was, and they went about their business. Not a month later, there was another animal in the attic, but they were unsuccessful in removing it. I was lucky that one of my father's friend worked for the village and he gave it a try. He set up a trap and he was eventually able to get him.

For the first visit where we heard animal sounds they checked the interior of the house, including the attic, as well as the exterior of the house and said they could not find an indication of an animal. We never heard any noise again so not sure what the noise was but were happy to have the verification. I also pointed out that we thought we might have a skunk under back sidewalk. Instead of Immediately putting out a trap they advised us to cover hole and see if it was dug out and if so to call them and they would come back and place a trap. We did find that we had skunks and so called them back and they came the next day and placed a trap. Unfortunatly or fortunately the skunks must have decide to move the day before the trap was set and so no skunks were ever trapped. After several days they came back and picked up trap with no further charges. We were charged their normal rate for each visit of $95.
