They did good, quick, quality work. We got the rug back in a week. They carry the rug to your car for you.

They cleaned some area rugs for us and did a good job but that process was a bit expensive. They also cleaned our carpets and did a good job as well. They were very nice to work with.

We have used them for years and have always been happy with them. They are prompt and swift with the work but still do a good job. They move the light weight furniture for you as well. We have recommend them to others.

They are very prompt and courteous. They do what they say they are gonna do. They leave everything in order. I have been using there services for few years. You can even bring rugs in to them to clean.

The last time I took my rugs in there was a stain on one of the rugs that they were unable to get out. They did not offer any explanation as to why they couldn't remove this stain. The rugs are however always ready to be picked up at the allotted time and I will continue to take my rugs to them for cleaning.

Extremely professional and well done, live on the fourth floor of a condominium building. They connected their truck machinery to the fourth floor via dining room window. They were fast, the carpet looked wonderful afterwards, extremely pleased with the results.

Koshgarian Rug Cleaners did a terrific job on our beautiful oriental rugs. We had a oriental rug that was soiled by our dog. Another needed cleaning as well. I called Koshgarian because we had heard that they had special plant for cleaning oriental rugs, our friends recommended them, and they were nearby. A couple of very nice technicians came to our home and picked up our rugs, which I appreciate. The oriental rugs are heavy. They returned the rugs looking beautiful, clean and fresh. The Koshgarian men moved our furniture, laid out the rugs, and replaced everything for us. Overall they were friendly, careful and thorough. I will use them again.

They did a very excellent job. You get the rugs back in a few days. I have never had any problems.

The carpet cleaning team arrived within the promised time. We had already removed the furniture, so they were able to start work right away. They were very efficient and professional. Unfortunately there was some dirt in the carpet they were not able to remove. The cleaner pointed it out and said he tried several times to get it cleaned. I was a bit surprised as the carpet is only a year old, but c'est la vie. Overall I was happy with their work. They were done in less than 1/2 an hour.

He spoke little to no English, so I could not communicate with him. When he was done there were fur balls all over the carpet and after I vacuumed there are now lines all over the carpet where it looks either burnt or damaged somehow (the pile is shorter where the lines are). The carpet was very expensive and when I call the company with my concerns, my calls are not returned as they promise they will be by Larry, the manager. After two weeks of no response I called and asked for the owner, Chuck Koshgarian, and the lady I spoke with immediately got more friendly and said hes not available and asked if she could help, that she is aware that there is an ongoing problem. She asked if she could have Larry call me the next day. If the office staff is aware there are ongoing problems, why is management not calling me back in response.

I was extremely pleased with the work performed and the gentlemen who did the work. My carpets came nice and clean, I thought the price was quite reasonable (although this was the first time I ever had my carpet professionally cleaned). The men were very pleasant and professional.

THE WORKERS WERE THOROUGH AND UNOBTRUSIVE, ALTHOUGH THEY DID ARRIVE AFTER THE TIME IN WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD. ONE OF THE WORKERS ACCURATELY GUESSED THE AGE OF MY CARPET, WHICH INDICATED TO ME THAT HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARPET CLEANING. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CLEANING AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

THEY REMOVED LOTS OF SPOTS, AND THEY RETURNED COLOR. THE RUGS ARE GREAT.

THEY USED STEAM CLEANING AND IT DIDNT SMELL LIKE CHEMICALS. THEY TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR TO CLEAN ALL THAT WAS PLANNED. THEY MOVE FURNITURE OUT OF THE WAY TO CLEAN UNDER IT, THEN PUT GUARDS UNDER IT. WE WERE TOLD TO JUST REMOVE ANYTHING BREAKABLE, BUT WHEN THE CLEANERS CAME THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT MOVE ANYTHING THAT WASNT COMPLETELY EMPTY(BOOKCASE, FILE, DESK, ENTERTAINMENT CENTER). THEY CALL TWO DAYS BEFORE TO GIVE YOU A TWO HOUR WINDOW. THE CLEANERS ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. THEY USED A HOSE FROM THE TRUCK AND PUT DOWN TARPS TO PROTECT OUR NEWLY REFINISHED FLOORING. ALSO, WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE SCHEDULED THAT WE COULD WALK ON THE CARPET IN A FEW HOURS AND THAT THEY WOULD GIVE US BOOTIES TO USE(THEY DID NOT). THE CLEANERS WHO CAME SAID THAT WE HAD TO STAY OFF THE CARPET FOR 24-36 HOURS, BUT TO WALK ON IT IF WE HAD TO. A FEW SPOTS REAPPEARED AFTER THE CARPETS DRIED. OVERALL I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR THE PRICE AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I HAVE USED OTHER SERVICES AS FOR PRICE AND QUALITY, THEY ARE THE BEST.
