We brought the rugs in and they were done in a week. The rugs were very clean and the colors were vivid.

The work was fine. They did the best they could with the cleaning. There were some stains that they said they couldn't remove. The only criticism that I would have is that of the initial visit, where the young guy on the counter wasn't sure about stabilizing the rug rather advised to cut it down, which I decided that I didn't want to do. I checked with some other rug outlets. They told me how they could stabilize it, but they also wanted to charge more. I went back to Koshgarian and talked to the guy who actually did the work. He explained what they could do. They were lower in the pricing than the other people I have been talking about. They charged me less than the other people. I was satisfied with their work. I had used them in the past on another rug.

Excellent. They were on time to pick up the rugs, to deliver the rugs, and to come into clean the carpet. They were able to remove stains I was doubtful about. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I will definitely use them again.

I always use them for my carpet cleaning. They are room size rugs and I only have one oriental rug. They are close by, I've used them for years, they have always done a good job, and I have no complaints.

They had a two for one special so I had the stairs, den and two hallways done. The original plan was to only have two areas done, but they ponted out to me that they could do the the halls for the same price. They were prompt, courteous, and very careful. They made sure the long hoses did not rub against anything as it was pulled behind them. The carpet have been cleaned before by another company, but they did not look this good. I have also used them for area rugs last summer and that job was great as well.

I was very happy with what they did. They are quite expensive but the quality of work is very good. Everything came back very nice.

They are fairly good but not the best. They put the loose rugs through a rolling machine and it rolls them to get the water out like rollers on an old fashioned washing machine. We notice that the rugs slightly stretch out of shape after a couple of years so we think it is hard on the carpets. It is $50-$60 to clean a good-sized oriental rug. I wasn't quite satisfied with how things turned out. I think I would be more inclined to ask friends about another recommendation.

It was excellent. Koshgarian arrived on time for the pickup, did the work promptly, and returned the rugs promptly. The rugs look great also!

We had heard around the neighborhood that recently, Koshgarian's service was "not what it used to be." We have used them in the past with satisfactory results. Because it was only one room (we don't have any other rooms w/ carpet), they charged us their minimum fee, even though they had just mailed us a postcard w/ a 30% discount on services, which had we had more rooms to clean, would have allowed us the discount. In order to maximize our benefit, they suggested adding Scotchguard, which we did. About mid-morning of the scheduled service, I called to confirm they were coming because I had not heard from them and I had arranged to stay home from work. I was apprehensive because I had had no confirmation call the day before. I spoke with the same man with whom I had scheduled the appointment and he could not find us on the service schedule. Eventually, he called back to say that his staff were just blocks away and would be by shortly, which they were. I do not think they were in our house more than 15-20 minutes. After they left, I felt the carpet underneath our sofa and it did not feel as damp as the common area, which made me question whether they, in fact, cleaned well under the sofa. When we have used them in the past, they have put styrofoam pieces under the feet of our large pieces of furniture so as not to damage the furniture or carpet. They did this only under our coffee table, even though I thought we had just discussed this. My lesson learned is that I will likely watch the next carpet cleaners actually do the cleaning and be specific in my directives. I have to agree that the service was not as good as we had experienced in the past.

They did not clean the rug by hand they put it through a cleaning machine they use for rugs. They ruined my rug. They ends were all falling apart and snagged rug through out. I asked to talk to the owner but was informed he was not there. I left my telephone number but was also advised "Carl" Koshgarian will not return your call because it was not their fault my rug was not "made well enough to handle a cleaning". The small (4 foot ) round rug was 100% wool and cost me $200.00. I needed to buy another exact rug and had no further cleaning problems with other cleaning companies.

They arrived on time and ready to get started. The crew looked and acted professionally. The job took about two hours which was what the sales rep estimated it would take to complete. The carpets looked great with the exception of two stains that did not come out, one was a wood stain and the other looked like red dye or ink. The cleaner told me in advance he didn't think those spots would come clean and I was anticipating they might not come out. Overall I was very happy with their service and will definitely use them again.

We brought the rugs to their Naperville facility. They helped us unload them. They asked about any special areas that needed attention and said they would be ready in a week. They were ready just as they said, the rugs look fine and they helped us load them back into our car. No complaints what so ever.

Dropped off two wool carpets for cleaning; gave us a date when they would be ready and they were ready on that date. Carpets were wrapped in paper to protect them and were nicely cleaned.

Dropped off and picked up a rug to be cleaned. They were very helpful, charged the price quoted and my rug turned out beautiful and the old wooly smell was gone.

They were fast, efficient and super professional. Let me know the cost up front and stuck to it. Left little styrofoam blocks under what furniture they couldn't move so it would all dry. Really great value. It gave me peace of mind that they were able to come out the morning after I called. I will use them again.

I have used them 3 times to clean the carpets in my home and have also used their drop off service to clean rugs. I have not been impressed with them at all. They seem like I am bothering them when I drop things off there and pick things up. When they cleaned the carpet in my home it remained wet for almost a week and when it dried didn't look any cleaner. I have given them numerous chances but am not impressed.

I have been using them for twenty five years now. They are very good. They give a discount if we take the rugs there. I will grade them high across all the categories.

They picket up the rugs, cleaned them and returned on time. They were expensive, but, excellent. The person who came to the house was very polite, quick and did the job well. They brought it back and put it just fine. I have used them for a long time.

They do a really good job. My mom used them. They are more expensive, but it seems the cleaning lasts longer. They do a more thorough job of cleaning.
