Description of Work: They cleaned two area rugs. The rugs were picked up the day after I called and were returned the following week. Both rugs look great.

Description of Work: Koshgarian cleaned several carpeted rooms and a stairway. They were punctual and professional. Carpets look very good. They also cleaned our stone kitchen and screen porch floors. We had never had the stone professionally cleaned and both the stone and grout look like new.

Description of Work: I had not used this company in several years as my past experience with them was not favorable. However, since it had been quite some time and I had a buy-one-get-one coupon, I decided to try them again. I had my living room, stairway, upper hallway, and bedroom cleaned. Basically, the carpets just didn't come out clean. I knew the areas where our dog lies would be difficult to clean and I definitely did not expect perfection in those areas. But, our bedroom and hallway were both not so dirty that they could not have come out cleaner. One of the problems to start with was the service people informed me their truck was out of hot water and could they use my hose. They said the water would be heated through the truck. I firmly believe if the water had been heated properly my carpets would have come out cleaner. There was still a spot in the bedroom which I was able to get out with a baby wipe! But overall, the carpets barely looked cleaned. I am very disappointed and I will not be using Koshgarian Carpet Cleaners again.

Description of Work: When I sent an email through Angie's list they didn't forward my email address to Koshgarian but forwarded the message via text. I requested a call again and Larry explained the situation and apologized. They also applied free Scotchguard for the mix-up. We brought the carpets to a Naperville location and they brought them to the Hinsdale facility for cleaning. This saved some money. The carpets were cleaned well and we would definitely use them again. I would recommend Koshgarian Rug Cleaners.

Description of Work: We had three downstair rooms cleaned and a bedroom upstairs. The crew of two arrived on time. It was Christmas week, and they seemed a little distracted (as in "we got a lot of rugs to clean today and we are in a hurry"). They didn't caution us that if we didn't move the Christmas tree, there would be big spot where it was. We found that out after the holidays. They were both big guys, but they didn't seem too interested in using their brawn to move furniture. I had removed the bed in the bedroom, but they didn't move the dresser. Nor did they think cleaning along the edges of the room was important. So the carpeting they did clean seemed clean. However, they did a terrible job in the bedroom and along the edges of the carpets. I will never use Kosgarian again. To the owner's credit I did get a full refund for the cleaning. However, he was very supportive of his employees, and, by implication, down played my version of the what went on last December 23. I got the feeling from his response to this unflattering review that he doesn't like to hear complaints about the quality of his service. My impression is that if all things go perfectly the quality of his service is very good, but if there are any flies in the old ointment, there can be some acrimony between service provider and customer.
