It was a good experience overall although they were not able to find anything. The Sunday emergency person, Fred, was wonderful on the phone.

The plumber was very professional and showed me the cause of the problem. Leaves from the downspouts and other debris had blocked the main line going to the storm drain under my lawn. Some roots were blocking the line as well. Problem was the price. At first I asked how much the rodding of this main line would be, he explained it depends how long it takes. I get the bill for THREE hours to rod one main line for a total of 437 dollars. The plumber was courteous and professional but beware of the price.

I called last evening and Nick was out this morning to do the job. NEVER have to wait long and they are very thorough. Excellent job as per usual with this company. Their staff are all seasoned pros who have been working at our home for years. We would not use any other plumbing service.

Vito was very prompt and professional. We're new homeowners. I'm embarrassed to say, the issue was simply clogged aerators, something we could have resolved ourselves if I'd thought to check. That said, Vito quickly addressed the problem, made sure I knew and understood what he was doing (for future reference), and checked every faucet in the house before leaving. He also had a helpful suggestion regarding replacement of the kitchen faucet (on my to do list).

The guy that came out was very pleasant to work with. He was very efficient and he did what he had to do to get the work completed. He was also very personable and easy to talk with. I've used some terrible contractors in the past, so I was very happy that I used him.

Our water heater was having intermittent problems. Pasquesi came out the same day that we called them with parts in hand and were able to complete the service within 15 minutes of their arrival. The serviceman was punctual, polite, professional, and competent.

Came out to inspect backup in kitchen sink. Quickly diagnosed the problem as more than originally thought and got to work fixing the problem. Suggested that a more costly might be an option, but wanted to complete the job as effectively and efficiently as possible without breaking the bank (possibly unnecessarily). Was very thorough in making sure the problem was rectified and offered to come back at a moment's notice if any other issues surfaced. Was very fair about the price despite that the job took longer than expected. I would not hesitate to call again.

Our kitchen sink and dishwasher were backing up and were slow to drain. We called Pasquasi and the company owner called us back within 2 hours to go over the details of the problem and explain pricing and timing of the service call. The owner was patient, fair and made sure I understood his charges so there would be no surprises when he sent his tech out. He even gave me a break on the costs (not charing time and half) due to the time of day. The tech came out and went over the costs again - which I appreciated so there were no surprises. He was clean, punctual and handeled the problem efficiently and explained why we were having the issues, what we could do to repair the issues (both short and long-term solutions) and the costs involved to repair the issues (both short and long term) so we wouldn't have repeat blockages. He detailed the work, the repair and the warranty guidelines in writing so we could submit to homeowners insurance as needed. He cleaned up the mess, took the trash with him and was very respectful and professional. Excellent work and fair pricing!

I appreciate his immediate response to the Angie's List review. It is evidence that some companies do take the consumer seriously and value their opinion. Unfortunately, the price was considerably higher than other quotes but I know they are very popular and do reliable work.

The faucet on our laundry tub was leaking water at a rather swift pace, not from the nozzle, but from the connection to the water supply. The service person tried to reseal the connection, but to no avail. He had to shut the water to the laundry sink and order a suitable replacement with a longer nozzle. After a week with no water in the laundry area, I called them to ask about the situation and it turned out that the difference between the long and short spout was about $200.00. We opted for the short one, which I believe might have been available sooner without a special order and the long wait. The two visits were by two different plumbers, both of whom were knowledgeable and very professional. It didn't help the situation since this happened at the same time as the biblical rains and flooding in the area, giving Pasquesi more than enough jobs to do.

They did a good job, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves.

Called early in the morning and they were able to come an hour after I called. The serviceman came right on time, fixed the problem, and left, all within 15 minutes. Great service!

I called in the morning and the work was scheduled for that afternoon. The plumber arrived promptly and did the job, leaving the area as clean as when he arrived. The price was reasonable, as plumbers rates go.

Excellent job and know that the work done is top shelf.

After heavy rains, our primary sump pump failed. The backup was keeping up but was struggling. We called and they came the next day. They completed the work in about 2 hours and took another hour to complete 2 additional tasks. Were were very happy with the result.

Inspected back flow device. Took care of all the paperwork needed for the city and sent me a copy when it was complete. A little pricy for such a simple job but it was done professionally and in a timely manner.

They are beyond courteous and responsive. Very professional. They do what needs to be done; they do it right the first time and they charge a reasonable amount.

I will be using them in the spring for annual drip checkup. We didn't have a plumbing problem for a while; so we don't want to even think about it. They were not cheaper and no other plumber was. They work with whatever they charged. They were top notch for sure. They charged per hour and they were expensive.

Technician was very professional, prompt and courteous. Really nice young man. I thought 3 1/2 hours was too long to do this job.

The plumber was extremely nice, professional, shared advice on how to check if there is water leaking in the house. Would have plumber from Pasquesi come out again!
