All of the plumbers that Pasquesi employs are extremely personable and do not just complete their job but ensure that they haven’t overlooked issues that could lead to future problems. One of favorite plumbers is George who always has a smile on his face and is quick to offer helpful advice or suggestions. We highly recommended this business.

I've used Joe for probably 20 years, and it seems like he's at my house about once a month working on something. Whenever I call, they're very responsive.

Very well. We have not had hot water for a couple weeks as we shopped for parts and tried to fix unit ourselves. We finally settled on a new unit but needed venting changed. Pasquesi Plumbing came out and advised new venting not recommended for our home but looked and unit and said he could fix. Was able to quickly diagnose and repair unit that had a corroded flame sensor. Only charged us minimum trip charge to come out and work was done in 15 minutes.

It went great. Brad had both items fixed in minimum time. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable.

I called Pasquesi Plumbing to replace a pipe under my bathroom sink which began leaking after a handyman had replaced it with an unusual looking flexible pipe. Pasquesi sent Vito out that same afternoon to take a look. He was able to quickly replace the pipe and make sure none of the connections leaked. He also got the pop up drains in the master bath to work again. I would definitely use Pasquesi again. The price was reasonable and Vito was great.

We called Pasquesi at 7am and they were onsite by 11am, precisely at the time they promised and with a heads-up call 1/2 hour before arrival. They were prompt, courteous, polite, and friendly. They quickly disassembled the entire kitchen faucet assembly, cleaned and serviced the parts, replaced the leaky washers causing the problem, and also cleaned out some worn/broken gasket pieces that had gotten into the faucet assembly causing it to be hard to turn that were contributing to excess wear on the unit. They put down towels to prevent damage to the surrounding area and were careful about keeping track of parts and water. They explained precisely what they had repaired, gave us pointers should we see a recurrence of the problem, and also explained how the unit would potentially wear better in the future if we avoided pressure in certain areas (it's a twenty-five year old faucet). Billing was prompt and reasonable for the time spent. This turned out to be a minor repair, but Pasquesi Plumbing's professionalism give us confidence that they would handle a bigger job well, and we'd have confidence calling them again if the need arose.

The plumber tried several ways to fit the disposal into the space. We appreciated his efforts and were satisfied with the results.

He noticed things that other people did not. They are excellent. They are knowledgeable, fair and extremely efficient.

These guys took me for a ride. I am new to the area and was not sure who to call so I used Angie's list. I saw the overall good rating but did not read the comments. They showed up and spent several hours noodling around, talking, and exploring to come back with a conclusion that they needed to open my pipe to see where the damage was. I felt uncomfortable the entire time because the guy kept talking but not delivering any results until the end when he finally diagnosed the issue and gave me a 1400USD bill. That was not the worst, they then changed me an additional 3250 to access the pipe by digging up dirt and fixing it. Liberty Mutual said this was exorbitant and would not pay this portion of claim but they did take care of water damage, etc (they were actually great despite this part of the claim). Anyway, LM said they should never have charged me nearly 5000USD to do this job and they felt I should complain. I am really upset because I trusted these guys while I travelled and allow them into my home. I would never trust them nor their word again. There are many good plumbers as I have come to know in recent weeks but now realize that these guys are horrible and to some degree crooks. What made me so upset was that the guy who came out for the initial job told my family we had to take soiled tissue after defecating and not flush but instead put them in a trash bag because he was afraid the pipe might break further. We had to deal with this for almost a week before they came back to finish the job. Horrible for 2 kids and wife. These guys are shysters and I would never use them again.

Monday Nov 3: After spending about 3 hours rodding, plumber det. that the sewer line must be broken. He then hooked up camera, despite the fact that he had filled pipes with water, making camera unreadable. After 4 hours plumbing was still inoperable. For this I got a $680 bill. The plumber told me it would run "at least $5k" more to repair, but I'd get the actual amount the next day via a phone call. Tuesday came and I did not get a call. I called and they said they had not reviewed Monday's tix but would later in the day. By end of day, still no call, still no plumbing. Wednesday morning came (still no plumbing) and I called Pasquesi again. I talked to one of the brothers who said he had JUST TALKED to the plumber and that repair of the sewer would be about 5k. I said ok, let's get it done. He said he'd email a contract shortly and they'd get started. Mid-day came and still no contract so I called. I spoke to the other brother who said his brother mis-spoke and the actual cost would be ~11k. When I asked why the diff, he said his bro had NOT talked to the plumber and with repair in the street it would be ~11k. When I asked for lower or if a payment plan was available, he said no. Thursday I was referred to DeMuth in HP. They were great. Saved over 3k vs. Pasquesi. Work was done Friday. I'm ok with Pasquesi trying to make money. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that the price switch from 5k to 11k was an honest mistake. But if I made that type of mistake, I'd either honor the quote or at the very least meet somewhere in the middle. For my situation (where my family can't live in the house) their unwillingness to work w/me speaks volumes about them. (Ironically, I found them via ad in my church bulletin!)

Serviceman came on time. Professional. Set to work immediately. Found the problem - replaced a part. Checked out the rest of the furnace for problems - nothing else required.

I called Pasquesi and asked if there would be a plumber available that afternoon to help unclog kitchen sink. Receptionist answered positively that they could get someone to my home that day and would call. She called within an hour and told me plumber was on his way.

Toilet was clogged beyond my amateur attempts to clear it with "plumber's helper" or snake. Called Pasquesi Plumbing, and left a voicemail on Saturday, 10/25. Monday morning at 7:00am I received a call from their office and was offered a time window that day between noon-2:00pm, very acceptable. Then, at a bit past 8:00am, I received a second call; plans had changed -- could he come now? Of course! The technician (did not get his name) arrived a few minutes later. He cleared the clog in a few minutes, as I expected. He then offered to replace an interior part (sorry, I don't know the exact name of it) with an improved version, which he did quickly. Everything works very well now. The fee charged, which included the new part, was quite reasonable in my estimation. The plumber was prompt (3-1/2 hours early, actually!), professional, took care to be neat, and did an excellent job. This was my second experience with Pasquesi plumbing this calendar year, and I have become a fan.

They are perfectionist and always get the problem fixed. They are always on time and often early. The will call ahead of time and verify its ok to show up early. They also try to send the same plumber each time so the technician is familiar with my home. The do excellent work and I highly recommend them.

I use them all of the time. They are timely, considerate, friendly and I use them for all of my plumbing now. They have good quality, they fix what they say that they are going to fix. I think that their prices are reasonable.

Initially we were concerned about the noise and mess to reach pipes. Pasquesi did a tremendous job of removing existing concrete, re-routing the pipes and patching a smooth surface of new concrete. They were neat with their work and very cordial. We have been using them for 15 years and have never been disappointed.

Woke up on a Friday morning before the holiday weekend with sounds of water leaking in our kitchen. Turns out the main drain pipe was so corroded that it began to leak. I called the two other firms I've used before, but all were booked. After looking on Angies list, I decided to call Pasquesi after seeing the good reviews. They asked if the following week was okay, but I said it was going to be a long weekend without a kitchen sink. The rep on the phone was very nice and understanding and said she would squeeze us in. Turned out they had a cancellation after I called and were at the house in less than an hour. After assessing the drain, the plumber got to work and finished in less time than estimated. He was very professional and very diplomatic when talking about the earlier repairs that the other former homeowners (including myself) had done. When he was finished, the repair was done well, right and up to code. He also made sure two of our other bathroom drains were working properly. I was very pleased and the price was the best yet of the all the firms I've used. I will probably stay with Pasquesi from here on out.
