Description of Work: Their superintendent Fred came on the day I called, and give me good suggestions. He said their plumber would call, but I had no call for two weeks. I called their office once and she took a message. Nothing happened. I was disappointed and I wasted my time. They have a great reputation and my friend recommended. It was very unfortunate to get assigned to one of their bad plumber. No follow-up from Fred.

Description of Work: Just moved into a new home. Master shower had very low pressure...no other pressure problems in the house. Plumber arrived on time, fixed problem in timely manner and addressed other plumbing problems while he was there. Polite and professional.

Description of Work: Plumber arrived promptly, found a leak another Angie's List A-rated plumber had been unable to find (that plumber, EPS of Evanston, was also prompt, polite, and did not charge me); showed me how to open a complicated sink drain, and charged a fair price for good service. Assuming he located the problem correctly, it was a nice professional job.
