We were interested in an estimate for some sewer work. The rep came out promptly, but after 4-5 phone calls without a return call we gave up. Rather than blowing us off, we wish they would just tell us they don't want our business instead of making us wait around for a call.

Instead of automatically wanting to install a new expensive faucet, they told us that they could fix our old one temporarily even though parts were no longer available for it. They're not just in it for the money. They had to come out twice but only charged us for one visit.

They have done various plumbing jobs at my property for 30 years.?They are well-respected on the North Shore. They have done numerous plumbing repairs, installed everything related to plumbing on my 1800 sq ft addition, including 2 baths, laundry, kitchen, sump pump and battery back-up pump. A very efficient, customer friendly company.

I would give him very good ratings. He was absolutely great. He did a very good job. I would give him a definite "A" in every category available. He came out when he said he would and he charged what he said he would. I would not say he was cheap, but he was not outrageous either.

We ve been using their services for some years now. They are more than fantastic. They are very punctual and honest. Whenever you need them, they ll get to your home very quick and solve any problem you may have. They are very reliable.

We have used this company for about ten years now and always work with Donny. Since this was not an emergency, they came out within a day or two. They are honest, efficient and are great with advice. They charge by the hour.

It went well from the first time I called to someone coming to the house to look at the problem. The guy showed up when he said he would. The problem came in getting back to me about next steps. I kept having to call and leave a message and no one would get back to me. So I gave up and moved on to another company.

Great. We had called our local plumbers, Kerrigan, who came to our house and told us they didn't know why we weren't getting hot water in the upstairs bath. They would call us back with more options. They never called back and we were desperate to give our son warm bath after 3 days. Pasquesi came out and discovered what was wrong and also why our laundry room kept flooding with water from the machines which the pump was broken. Within 5 hours our whole house was up and running again! Thanks to Pasquesi!

They're great for service calls; they are always punctual and call when they're on the way over, and the work is clean and fast. They provide our annual service to rod the sewer line. We've recently had them come out to video the line to check for collapse (it is). However, the estimating follow up is lacking and unresponsive. There's been no promised call back on the actual repair of the sewer and other estimating requests have met with no reply. I'll continue to use them for service since they know the building so well, but they don't seem to want any of my other work.

Upon making the appointment, Pasquesi could not estimate the cost of the project--not even an average. At their prices, we were a little worried about how much the project would cost, but no plumber we've called will give an estimate on work they deem "maintenance". The plumbers arrived after the time window given us by the company (9:30-11:30), but he called ahead to say he was running about ten minutes late, which we appreciated. They wore covers over their shoes. My husband ran upstairs frequently to check on their progress as every 15 minutes means another $25 (after the initial 1/2 hour at $82). They finished with the toilet in about an hour, and then listened to our description of the sewer smell. George described other instances of this happening in other homes but made it clear to call sooner if we smell it again so they can smell it too. We appreciated his candor and straightforward manner, and will call them again, asking for George.

He was very personable and explained everything he did. He wrote down everything he did so I could show my husband. He was very clean in appearance.

Our basement bathroom was no longer flushing or draining, late in the day Friday after Thanksgiving. We had house guests. Pasquesi was here in less than an hour, called to make sure someone had arrived, found and fixed the problem and had necessary parts in place. Expensive because of off-hour rate, but great. Later learned my neighbor always uses this same plumber. May have overcharged a bit for time fractions - we paid $310 for 3.5 man-hours. Told us the new pump would be be "about" $260, but it was $345. However, I would use them again.

Requested a call back to schedule an estimate for sewer evaluation and repair. Called twice and was told both times that they had left messages for the plumber to call me. No call back.

The hot water valve was easily repaired and replaced but there was difficulty reaching the leaking pipe under our tub. The plumber had to return a second day with special equipment to saw a pipe in constricted space. In between the two visits, another valve developed a leak and the plumber replaced that as well. In the end, everything that needed to be addressed was repaired.

Felipe was polite and knowledgeable. The office called shortly before his arrival to let us know he was coming. He took the time to explain what he was doing and worked diligently. This work was pretty garden variety plumbing, but as far as we can tell, he did a good job.

I called Pasquesi and was told they could come out on the same day if I paid overtime charges. I declined. They came the next day on time. The plumber took the time to explain exactly what he needed to do. He was very neat and cleaned up well. He also recaulked my tub for me. Fortunately, I had already torn out the wallboard and insulation that was surrounding the leak (at over $100 an hour this would have been very expensive if the plumber had to do it).

Jim was great. Came in, took off his shoes, explained the process and did his job. Due to the ''ghost toilets'' running, some impossible to get off rust, was in the bowls. Jim had some Zud and took care of it for me. When he left, he told me about how long these flappers would last and about another product I may need. Nice guy, knew his job. He worked for one hour. Will definitely use these folks if necessary. I also received a courtesy call from the office to tell me he was on the way, which I appreciated.

Plumber came early and knew what the problem was right away.

They are so good. They did the job right. I've used them before, but this time everything was just right.

I reported the service problem on Saturday and indicated that it was not an emergency. I received a call back at 7:30am on Monday. Frank was at my home at 1:00pm, exactly on time. This was a difficult problem to solve! A defective connection, between my 4 inch pipe and the 12 inch main sewer line, prevented the use of normal routing techniques to push the cap parts into the main line. Frank was smart, resourceful, worked over 4 hours without a break, and solved the problem with the use of some very creative approaches, which included the use of a hose, shop vacuum , power router, string, and strong magnet. He retrieved the 3 1/2 inch diameter metal part blocking the pipe, located over 100 feet from the nearest access point. If it had not been for Frank's experience, skill, and tenacity, I would be writing a check for several thousand dollars to have someone dig a large ten foot deep hole in my front lawn to cut open the sewer line connection. THE PERSON WHO CAME FOR THE ESTIMATE WAS EXTREMELY KNOW LEGIBLE & EXPLAINED ALL MY OPTIONS. I WAS BASICALLY GOING TO RE-PLUMB MY HOUSE. I HAD 2 IMMEDIATE NEEDS & HE STATED HE COULD HAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR THOSE & SCHEDULE WORK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I WOULD HAVE AN ESTIMATE ON THE OTHER WORK IN A WEEK. I CHASED HIM FOR 3 WKS & HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. I ASKED TO WORK WITH MR PASQUESI - HE RETURNED MY CALL & SAID I'D HAVE A COMPLETE QUOTE THE NEXT DAY. IT IS NOW ANOTHER 3 WKS LATER!! HOW COULD THIS COMPANY POSSIBLY HAVE A PASSING GRADE ON THIS LIST??

FRANK IS THEIR KEY PERSON TO DO SEWER RODDING AND HE WAS OUTSTANDING. HE HAD ONE ASSISTANT WITH HIM. FRANK WAS EXTREMELY QUICK, EFFICIENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROCESS. SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME, TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE JOB TO ME AND ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, AND WAS KEEN ON ENSURING HE GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT BY ASKING ME VARIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT SEWER LINE ACCESS POINTS, ETC. 1 HOUR IN AND OUT TO ROD 150 FEET OF SEWER LINE. I LEARNED THAT PASQUESI'S WORKERS SPECIALIZE SO THE JOB MAY BE A BIT DEPENDENT ON THE WORKER WHO DOES IT. DUE TO FRANK, MY EXPERIENCE WAS EVEN BETTER THAN LAST EVAL I POSTED FOR PASQUESI.

THE WORKER WHO CAME OUT WAS 5-10 MINUTES EARLY FOR AN 8 AM APPOINTMENT (PERFECT FOR ME BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO CATCH AN EARLIER TRAIN TO WORK). HE WAS VERY FAST, EFFICIENT, AND HAD THE WHOLE LINE INSTALLED AND WORKING IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR. HE BROUGHT ALL THE RIGHT TOOLS IN FROM HIS TRUCK THE FIRST TIME SO HE DID NOT WASTE TIME GOING BACK AND FORTH. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE ESTIMATE WAS FOR 2 HOURS OF WORK AND THEY BILLED ME FOR 3 HOURS FOR ABOUT $310. I COMPLAINED TO THEIR OFFICE BECAUSE WORKER CHARGED FOR 1.5 HOURS OF TRAVEL AND MY HOME IS 1/2 MILE FROM THEIR OFFICE. IN THE END, THEY OFFERED TO SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE ON THE TRAVEL TIME. BOTTOM LINE - QUALITY WORK DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, CLEAN, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, BUT A BIT PRICEY AS OTHERS HAVE NOTED, AND YOU ALSO HAVE TO CHASE THEM DOWN (CAN TAKE DAYS TO GET ESTIMATES AND PHONE CALLS RETURNED).
