Karzen Restoration, an 80 year old Chicagoland furniture restoration company. Specializing in the refinishing and restoration of antiques and treasured family heirlooms. Karzen Restoration’s old world artisans can reclaim that piece of family history and renew the original old-world beauty to finely crafted furniture. Decades old couches, chairs and loveseats can be reupholstered to bring back the memories from another era. Even the devastation caused by weather, fire, and water can be reversed by Karzen Restoration. They can reclaim the beauty and functionality of a beautiful piece of furniture. Formerly Atlas Refinishing and Service co. Whose owner started the business in 1937. Our mission is to return your family heirlooms and treasured furniture to its original beauty and treasure it's original, craftsmanship.

Description of Work: Repaired and refinished two kitchen cabinet doors and two kitchen cabinet drawer fronts. One of the doors was badly damaged and required major repairs and refinishing. Punctuality was adversely effected by severe winter temperatures which resulted in the refinishing environment non-useable during such periods.

Description of Work: Bot a Big Deal $99 for $200 worth of furniture restoration. Wanted an end table restored. Also decided to have a cocktail table and drum table restored. So had three pieces done and it went well. Tables look good. Work was done in a timely fashion.

Excellent, looks new.
Description of Work: Repaired chair that I thought would have to be thrown out. Leather covered seat weld bronze had to remove part of leather to reweld. Couldn't tell that it was done.
