Description of Work: partial power outage,we ckeckd circuit breakes, seemed OK, so called HPK Elec.Breakers all ok. Mike checked meter then checked Comed line to street. One of phases not working. Someone had been digging at bottom of power pole. Took several calls to Comed to finally get Comed to come out. Said electrician was right, Comed then corrected the problem

Description of Work: Highland Park Electric installed a new ceiling fan in a guest bedroom which included bringing in a new line in the attic above. They also installed a new dedicated outlet box in our garage for a small freezer. They were on time, completed all the work, and clean up. We were very happy with their pricing, professionalism and customer service. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Ran cable to 2 bedrooms that previously did not have, installed exterior lamp post at end of driveway, installed hard wired doorbell. | |They were GREAT. Showed up on time, worked cleanly and quietly, problem solved on the spot. Technician was empowered to make decisions on site. Finished in a timely basis. We will definitely hire again. There were no headaches at all.

Description of Work: We have a fluorescent light fixture in a closet. We were unable to remove one of the bulbs and also had concerns that there was a problem with the ballast. The Electrician successfully changed the bulbs and did not find any other issues. He was here less than 10 minutes. The coupon price was a ver good deal.

Description of Work: Excellent, prompt service. They were able to repair a central vac connection that other electricians did not want to service. They also fixed an outlet problem in our dining room and explained why my sort of handyman husband had failed when he put in new outlets. We will use them again.

Description of Work: Scott came over for a quote on a new panel with upgraded service, along with some additional work to add outlets, bring the dryer line to code and replace some can lights. I decided to go with HP Electric because I liked the thorough/detailed quote and the professionalism. The team that came was quiet, clean, and courteous. They were able to re-route the new upgraded dryer line without putting holes in the ceiling, which saved me money because I did not need any dry wall repair.

THEY WERE INCREDIBLY PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO ME. THEY ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT I ACTUALLY GET MY OWN GFI OUTLETS, SO I COULD SAVE MONEY. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL.
