My experience went very well. Scott's really a great guy. I have a contractor in my home that misplaced his key to my home that could not be copied. I let Scott know and he is re-copying the key at no charge.

It went great. After dealing with the stress of purchasing a new home it was nice to have a provider who did not rip me off. He explained the process, arrived on time, and was fair in prices. After he finished with the locks I was able to test out every lock before he left. He stayed a few minutes after to go over how I could update the locks in the future. It was nice to have someone who showed up on time and was fair. I recommend Duboff Locksmith Services, LLC to anyone who needs a locksmith.

We have moved into a new house and we purchased an Angie's Deal to rekey four locks and reprogram our garage door openers. What we didn't know is that each door has two locks, not one. In addition all the outside doors have deadbolts. Immediately, our deal went from $148 to $262. Rekeying the locks went smoothly with no problems whatsoever. However, something went wrong during the reprogramming of the garage door and we are now unable to use the remotes. Scott spent a huge amount of time on the phone with Overhead Garage Doors trying to fix the problem. It ended that we will have to have a service call from Overhead to repair or replace the mother board. Scott told us over and over that it was not his fault and that he had been "doing us a favor." Since it was a service provided in the $148, I believe it was not a "favor." Scott also stated several times that he was not an expert in garage doors. I do believe he was in over his head and did the best he could. It just was not a job that he should have undertaken. Now let's hope we can get a deal from Overhead!

.Scott arrived at the scheduled time. He examined the malfunctioning lock and quickly determined the problem - a screw that had detached itself from the lock body. Although it took a little time, he was able to re-attach the screw, saving me the cost of a rep;cement lock. Very efficient and knowledgable.

Mr Duboof arrived at the time that we agreed upon an completed changing the lock and cutting 3 extra keys in less than 20 minutes. I would hire him again

The locksmith showed exactly on time. He was very friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. We discussed several options. I explained how much I loved the current door set and he agreed to see if he couldn't repair it instead of selling me a new one. He was able to repair it using the skill he had and some parts he had. He even repaired the part of the wood on the door jam where the bolt was striking. I was very pleased, I still have the lock set I love. I would highly recommend him.

It was great. He actually came out and gave me a great price in some more stuff that I wanted to do. So I was very pleased. He was a very nice guy and he was on time. He was outstanding. I had a lock that was not locking and it was actually broken. He was able to come out and take out a part and diagnose it. He had within his position the same sledge lock on his truck and replaced it right away. I paid $103 more but that was a bargain because the lock I was looking for when I checked everywhere was like $75 so that included the lock.

I was able to get in touch with Scott easily and set up an appointment in a very timely manner. Scott arrived on time, was extremely personable and did an excellent job for a very reasonable fee. When done, he took the time to make sure that not only did the the new keys work, but the old ones did not. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Scott and will definitely use his services for all my future needs.

Scott was great and right on time. He said he would be here between 11 and 12 and was here right at 11, with a very appreciated courtesy call when he was 5-10 minutes away. He explained all of our options thoroughly without overselling and was able to quickly and easily replace our old deadbolt with our new keypad deadbolt, which we love and works great. He took the time to make sure everything worked, taught us how to use it, and ensured we were satisfied and even swept and cleaned up the wood shavings before leaving. Great guy and will definitely use again and recommend if ever in need of any locksmith services, thanks!

Scott was fantastic. I called about the Big Deal and we discussed what the right option was for my needs. We decided on the $149 package. He was very flexible and made it out the same day. He gave a courtesy call 10 minutes prior to arrival. He walked through the home and found one of the locks was frozen. He offered to try to fix the lock and if unable,discussed cost options for replacement. He was unable to fix the lock but had an extra part in the car and was able to replace the frozen part at no charge. He was thorough and was done in a little over an hour. He was extremely professional and discussed options for further locking needs. He even walked me through how to reset the garage door opener. I would recommend Scott and made sure to put his contact in my phone.

Scott did an excellent job. He contacted us right away and setup a time to come out the same day. When he got here, he walked through the house and inspected all our locks. He listened to what we wanted / end goal and then gave us several options and recommendations. He did not push us to buy anything or do any "hard sales" technique. He did a great job of installing the deadbolt - cleaned up after himself. After he installed the deadbolt and rekeyed the locks, he had us walk around and try them out to make sure that we were happy. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. i would use him again and we have his information to call him for emergency lock-outs (hopefully we won't need to but just in case ...)

Scott is a very friendly person. He rekeyed my 5 locks in a very short period of time. What surprised me the most was what happened after I paid him. Scott asked me if I had reprogramed the garage door openers. I hadn't even thought of that. Scott said that he would reprogram my three garage door openers at no additional cost, and he did.
