Joe did a great job of finishing up what another electrician didn't have time to finish. He listened and was helpful answering my questions about electrical work that I was concerned about. He arrived on time and was clear about how long it would take to do the job.

It did not "go"!!!! not only have I not heard from Sound Construction, after purchasing 5/14/2015, I informed ANGIES LIST was contacted about finding another company and STILL NO RESOLUTION. SOUND CONSTRUCTION: I AM SORELY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR LACK OF RESPONSE ANGIES LIST: I AM GREATLY DISAPPOINTED THAT YOU HAVE MOVED SO SLOWLY IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE.

I have called business phone 2-3 times and left messages, and have never gotten a call back. I sent an email, and after 4 days, I got a response back to use Ralph's cell phone. I have called and left 2 messages at that number, still never receiving a call back.

Never responded to the notification request from Angie's Concierge Service to contact us nor the voice message we left asking them to call us.

He did not do any work I want a refund.

The service was never performed. Sound construction would not reply to my calls or emails the day before the scheduled work to confirm my appointment but then called me an hour before the appointment to tell me their electrician had been sick and call in that morning. Well they could've told me that a day before and I am not sure why they need an electrician to hang flat screen tvs on a wall. The customer service is awful however I do not have an opinion on the quality of their work.

It went fine. I only wish he'd had more time after the 3 hours in the Big Deal coupon but he had another job scheduled so he had to leave.

On time, cleaned up and great service.

Excellent response and communication via e-mail. We sent photos of the fan old fan so they'd know what t bring. We purchased an upgrade to the Angie's List offer as well as engaging them to repair an attic fan. Workers arrived on time and worked a long day.

Bought the service on a coupon for two bath fans to be installed. Ended up not using the coupons before they expired. Contacted the contractor several times by phone and all I received was a voice mail. I left message after message and never received a call back. I finally gave up. I'm out $358 and it's sitting in Sound Construction's pocket for doing absolutely nada! I understand the "deal" was no longer applicable, however, I could still apply the amount I spent towards services Sound Construction offered. Bottom line, my experience was beyond terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are irresponsible, unresponsive and obviously incapable of serving customers properly, not to mention dishonest in that I tried to schedule services with them and they plain out just kept my money! Good for nothing. ****The work date is not accurate as they did not perform the work. The field was required to have a specific date.

It went very well. Mik was clean and professional. He ran into a little problem with the ceiling fan and educated me on what he needed to do and asked my permission. He cleaned up after himself and was on time.

It was good. He suggested a better idea from what I had in mind. He did not charge me extra for this idea.

Joe was very professional and extremely helpful. We had a hard time threading the new electric line through the kitchen cabinetry but he was able to produce a solution on the spot. Overall I am extremely pleased and would use Sound Construction again in a heartbeat.

Ralph at Sound Construction Inc was very accommodating by way of changing our original service date at our request. When the electrician arrived the day of service he was prompt and very professional. Upon arrival he reviewed the work we wanted done and immediately began discussing our options. Once a plan of action was established he went to work, rerouting a cable line from within the attic down a wall to a new outlet he would install. Throughout he explain what he was doing, why and how. Once done he cleaned up and offered reccomondatations for future work and also provided and estimate for changing out a light fixture that is on a very high ceiling.

The electrician arrived early (thankfully) and got right to work. He had the old fixture down in an instant, had diagnosed a problem with our light switch, fixed it and had the new light fixture installed fast - last then 45 minutes. Also provided guidance on how far from the ceiling we should hang our light - and it looks great. Very good service and very professional.

They were great then and I want to use them again.

went over the time, but the electrician did a good job and completed the work in a professional manner. he took a lunch break and charged me a bit longer than he actually worked, which I didn't appreciate but all in all I think he did a good job. 2 weeks later and all is working well.

No one has contacted me regarding the deal I purchased. They never contacted me through the message center, and whenever I call the number provided I just get a voicemail, and no one has called me back.

They scheduled quickly and came out and did a great job.

"For the day" was 3 hours, then he left to take care of another job he messed up on. I still have unlimited electrical work to do.
