Very poor and I've used them in the past.

I was needing his services quickly in a short period of time. The service provider could not complete the work in the time I had specified. So I withdrew my requst and obtained a different service provider. Angie's list refunded my money promtly. I was pleased in which the refund was handled.

We wanted can lighting in our guest bedroom but he said he could not do it with the current attic set up. So, he installed two new track lighting systems. He recommended LED. They do look better, but I'm overall not crazy about them. It basically took the whole day to install plus I had to go out and buy the "very expensive lights". Not necessarily his fault, but still disappointing.

All the work was done well. No issues.

The crew came out and installed the door. I've used them before so I knew it would be another great job done by professionals.

The quality of the work wasn't good but the price was low.

I would do this again, and the electrician was very hard working. He did all that I wanted. The only issue was he made a ceiling fan way too low and I had to have my father shorten the pole for me. The electrician should have done that himself. But overall I was happy!

They honor their "Big Deal" price. They charged extra for the materials. They took their time in getting their materials. The guy was really nice when he did the work.

I purchased 3 hours of time for handyman service. I had a list of things that I wanted done during this time with my contact at Sound Construction. Via email, he shared with me what could be reasonably be done during the 3 hour timeframe. We agreed that 2 exhaust fans would be replaced in two of our bathrooms. He, also, asked me if we wanted to buy the exhaust fans or if we wanted him to buy them. Since we have no expertise in buying exhaust fans, I told him to buy them. He indicated that the cost would be approximately $250 which was agreeable to us. I told him that I would pay him for the exhaust fans when the worker arrived to do the work. We got a follow-up email saying that the exhaust fans were more expensive that the original quote. He said that the prices had gone up since he last purchased exhaust fans. The new total amount would be $300 which we agreed to pay. A Sound Construction worker arrived on time to do the work. He was very organized and was careful to cover my bathroom countertops before laying out his tools. He was pleasant and I was impressed with his expertise. He said that one of the exhaust fans took more time to install than he expected. While I had purchased 3 hours of time for this installation, he actually needed an additional 10 to 15 minutes to replace the two exhaust fans. So to complete the job, he needed between 3 hours 10 mins. to 3 hours 15 mins. He then told me that I needed to pay him for an extra hour of his time because of the additional minutes used. I asked him if I could pay him for an extra 15 minutes or 30 minutes. He indicated that I needed to pay for a full hour of his time. He said that since I had to pay for another hour of his time; I could give him additional work to do. I then asked him to do some small tasks to fill in the extra 45 minutes that I was forced to pay. All of the work that he did was very well done. My concern was about how the pricing was handled. I would have been fine with paying for an additional 15 mins. or even 30 mins. I felt ripped off being asked to pay for an extra hour. When it came time to pay him, I asked him for the sales receipt for the exhaust fans. He said that he did not have the sales receipt but that I owed him the $300. Who charges customers for materials and doesn't have a receipt to document the costs!!! I was shocked and angry. Plus, he said that I owed him additional dollars for materials that he needed to do the work that was not included in the amount quoted in the Angie's list deal. Therefore, I had to pay him $414.00. This was $114.00 more than I had expected to pay. I resented paying for the extra full hour of time, the additional money for his materials and the fact that he had no sales receipt for the exhaust fans. I will not use them again for any services.

Provider was not available at the time service was needed. They did call and were polite. I might call them in the future.

There was some difficulty in getting hooked up for a date of service. However, the work was done professionally and to my satisfaction. An additional problem was discovered during the visit and repaired within the time constraints of the big deal.

It took a little while to get connected to schedule. we waited almost a month for them to contact us, but once we got together it went very well.

Ralph came on time, completed everything to our satisfaction. We will definitely use him again.

Do not use this company. They offered electrical service as a big deal which I purchased in January. I needed some shop lights replaced and some wiring corrected in my garage. I was contacted by Sound Construction via angie's list email and was informed they would not perform services until the weather was warmer. I never heard back from the company all year. I then contacted them in June to get on their schedule and was told they were a month out which I was ok with. I tried to contact them repeatedly and they have not responded to any form of communication. I even reached out to ask Angie's list for assistance but they had no luck as well.

They were extremely communicative and kept me in the loop as to when they would arrive. Very friendly and knowledgeable took time to do the job correctly. Was neat and efficient, definitely would have them back again.

He never contacted me even though I sent an email on Angie's list website and left a voicemail on his telephone. I asked for and got a refund from Angie's list. He finally contacted me after that and said he would do the work at the Big Deal price. Said he would call me the next week to set a date for the work. He never called. Forget him.

The quality of the job is average. Our contract was to fix issues in order to meet the code for inspection. The electrician either cuts comers or does not understand building code that results in 2 failures on inspection and it has to re-do multiple times. I have to pay for each re-inspection.

Provider worked with me to get this job done including picking up materials from Lowe's (included part of 3 job hours for this). Work was done well in a timely manner. Suggest checking first for number of workers who will be allocated to the job.

Mick was extremely helpful! He was a good communicator in that he explained the problem thoroughly, using vocabulary I understood, without being condescending. He was honest and direct and even save us money when he discovered that he could repair a ceiling fan and we didn't have to replace it.

very good. KItchen doors are all straight with good knobs. Curtain rods had to have additional wood attachment and he went out and got the extra materials and it looks great.

Mick was prompt, friendly and suggested an alternative installation to my request because it would take him too long to drill through the facia. He finished installing in 45 minutes. The installation was very professional. I also asked him to check why my side door light did not work and he informed me, because it was broken, it needed to be updated. I purchased another one and Sound Construction is coming back to install on the 24th for $75 more.

I purchased the $89 for 2 hours of electrical labor deal and received an initial email asking what type of work was needed. I replied via email and after a couple of days of no reply back I tried calling. There was no answer, so I left a message with my information and request. I waited another week and still no reply via email or phone. I worked with Angie's List to try and get a hold of this company and even with that I have still never received a reply or call back. Needless to say, I had Angie's List refund my money. I understand that a company might be backed up and they may not be able to do the work sooner than later, but to NEVER get back to a customer is simply unacceptable in my mind.

Arrived right on time, professional and courteous. Completed the work within 2 hr time frame and provided helpful advice. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others

The gentleman that came out to do the work did so in a professional and expedient manner. The company did a good job and the price was great. The man also was patient in answering all my questions in regards to possible future jobs. I would definitely use this company again.
