Mary was friendly. She comes with a crew of several people, and they are very organized. However, for the cost, I would have liked a better job. A lot of areas were missed, which I didn't notice until after they left. I also prefer to have a one or two person team, rather than the four or five people she comes with. It's hard to keep an eye on everyone to ensure that the cleaning is being done in the way you specify. I really wanted my own products used, favoring "eco-friendly" choices. But I wasn't prepared for the 5-person crew. So they used their own products. Mary assured me they would use eco-friendly products, but they were anything but! I've used other services where I can get the same one or two people each time, and they will clean with the products I specify and in the manner I ask...and the cost is less!

Mary brought four other workers to clean our 4 bed, 2-1/2 bath house (I only needed 3 bedrooms cleaned). They were here for about 1-1/2 hours to do a general cleaning. The house cleaners seemed to work well together with a good attitude. In the end, though, I had expected a much more thorough job for the amount of money charged. I have used other housecleaning services that charge significantly less money, yet are more thorough in their cleaning. However, the fact there's no language barrier with Hays is a BIG plus. I would consider using them again in the future, and making communication more of a priority.

I called Hays on the Tuesday before Labor Day weekend, hoping they could fit us in. To my surprise, Mary was able to juggle her schedule in order to clean our house two days later on Thursday. She interviewed me on the phone about the job, and then called the night before to confirm (her standard practice). On the day of the cleaning, her crew was running about a half-hour behind, and she called to let us know they'd be a little late, a touch we really appreciated. When they arrived, Mary walked around the house and asked if there were any special issues they needed to know about. She explained how long the cleaning would take and how the coupon would work. She had two newer employees as part of her crew, and in addition to cleaning areas herself, she also watched the work they were doing and periodically instructed them how to improve what they were doing. She was very good with them, and she clearly took pride in the quality of work her company provides. They were all very polite, pleasant, and cheerful. We liked how Mary asked us for feedback during the cleaning. She also had her employees providing feedback to each other. The next day, Mary called to solicit more feedback, which is another standard practice for this company. We really appreciated both the attitude and the fantastic customer service of this company. They do a great job, and we'll definitely be using them again.

They were prompt and came with all their equipment. The head lady, Mary, instructed her four helpers on what to do and assumed they completed the work. Unfortunately, they did not. When I called Mary she came back and completed all the work I requested. The original cost of the job was $450.00 and Mary only charged $25.00 for the return visit.

I have had Mary and crew twice and was happy both times. I also purchased a cleaning for my sister while she was in the hospital having a baby. I like the fact that Mary, who is the owner and the person on the phone, is also one of the crew. She makes sure the job is done right. I also appreciate the teams speedy cleaning. I have kids and a dog and don't like a cleaning service to stay for 7 or eight hours no matter how thorough.

Mary and her wonderful team of ladies came right on time and completed the entire job in four hours. They cleaned blinds, baseboards, all surfaces, three bathrooms, four bedrooms, made all beds beautifully, washed all interior windows and so much more. I can't describe how appreciative I am for the wonderful service we received.

We e-mailed back & forth a few times prior to setting up a date for service 11/16. She gave me a cost estimate of between 125-250$ based on the type of cleaning I was asking for. On 11/10 she told me she would call the night before (11/15) between 4-7pm to let me know what time they would come on 11/16 & would do a walk through on 11/16 to give me a better cost estimate. She never called on 11/15 to let me know when they would come. I called at 8pm & left a message - no response. No show the next day. I called at 1pm & left another message - still no response. I e-mailed at 3pm expressing my disappointment. At 3:30 she called me, apologized for having forgotten to schedule me and offered me one hour's worth of free service. I declined.

Very professional staff and very accommodating to last minute schedule change.

They did a great job. I was very satisfied with the whole process, from the first time I contacted Mary to the day the cleaning was done. I must also give Mary credit for working with me and my unpredictable schedule. Due to a reoccurring roof leak, I had to cancel my cleaning appointment twice. Finally, Mary was able to schedule me for a Saturday with only three days notice. She was very accommodating. On the day of work, Mary and her crew arrived on time. The worked quickly and were very professional. They cleaned every nook and cranny of my house, getting rid of all the drywall dust. It took three people about three and a half hours to clean my whole house. They brought all their own supplies, so I didn't have to worry about having all the cleaning products and tools before hand. I was very happy with the experience. The final cost of the work was at the low end of what Mary had quoted me originally, which was also nice.

Hays was very easy to schedule and polite. The price was fair given that our house had not had a thorough cleaning in about 8 months. The payment was for approximately 13 hours labor. I have had other services do better work, but I liked their attitude, and they seemed teachable. I would have scheduled them for regular cleaning, but after this visit they said we would need to guarantee 10 hours of work for each visit to make the travel worth their while.

Great company. They show up with a crew of 6 people and clean the whole house in an hour. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted to have done. Everyone spoke English so there weren't any communication problems.

Arrived on time. Explained first cleaning would be more expensive than routine. Communicative, fast, conscientious and skilled. Mary James accompanied and worked with two others.

MARY WAS VERY PROMPT AND EVEN CALLED BACK A FEW WEEKS AFTER WE INITIALLY SPOKE TO ''FOLLOW-UP''. THEY WERE JUST TOO EXPENSIVE.

HAYS CLEANING CREW WAS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, AND REMOVED ALL RUBBISH INCURRED BY THEIR WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

MARY WAS VERY POLITE AND PLEASANT TO TALK TO ON PHONE WHEN SETTING UP APPOINTMENT. SHE WAS ABLE TO DO THE JOB BEFORE THE DATE I NEEDED IT DONE. I LIKED THAT SHE CALLED THE DAY BEFORE THE CLEANING TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT. SHOWED UP ABOUT AN HOUR LATER THAN SCHEDULED DUE TO BEING DOWN A CLEANING PERSON AS ADVISED. I DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT SINCE SHE CALLED AHEAD TO LET ME KNOW. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN WHAT I WANTED TO PAY. THE CLEANING CREW DID DO A VERY NICE JOB. MARY SAID THAT SHE FOLLOWS UP WITH HER CLIENTS THE NEXT DAY FOR COMMENTS, BUT I DID NOT HEAR FROM HER.

THEY WERE ON TIME, CONSCIENTIOUS, AND FAST. THEY BROUGHT A CREW OF 3 PEOPLE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
