2nd Chance Plumbing

This company should be called No Chance Plumbing, as in there is no chance they will complete the job. I hired them to come out to root out my sewer line and put a camera in to look for any damaged pipe. Guys showed up in a beat-up old Rooter-Rooter van, which should have been my first clue as to what was coming. They struggled with their equipment for an hour and then told me they did not have the tools they needed to clear the line out to the sewer. They also said they could not see anything using their camera because it was too dark. Clue No. 2. The company owner said that their work should be good enough to solve our problem but told me that if it persisted that he would come back out to finish. A few weeks later, I called the guy to say that the problem was not solved. He said to text him, so he could check his records. No response. I text again. No response. When I finally get a hold from him, he tells me there was a 30-day warranty on the work and that since it is now past that time, he can not help me. Keep in mind that he gave me no paperwork indicating this, nor does this company have a website that I can find to verify this warranty. I had to have another company come out to do the job. As a result, I asked for a refund but was denied due to the warranty. Bottom line, they were hired to do a job, failed to do it and then refused to make it right. I would look elsewhere for a contractor.
