Professional and on time even during 12/9/24 snowy day. In one hour and a half. Unclogged two drains and replaced a pipe. Fair prices. When I need a plumber. I will be calling 2nd Chance plumbing.

I contacted this company on a Saturday, and they sent someone out in less than an hour.. The employee did a great job; he was thorough and left everything clean. We will definitely call on them in the future for any plumbing needs, and I highly recommend their services!

Professional work and working area cleaning

The team at Second Chance Plumbing responded quickly. They came out the same day, fully explained the two separate problems I was having (that I thought were the same). They rodded the basement all the way to the catch basin. They explained how to repair the second issue (since it was related to a remodel and not the drain). They were efficient and polite and were done in 90 minutes. All at a fair price. Good job, overall.

Sump pump replacement at our condo. They arrived same day after our association noted that they were the most reasonable price out of 5 quotes. Very friendly, prompt. Done same day. I saved to them to my favorites.

Amazing! During a week of heavy rains, we took in water in our basement and started ripping open the walls to find the source and then realized our sump pump had died. With more rain in the forecast, we were hoping to get things fixed quickly. 2nd chance saved the day, called me back immediately and was here within 4 hours to replace our pump. We really appreciate the responsiveness and great service!

Technician was personable and professional. Pricing seemsed to be on the high side.

The price I was quoted on the phone was what I was charged. His bid was the best overall and he gave me the best pump compared to the ones offered by the other companies. Not only did he correct the problems that were in the original pump install, he serviced my backup pump for no extra charge. To say the least, I give him a 5 out of 5. Will hire him to replace my garbage disposal.

Prompt service and well prepared to do the job

Best work done ever. I used many plumbers and Zeni and his co-worker did a great job. Installed a new injector sub-pump and rodded out my drain to the city. No one spot of any work done. Everything was so cleaned that you can't tell I had any work done in my basement. Best customer service also. I will only used them from now on!!!!

Need someone to replace my sump pump and also install a backup with short notice on a Saturday morning. Zeni promptly returned my call in the morning and was at my home working in a matter of a few hours. All other companies tried to push my job to Monday morning. Zeni was polite and professional and even provided advice on replacing my pump on my own if/when that time comes. Very happy with his service and this company!
