The were very helpful and took the time to go over the findings in their report with me and answer any and all questions. They were very attentive to my needs and addressed my concerned. They were also very empathetic, great team work.

Dave and his son were so nice to talk to and explained everything. Very fast service! I found it to be a little expensive as I'm retired but knowing if the air I'm breathing is ok is very important to me too

They came on time and even had a feature where I could track their vehicle (great to know when I have a dog I need to put away and a child to keep busy) they were not only timely, but very knowledgeable. I will have them back in a few weeks to test again

I got updates of the work and process from beginning to end. I also appreciate when companies educate you on what causes the issues and ways to prevent it Dave did that. He performed lead swab test along with the air quality test. You need to wait about three days to get results for the air test from a lab. Great customer service, mr. Gardner was responsive and explained everything from the report.
