Took a test for mold in furnace and it came out to the highest degree. When he showed it to me, he said it was somewhat positive. I guess he did not know how to read his own test. Why?

He did not pull air samples long enough, the first report he got was inconclusive and I feel that his interpretation of the second report was not complete. Poor communication. I would not hire this person again.

The requested project was somewhat last minute as we're in the process of selling our home, but they managed to schedule us within the timeframe we were hoping for. Their workers showed up and completed the job in the window of time they gave, and all three of them were friendly and answered our questions before and after. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with Gardner Environmental. They are totally professional and thorough, and good at communicating with customers. They did a Radon Mitigation at my house -- (It wasn't listed on the above choices of service and project.) I was quite impressed with Jordan and his crew -- They were hard-working and polite, and cleaned up after the work was done. They even thanked me for being nice, which is kind of funny, because I just offered them cold drinks, while they actually made my house safe to live in! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and intend to tell my neighbors, friends, and family about this excellent company. To Dave, Jordan, Tino, and Matt: Thank you all SO much for doing such a great job!

Quoted $375 for air quality test upstairs and downstairs. Showed them growth that they said was definitely mold downstairs and only did a downstairs air quality test. Said they would email me statement immediately after they left but never did. Was never emailed any results. Called owner, Dave who said they would come back out regarding the mold they saw because I told them my landlord had it tested and claimed it was not mold. Dave said he would be calling me back but never did. I tried reaching him on numerous occasions different days and times and was always sent to voicemail. Dave completely ghosted me! Phone call after phone call I was ignored, he never called back and it has been months! They just took $375 from me and they were very clear that my finances are limited because I am disabled. Probably going to take them to court to get my money back and I ll report them to the BBB as well. Left him a voicemail saying I was going to report him but he still never called me. Not trustworthy at all! They seemed so nice and had great reviews and then they just lied about absolutely everything and took from me! Do not trust these people! Dave is a liar and a thief! Really upset that they had to put me through all of this and now I still dont know what the situation is regarding mold and I have no extra money to give to another company. I guess they saw I was an easy target. Very upset that they did this to me because my dog and I have been in bad shape since living here so this is very important and it could be all their fault if it happens to be mold. No integrity whatsoever! If you insist on hiring these people make sure you use a bank debit card or a reliable credit card just in case they pull this with you and you can have the card company reverse the charges. I paid with cash and they gave me a handwritten receipts which should easily hold up in court but I want my money back plus interest and fees and anything else I can get for them putting me through this! This is really cruel for them to do to anyone but especially to someone is who is as disabled as I am. Im disgusted! I should probably hire an attorney so I can charge them for the attorneys fees since its so difficult for me to do these types of things. I would just play it safe and use a company that may be a friend has used in the past. The last thing I need is to deal with is trying to get my money back from this trashy company when I have so many other important things I cant even keep up with. Like I said, they saw the perfect target!

Dave Gardner set us up with an appointment in only two days for installation of a radon mitigation system. Daveâ  s son, Jordan, and his team were very professional, courteous, friendly, honest, and informative in going over their â  game planâ  for our installation system. Our radon level went from 8.9 pre-mitigation, to .4 post-mitigation when we had the test done one week later. Jordan informed us about what he was doing during the installation. We have already referred Gardner Environmental Services to family and friends who also need radon mitigation systems.

Dave worked us in to accommodate our busy schedules. He arrived very promptly, did a thorough inspection and made recommendations about the home that were practical and spot-on. When the environmental tests came back, he explained everything in laymanâ s terms and was very patient with questions. We were very pleased.

I did not know I had a high radon level. I contacted Gardner and they installed a remediation system. It took 4 men 9 hours to do the work. When it was done it looked professional and they cleaned up as well.

David and his team were true professionals, very courteous, informative and friendly. They walked me through the process of what needed to get accomplished, were very clean in the work and workmanship, ensuring floors and stairs were covered by tarps and vacuuming after every drill process. As I'm selling my home David really saved my close date Bacon (so to speak)... He was able to install the mitigation system in less than 48-hours from my initial call! Now he might not be able to repeat this feat for everyone, but I was definitely lucky he had a cancellation. My tests pre-mitigation system were over the EPA recommended reading of 4.0 and in some cases double that. Once the home was retested Post mitigation system, the house was reading 0.9 across the board. Thank you David and Team!
