Dave was very helpful and knowlegible. He was very willing to work with us, as we were trying to get a mold situation taken care in a very short time. We were in the process of buying our house and close before the end of the year and he went out of his way to get the testing done. The results came back and our lender told us the situation had to be corrected before we could move on with the purchase. I contacted Dave and he was out there with his crew, working on it the same day. Thanks to Dave, we are closing on the original date and will be moving in shortly.

Gardner Services are the best!!!! I was scared to hire someone I did not know and took a chance utilizing this website (DIY Network recommended this site). I just purchased a home that needed a lot of TLC and repairs. Gardner Services helped me with several jobs and I could not have accomplished all the things I needed done, without their help. If you need a job done around the house, give them a call - again - they are the BEST!!!!!

Gardner Services are truly pros at what they do. They were able to finish painting, remove carpeting, install carpeting, replace blinds and screens, fix doors, install a new toilet and have the house cleaned in remarkable speed. The quality of their work was outstanding.

I thought he was great when he came out to do the sampling for me. He talked to me, explaining different types of mold, how things would need to be taken care of based just on what he could see, and was overall great with his mannerisms. I did not feel like he was just there to do a job, but that I mattered enough for him to take the time to address my concerns.
