I called for a service to let me know if I had mold in my home as I had been recently told I have allergies. Within a half hour Gardner Services arrived. I had my test results in 3 days. I was very happy with the outcome.

Dave showed up on time, was very thorough in his explanations, and did not try to sell additional services that we don't need. He did his work, explained what he was doing and gave us a few tips on how we could do some of the work ourselves to save money, I would definitely recommend him, and we would hire him again in the future.

We didn't need to do anything other that use a mold/mildew killer just to be on the safe side and he recommended something we could use ourselves. He only charged us for a check and was very fair. He came promptly and didn't do any unnecessary treatments. Excellent character so it seems. Thanks
