I chose Todor because of his excellent reviews on Angie's list and I definitely agree with all of the positive comments. He did a thorough examination of all of the possible reasons for our water problem, and in fact, detected two separate issues, plus finding the problem outlet under the tub. He was careful to show us what he was finding as he went through the detection process, so we felt fully informed as he worked to detect the problem. He gave us the opportunity to decide about replacing the window, as opposed to telling us we needed to do it. He and his assistant put in a very long day the first day, and had to leave siding off of the house at the end of that day. They returned two days later (in scorchingly hot weather) and replaced everything in advance of a huge storm that certainly would have caused more leaks had the repair work not been done correctly. We have had no further problems with leaks and there has been plenty of rain to test it. The second phase of our project: replacing the window and final repair to the drywall was postponed a couple of times due to weather and because of a scheduling conflict that Todor had. He was very good about communicating with us about the schedule change, so that we always felt fully informed. Yesterday, all the work was completed. The drywall repair looks very good, as does the window. Todor and his assistant cleaned up the work areas, including vacuuming in the family room.

Todor Provided a fair estimate. He offered many suggestions to resolving our concerns and prevent further deterioration to our window and doors. During the course of the job additional problems were found and corrected. He kept me informed the whole time and welcomed my suggestions. Besides doing a perfect job, he also cleaned up perfectly and did not charge anymore then his estimate. I would recommend him without any reservation. I will defiantly use him again.

Called on a Tuesday. Came out same day to match color of siding and see what needed repair. Work was completed within 48 hours. Great price and work was done so quickly. I would definitely use this company again.

I liked them a lot but I decided to paint it one more time to save money. They gave me a quote last year. I like them a lot. They were very responsive. The company came out and got back to me right away. The woman in the office was very nice; she drove something out to me. I definitely will consider them for when I have to do new siding for the house. They were very friendly and professional. They came out and got back to me right away.

I will never use anybody else because they do really excellent work and their price is goo. They are very reliable. They are confident in doing things right. One of the owners in this company is very good and very detailed and particular about things. He calls me and confirms several times and makes sure what exactly I want. He also have come many times to show the sample and very professional. I would rate them high overall. I would recommend them to anyone and would continue to use their services in the future.

I've used Todor before. He is polite and very informational. He will tell you step by step what the problem is and will offer various options. I called Todor on Saturday and he came out on Sunday to assess the situation. He explained that this window wasn't being made anymore due to the low quality the builders used but he would take it and see if it can be recreated. He removed the shards and boarded up the window. He estimated it would take 2 - 3 weeks for the new window to be done but it only took 1 week. He was flexible enough to come based on my schedule at 8:30 am. and install the panes and screens. He was also conscious of my carpeting and floors and laid down material to protect them. When he was done, you couldn't tell that anything was different.

They always show up and pay attention to the details. Todor is the owner (rhymes with Motor). He also works on the jobs. He is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. The quality of their work is very high. Todor can do just about anything for the exterior of a home. Plus, he is not the kind of person that you have to watch over to make sure the job is done right. He's going to do it the right way. I can assure you, if you have Alenia do a job for you, you will be pleased with the work.

After careful inspection of Alenia's work, I have determined the job was perfect. This is not an exaggeration! The vinyl trim to match up to the soffit was perfect. Trim and molding for water faucet two electrical outlets, gas meter, and two outside lights was perfect. All trim and seams straight and true. Job started on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, and completed September 17, 2010. The owner and one other workman did the work. Owner is easy to work with.

A friend of ours referred us to Todor at Alenia and it was a pleasure to do business with him. He provided a fair estimate, a contract, and was always punctual and even worked late one night to finish the job. He was a pleasure to do business with and I will continue to use him for all of my home improvement and repair needs.

Mr. Cheshmedjiev was very responsive. He came out the day I called for an estimate and removed the damaged screening. He priced materials to put a new screen cap over the fan and replaced it the following week. I also asked him for an estimate on a new roof because we had several companies knocking on the door wanting to replace our roof because of "hail damage." He informed us that we did not need to replace the roof at this time. He did not see hail damage. I will definitely call him for future work. I felt like I was dealing with an honest individual.

This is the second project we chose Alenia Exteriors for, and it has been just as positive an experience as the first one. Todor's initial estimate for the porch was quite a bit lower, when we decided to go with cedar and to order some high-end mission-style railings, that added to the cost, but he was very upfront with all the changes we made, clearing the pricing with me multiple times before he ordered the materials. Their carpentry craftsmanship is just exquisite - the porch is rock-solid and beautiful, with every piece fitting tightly together even though they had to custom-fit it to a very old and crooked house and pre-existing porch roof. The cedar beadboard they found for the ceiling is just lovely, and apparently was a challenge to find in late fall, but they took the time to find it! I especially love the little details that Todor added, additional beadboard work along the main porch beams, and decorative trim added to the posts, that were not in the contract. But Todor had these ideas, suggested them to me, and they really add a lot to the overall effect. I'm just so impressed that he would SUGGEST changes that made additional work for himself, without charging me extra! Anyway, we're very happy with the porch, and have been told by several neighbors that it is the envy of the block.

I'm thrilled with how my house looks now! It went from the asbestos-shingled paint-peeling "haunted house" on the block to one of the classier houses in the neighborhood. Todor and his guys showed up reliably each day (or called when they wouldn't make it, like the day his daughter landed in the ER). They did a good job matching the aluminum trim to my existing trim, worked around some unexpected trouble spots (like needing to remove the above-ground electric lines to my garage, having to shave off some older existing wood that would have made the siding bumpy, and having to grind down a bunch of siding nails whose points protruded through my too-thin rear stairwell walls). It wasn't the world's fastest siding job, mostly due to a delay in the special-order corners I had chosen, but I'm very happy with the end result. We have already decided to use Alenia Exteriors again in a couple future projects.

I totally appreciated Todor taking the initiative in order to get things done properly and on time. He is very pleasant to work with and does an excellent job. As soon as it warms up he will do my roof. He's very smart and also aware of the importance of working with a budget. For example: He has bought the roofing material already since it will be cheaper now due to the season. This will make the overall cost of doing my roof cheaper

It was a great experience. Todor was sure to ask before he did something if that was what I wanted. Everyone was very professional in everything they did. They each knew what they had to do and got the job done. Todor came soon after I contacted him and gave me a quote, I accepted, he followed up with the contract and we decided on when to start the job. The job started when it was convenient for me and they finished in 10 days. All the old siding was taken away along with all materials that they used during the siding of the house and garage. He installed all new lights which I purchased also. He went out of his way to make the experience a good one.

On Dec 23 at 2am in the morning I lost a few pieces of siding on my house from very strong winds. The pieces that came off were already pulled up a little, I have been trying for months to get someone out there to secure them. It appears that no one wanted to do a small repair job. I finally signed up for Angie's List to get some names of repair places and sent out 3 emails. I received a phone call back from Alenia Exteriors within an hour, he came by the house within the next hour and was prepared to fix the siding that day. I had extra siding for the house and we agreed that he would fix the siding on Christmas eve. Great job and excellent response.

We found Todor to be a responsible, honest contractor. His prices are reasonable. We were given a price of three times as much previous to checking with Angie's List where we found Todor. Todor went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly.

They came and gave me an estimate in a day. We waited one week for them to start the job as promised. I was particularly pleased that Todor was able to find the exact type of existing siding from a local shop. Additionally, he was able to get just enough pieces to do the job as opposed to an entire case which wasn't necessary. The siding looks great, very neatly done & you can't really even tell that it was put on later. The roof is terrific, the ceiling strips look very nice. All the details seemed to have been carefully thought out.
