Called back promptly and came and inspected the roof, gave a price and a date to repair. Moved the date up because of predicated rain showers. Would definitely use him again.

Todor and his assistant George did fantastic work on our house over the past few months. The weather over the past few months hindered progress at times, but Todor kept the lines of communication open during that entire period and would continually follow up with me with updates. The prices we received from other contractors did not compare to the absolutely fantastic price that Todor quoted us. My sister-in-law's friend recommended Todor after he and his team installed 30+ windows in their house. They had nothing but great things to say about him and his team.....and they were right. Todor took the time to explain exactly what he and George were trying to accomplish. If unknowns popped up while they were working (like rotted wood that needed to be replaced) he explained what he needed to do to remedy the situation and was fair with his pricing of the labor of the "extra" work. Todor is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. I have never trusted a contractor the way that I trusted him. I had confidence that he was going to do a stellar job at a fair price and I wasn't wrong. Our house looks brand new. A lot of unknown variables surfaced also, but Todor and George always handled situations professionally and provided explanations along the way. Unlike other contractors that we dealt with, at no time did Todor say that he couldn't or wouldn't accomplish what we asked. His confidence in his work assured us that the work was going to be done right. Obviously from this review, we were extremely pleased with everything. The house looks great.

Came out and gave us a quote on the work and said he would do the job two days later. Two days later he arrived at the appointed time and completed the job. He addition to fixing the soffits that had fallen, he check rest of house and fixed a few additional ones.

I requested estimates from three contractors from Angie's List and Alenia was the only business to respond. Todor came out within a few days and provided an estimate on-site. The inspection seemed to be thorough. We had a lot of rain over the next couple of weeks which prevented him from doing the work but he did a good job of keeping me updated. He was able to complete the work while I was at work. He left everything as I left it and was very clean. He followed up with a phone call that evening to tell me that the work had been completed. Everything went smoothly. I cannot report on the quality of the repair since it is all underneath the siding but will find out the next time we get a hard rain. I'm hopeful that everything is fixed. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this business. It was nice to find someone who was willing to take on a smaller job.

Called and scheduled an estimate. Todor came out and looked at the damage and gave me an extremely reasonable offer. He did the repairs a few days later. He also went out of his way to repair a few leaks in my roof vents.

Todor did a wonderful job of carefully reattaching fascia that had come loose in the wind storm. He went around the house (a 2 story colonial) and placed additional nails so as to decrease the chances of fascia coming loose in future storms. While he was up on the ladder he also inserted gutter guards in the gutters. He was thorough and willing to do the extras that we requested.

Totally, it was great. He just came and he gave me the best quote of anybody. He came when he said he was going to come. He got back to us immediately. The door came earlier than he said. He put it in half a day. He was professional and clean. He cared for everything. He cut off the old door. I am very impressed with his work.

I've hired Todor before, and as usual, he did a brilliant job, with painstaking attention to the details. Aspects of this project were challenging. The sunporch had a sloping floor and roof, so Todor had to re-frame the floor and ceiling to make it level. He added additional supports all the way down to the basement level to ensure that the framing would hold up a fairly large bathtub full of water. The custom glass tile mosaic I ordered for the shower was fragile and had an irritating tendency to shatter, so tiling the shower took the better part of three days, with a lot of tiny custom cuts, but it turned out beautifully. And the custom vanity was constructed wrong, so its framing totally blocked the plumbing access for the bathtub; Todor had to completely re-work that access and attach the tub plumbing in very cramped conditions. All in all, it was a challenging project. Todor is one of the few contractors I've worked with who can come up with creative solutions for problems like these without piling on additional charges. He's also the only contractor I've used who will do the work with the precision and attention to detail that I require, WITHOUT me needing to hover over him and point out every little thing I'd like him to fix. With Todor, I don't need to worry about walls being slightly out of plumb, paint that is a little bit sloppy in the out-of-the-way corners, grout lines that are a bit too wide or narrow, or trim seams that don't quite meet exactly. Nothing in my project is only "good enough." He simply does it right the first time. Oh, and my kids love him! He patiently answers my six-year-old's questions, and endures my younger ones saying "Hi!" to him eighty times a day. Thanks again, Todor!

Several pieces of soffit and facia were damaged or blew off my home due to heavy winds. The damage was nearly 25 feet off the ground and I did not feel comfortable fixing it myself. Let me start off by saying I contacted several contractors, several of them were highly reputable on Angie's List, and not one of them were interested in the work. I am not sure if it was due to the small size of the project or if they did not do repairs, but it was frustrating trying to find a quality contractor to perform the work. I then found Alenia Exteriors on Angie's List and contacted Todor to see if he would perform the work. Within a few hours of contacting Todor, he was out at my home performing an estimate of the repairs. Todor quoted me a price and said he could do the work two days later on a Saturday. Todor arrived on time and was extremely professional. He kept a clean job site and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend contacting Todor if you need siding or gutter repairs or replacement. It was difficult to find a contractor who was professional, performed quality work at a reasonable price until I found Alenia Exteriors.

I got the price for my windows and roof repairs.The call was prompt and I was quoted the price. I went for another guy but the experience was good.

todor was excellent to work with. for the work that was done, the price was exceptional. the product of work was very satisfactory. todor is a simple man to talk to, there is not alot of exaggeration and false promises. there is simply what he can do and how much he is willing to do it for. why i gave him a B for responsiveness, i called him once and he didnt respond till the following day. i was very pleased w/ the work and found it very pleasant interacting w/ tudor that i hired him to finish my basement.

Todor and his staff did an excellent job despite several setbacks caused by village inspectors that required adjustments to original design. The finished product is an exceptionally well built deck that looks beautiful. Todor's suggestions and extra care to details are very much appreciated

A couple of years ago, Todor replaced some screening on our attic fan that a animal had torn up. He inspected our roof at that time and suggested we wait a couple of years. We called him this year. He responded immediately and met me at the house a couple of days later. He again said he thought that the roof was still good. He suggested we replace some windows if we had put aside money for the roof. We still haven't decided on the window, but appreciate Todor's honesty and will call on him again in the near future.

The old windows, made by Thermalcraft, weren't all that old but were poor quality; they were almost impossible to open or close. Also, they had been installed badly (by some other contractor), so they were leaking and wouldn't completely close, which was a problem in winter. Todor ordered replacement windows, this time with frosted glass (it's a small bathroom and we didn't want window coverings in the damp environment). He and his assistant installed them quickly, and did a great job insulating all around them with massive amounts of spray foam (the Thermalcraft installers didn't insulate at ALL; it looked like they just took the plastic wrap that the windows shipped in and stuffed it around the windows and left it at that.). The bathroom is much warmer now, and I love the amount of light that the frosted glass lets in. I've used Todor and his crew before, and I love that he, as the owner, is always personally present on the job. He is extremely detail-oriented and picky, and he takes the time to make sure you are happy with your results. He is also very good about explaining costs up front, and letting you know if anything will change; for instance, when we decided to order the frosted glass windows instead of plain glass, the cost per window pane went up, and he made sure we knew what the new total would be before he placed the order.

Todor arrived when promised, picked up materials for us from Menard's. Since my husbandand I both work out of home, we were concerned with how this would impact us. Todor and Doncho were very considerate of this and scheduled the flow of fheir work to cause us the least amount of inconvenience. He is very attentive to detail and is also frugal when it comes to use of materials. We were able to install new flooring in an additional bedroom because of his judicious use of the materials. We will be using him for future projects this year!

I cannot say enough good things about Alenia Exteriors! From start to finish, they were nothing but fair, professional, & competent. I had inquired to a number of companies for estimates through Angie's List, but only Alenia bothered to follow up with a phone call. I wasn't sure I would be able to get anyone reliable to do what seemed like such a small repair, but, surprisingly, their office contacted me within a day or two of submitting the inquiry to arrange an estimate. Todor Cheshmedjiev called me on the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way, and then soon arrived promptly - even a little early, if memory serves, which was fine by me! He took about 10 - 15 minutes to assess the situation, and then gave me two options: I could choose the quick/less expensive way (about $50), or I could choose the long-term/more expensive fix. He said he could do the quick repair right then & there, but would have to schedule the 2nd option. Of course, I wanted the job done properly, so I braced myself for the estimated cost to make the full set of repairs.....only $300!! I was expecting a lot more for what he described (pulling down the fascia, adding boards into which the siding could be properly reattached, putting the fascia back, clean-up, etc. There was probably more to it than what I'm listing, but I am no siding expert by any means!). We set up a date/time for the repairs to be made. On the day of the scheduled visit, the weather was bad, so Todor called me first thing in the morning to reschedule. We also talked the day before the new time slot just to confirm that everything was still OK with the new date. Again, Todor arrived on time. He worked quickly, did a thorough clean-up, and walked me through all of the repairs. I paid him by check and he sent me a formal invoice in the mail. I was very happy with the results. Alenia was everything I look for in a contractor - great with communication/phone calls, on time, gives fair estimates, and are experts in their trade. They were professional in every way. I only wish I had the money to have them re-side my entire house!!! Thank you, Alenia, for your great service!

It went fine. He even enlarged the hole leading to downspouts to allow for better drainage.

They came, gave an estimate, gave a price we agreed upon, a week or so later he came on a Satuday and completed the work.

They did a great job. The guys who came were real friendly and did the job in a pretty short period of time. They weren’t here very long. They were on time too. I think that is another positive thing that we consider in our contractors when they show up on time. The price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I didn’t go ahead and use them because I didn’t end up doing the work. They seemed perfectly fine and they seemed like they would do a good job. He was pretty responsive, he seemed to know what he was talking about, and he came out when he said he would. I will consider him when I go ahead and do these repairs.

Todor arrived on time for the scheduled appointment to provide an estimate. He looked at the project, took measurements and sat down with me to explain his suggestions and my options. He provided me with a written estimate several days later. We met to sign the contract and discuss possible work dates. He completed the work as agreed upon and cleaned the project site. He was professional in nature. My new garage siding/soffit/gutters look great!

We liked them very much. I think the owner is a great guy to work with because he is nice, he is polite, and he did a good job.

No hassles, quick turnaround. Would use them again.

They were very thorough in investigating and making several modifications to insure a complete fix.

Alenia Exteriors were prompt in calling me back within the day regarding work I needed done due to an opening in a soffit that made a hole from the roof to the attic. Todor came out approximately a day or so later and advised me that the job would take approximately 2-3 hours to pull the damaged soffit, reinforce the area above it with wood, and then reaffix the original soffit back. He told me that the job would cost $250.00 USC. I agreed and he came back that weekend to perform the repair. Todor completed the work without any problem, and finished in less than an hour. My only complaint was that less than an hour's work costed $250. It was the same price as the estimate, but I suspect that the job was never going to take more than an hour. The work that was done was fine, but I probably won't use them again, as I believe they are slightly overpriced.
