Description of Work: Removed a large hornet nest from basement. Had some trouble initially getting an appointment set up... but once I got connected with Bill, he scheduled me right away and took care of the problem. Very helpful and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Tech called and said he would call me back 2 days later to stop by and give an estimate of what needed to be done and never heard from him again. Tried another company and their schedule was too full. Ended up taking care of problem myself so far. Do not wish to have this published or be identified to company either. This was my first time using list.

Description of Work: Treated for flying ants. Have not seen any more. They were informative, and made sure we understood. All my questions were answered. We also had them give us a quote for termites. We didn't use them based on research my husband did into the different types of treatments. He decided another company's type was the preferable one. They were again prompt and curteous.

Description of Work: Every year we've had a problem with small ants in our kitchen for a week or so, but this year we could not get rid of them. The ants kept coming back. Called American Pest Control and they were able to get us scheduled within about 4 days. The treatment really worked. We were told we might see a few ants for 4-5 days (which we did) but then they should be gone. No more ants!

Description of Work: I only like using pest control and paying for for twice a year rather than 4 times a year when I do not need it... I only need it in spring and summer... not in Fall and winter. Every time they came out, THEY NEEDED MY HOSE TO MIX THEIR SOLUTION. I USED ORTHO PEST PRODUCTS FROM HOME DEPO AND GOT SAME RESULTS. A LOT CHEAPER.
