I contacted APC over a month before closing on my house, and informed them of when I had closing scheduled. They said that they would be in touch when closing was within 30-days to schedule an appointment. Three weeks before closing I get a call from the technician saying "oh, it looks like I wasn't supposed to call before 4, oops, and I don't know when your closing is, but I've got availability this week and next." When I had a break in my work day, I called back and left a message, it has now been over a week and I haven't heard back, closing is in two weeks. I've gone with another company and would never trust this vendor with a time-sensitive item again.

Everything went well. They are always fast and reliable.

When I first called the office, they told me the name of the person who would be calling me to schedule an appointment. He called within a few minutes and since I would not be home when he could stop by to give me an estimate, we decided he would come by anyway and take a look at the exterior of the house where I was having the problem with yellow jacket/hornet bees. Right after the conversation on the phone, I went down to the storage in the basement and found the place swarmed by bees. In desperation, I immediately called the service man to see if he could come over right away since it was an emergency. He told me he would be here in half an hour, and he did. He came over, detected the problem area and the type of invading bees and sprayed the outside entry source. Then, sprayed the storage area, advised us to stay away from the storage and made an appointment to come back the next day to spray the storage one more time and the entire exterior of the house for other crawling insects.

I have a five-year contract with them. It is $1000 for a five-year contract for the initial treatment and then he has to re-bait traps. So far, so good. I think he got rid of the termites. He had to bait them and it killed the termites, hopefully. He came out and he did what he said he was going to do. He has been doing it for a long time in the same area so he has to be good. He has a good reputation. He delivers on what he is doing. Their price is a little high.

Bruce called when he knew he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived he got right to work inspecting the house. We purchased the house 10 months ago and didn't expect to find active termites in the shed. He did not find evidence of termites in the home and advised us on treating the area around the house to get rid of the termites.

Always do a professional job, on time and respond quickly if we have problems.

I called them and have them do it. The guy who was doing that was much helpful. I do not know much about the company, but the guy who did the job was very high, and had a very good feelings. He was very+ helpful. He was fast, and very professional. He called to tell us know that he was coming and he did it.

Everything went fine. He got right to work and completed within a half hour.

We were very happy with the service we received from Bill at American Pest Control. He ended up having to come out 4 times during a 45 day period to spray and lay down pellets for a very bad ant problem. He was very patient with us and came out each and every time without question. We were never charged anything but the original $130 fee for this entire series of treatments. We will definitely be using them again for future pest control issues.

We have an occasional ant, but not anything like prior to the spraying.

They were very good. They were very professional. They did what they said they would do. They didn't just come and threw out sticky traps like the other guys do. They were trying to place them. I wanted to work with somebody that actually can try and find the hole. And they did that.

It went pretty well actually. The guy was real professional and they gave good advice. I had no complaints with them. He was real courteous and met all my expectations. I called and left a message and he called me back the same day. He came on a weekend so he actually came out on my timeline.

The service provider was punctual and efficient. He took time to answer questions and provide information. I was pleased with the service!

So far, so good, except they're going to have to come and re-apply because in the last 3 days, I found 2 really huge spiders in my basement. Usually they're pretty good, but I figured the last application didn't hold. They have been referred to me by a friend of mine. They're professional and they come when they say they're going to come.

I knew the gentleman from a previous business relationship and he has been extremely persistent in coming to make sure that our mouse problem was taken care of. He's done a really good job with that.

He is a very nice, and polite guy, but I want him to put some bait then he has been doing, because we are still having the problem. I am getting the mice coming in from outside, and so maybe we need to put the traps inside the house. He sprays in the house for bugs. I have had him for 9 months, and so maybe it could just be my house.

That went fine. We used them until we moved to Texas. They were very good. I never saw any bugs in my house. They were very courteous when they came.

We were tired of the constant calls from Terminex, a service we had perviously and decided to go with American. Their prices were a little better and the quality of product seemed to be better based on conversation. The first issue we wanted addressed was fleas. We moved into a new house and our pets had contracted fleas and we had a bad infestation. It took three visit and my wife using other means to rid the house. We had similar service with Terminex before and it was only one visit and we didn't have to do anything but leave the house for a few hours. That was a bad sign for me and I wanted to quit then but we had an annual contract. We tried at times to get additinal visists from our service guy but since he left on vacation, we just had to wait. That wasn't good service. Also, they sprayed the inside of our house everywhere, something that Terminex didn't do. I didn't like the spray on all of our wood everywhere in the house. Net result was yes, after many calls and repeat calls, they can rid you of the insects but with Terminex its a better service and no repeat calls.

Everything went well. He sprayed wherever I asked him too. I highly recommend them. I did mention the 5% discount for being on here but they knew nothing about it. It was a fair price so I didn't push for it and was happy with the service!!

I thought that I had a rodent problem because I could hear something moving in my crawlspace, but I didn't have a ladder and couldn't see for myself. They responded to my call very quickly, and fit me into a tight schedule to make sure that I was taken care of quickly. The technician came out and determined that I did not have a rodent problem. He checked out the crawlspace thoroughly and found the source of the noise, it was the flanges on my dryer vent moving in the wind. He did not charge me anything for the effort.

They were timely in returning phone calls and arrived on time. They were very thorough in their work and in explaining what was being done and why. They treated the house inside and out and came back once to treat a new, above-ground area the ants had found to hide. After struggling with ants for several years, the house is now ant-free. I signed up for their very reasonable quarterly service.

They were terrific. We were trapping a mouse a day and they were very professional. The problem went down 95%. It was a pleasant experience all the way around. They knew what they were doing. They came when they said they would and he came out when he said he would. I would use them again.

We were told we had a light infestation. But of course, any infestation at all was alarming. We found American Pest Control to be very professional. The $1100 price seemed steep, but they said they could do the job, and it seems they actually did. The first treatment was right after Christmas, and now it is right after Valentine's Day, and we feel good that we are rid of the bed bugs at last. We cooperated well with their suggestions and we were patient. I am so glad to report no further activity from these creatures as of March, 2014. as of July, 2015, we have not had a reoccurrence. I forgot to mention, he took $200 off the 1100.00 estimate.

They inspected a 20-year-old house I was considering buying and said the house was termite-free. I bought the house and two months later found termites. The signs should have been obvious to a professional. I expected they would remove the termites for free or at a major discount since they did the termite inspection. Instead they wanted as much or more money then their competitors to remove the termites. Needless to say, I used one of their competitors.
