When you receive the written contract, BEFORE SIGNING, check the prices to see what your will really spend and get any revised contracts in writing BEFORE SIGNING. The allowances are low even though you tell them what you want. Wilson wants you to use Pro Source for the tile selection but they will not see you unless you sign the contract first and you do not see the bill. Terry assured me the cost would be within the allowance but was $200 dollars more. The tile walls are not smooth, I was accused of over reacting. The allowance for the shower door had only one choice. The allowance for the ultra quiet exhaust fan had NO choice and we had to pick a more expensive larger fan to cover the hole left by the old one because Ben did not want to patch the hole. We had to purchase a faucet, shower head combination and another separate shower head to stay within the allowance. The shower doors were not installed properly because water puddles on the bathroom floor outside the shower. I can not recommend them nor would I use them again.

The young men that installed our new roof were very professional. They worked hard the entire time and I enjoyed having there here at our home. The roof looks great and they cleaned up perfectly. They also stacked all the scrap wood for my bird house building.

I wanted someone to replace a bathroom vanity. I called Wilson thinking they would put me one their schedule. To my surprise he said I ll have someone there in an hour . Wow! It was a rainy day and they couldn t wort on their outside project, so I lucked out. Two guys came within the hour, replaced the vanity, cleaned up and were on their way. The guys were professional, friendly and I couldn t ask for a better experience! I would highly recommend Wilson Residential Construction for any job large or small!

Wilson Construction is a great company to work with. Ben Wilson is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and patient helping customers through every detail of the project. All questions or concerns were answered in a very timely manner. Wilson Construction built a bathroom in the unfinished basement from scratch and I could not be happier with the quality of the finished bathroom. I would highly recommend.

I hired Wilson Construction to remove an old shower and install a new shower in my basement laundry room. The quote I received from Ben Wilson was fair. Tear out of old shower and installation of new shower was completed on schedule. The shower turned out great.

I hired Wilson Construction to remodel my kitchen and Ben and his crew did an amazing job, so it only made since to have him redo my two bathrooms. Just like with the kitchen remodel, the mini remodel of my two bathrooms came out great. I plan to rehire Wilson Construction again.

They were very professional! They remodeled my Bathroom and Kitchen! I was blown away at the outcome! It was the little things that made the difference! An outlet in the bathroom and an couple extra cupboards in the kitchen were just a few! they even hung a coat rack and fixed my awning! I was so pleased I am having them back to do my guest room!!

Ben was very nice about coming back to complete a request for an extra item I wanted.
