From our original vision on what we were looking for on our kitchen remodel, Wilson Construction made our vision come true. The professional personnel working on our project, their attention to detail from the start of our construction through the entire process to completion shows the dedication and commitment this company has. Their pride in craftsmanship was obvious throughout. I highly recommend Wilson Construction and would call them again for any future projects.

4 weeks over schedule. No attention given to my project workers left a mess and cigarette butts everywhere. Work was terrible. Every component installed was damaged in some way. Never again.

I had a complete kitchen remodel. A door was blocked off, walls knocked out, another wall rebuild, moved stove and refrigerator to better locations. Workers were friendly and professional. Workers cleaned up every day before leaving. Love my new kitchen!!!!

Outstanding description of roofing needs based upon visual inspection with measurements. Clear presentation of projected project, including verbal and visual description of the roofing needs, aligned with customer concerns. Individual and total costs; including a downpayment were clarified. I remained thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the near future careful/considerate work that soon will be completed; ensuring that our house remains our “home”.

Recently moving to the Mid-West I had no idea what contractor to hire in replacing my hail damaged roof and new window replacements. I made the right decision in hiring Wilson Construction. Dennis Holman,Project Superintendent, was absolutely outstanding to work with. He handled all of the insurance paper work and made me feel comfortable with all details. I highly recommend Wilson Construction---down to earth , trustworthy,experienced,and honest.

Mr. Wilson is a Terrible contractor. Wilson installed a new roof on my home and did not install a chimney flashing. So snow and rain Flood my home from the attic and he would not come out to make repairs nor would he pay to have the interior of the home repaired. He said that I was just trying to get a free bathroom and kitchen out of him. Wilson installed new gutters and did not pitch them right so the water does not reach the downspouts. And Mr. Wilson construction did not install downspouts on the back of my home so all the snow and water entered into my home. Please take Wilson construction off your listing.

Wilson is determined to do the job right and make the customer happy. Very easy to communicate with, and works hard to negotiate with insurance company. Couldnâ t be more pleased with our choice of contractor!

Finding a trustworthy and quality contractor can be extremely difficult (as we have learned). This was easily the smoothest project we have ever done and I highly recommend them! 5 stars!

Ben is as advertised, I wanted to do something that didn't make sense to my budget and he was honest about the fact that would be better and less expensive to buy another house. They completely made my house look different and gorgeous, I did my Kitchen, both bathrooms, knocked a wall out and floors throughout the first level and it looks amazing. To be honest, it was looking pretty dated and they brought it up to spec, and then some. There were setbacks due to delivery issues due to covid but it was all worth it in the end and I would recommend Ben and his crew to update your home the way you want it for years to come. So if your looking to update the look of your home give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

Ben and his team were awesome. The job was completed in a timely manner, and wasn't to hard on the wallet. We even had an issue with a manufacturer that had nothing to do with Wilson Residential Construction Services LLC and Ben ate the cost of repairing it. I highly recommend them!

Did not end up how I wanted it at all and they clearly could not have cared less. Several areas look terrible and they acted like I was being unreasonable. Incredibly sloppy work. They would ask how I wanted something then do the opposite. Would never use it again and definitely would not recommend. Not how a $38k project should end up looking.

Absolutely phenomenal quality and service. We live in a 1986 two story Victorian and our roof needed a LOT of TLC. Not all contractors are qualified to work on a house with some of the unique characteristics and challenges of ours, or able to do so safely. Wilson Construction rose beautifully to the challenge and our new roof is something I am honestly overwhelmingly grateful for every single day. It is gorgeous and I feel confident that it will remain sturdy and beautiful for many years to come. They are communicative and professional and explained everything we needed to know every step of the way. They even talked to our insurance company for us. This is definitely a very caring business with a lot of pride in both their customer service and craftsmanship. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will absolutely consider them first for any other construction.

They wanted 1/2 the money upfront for a new roof in the Spring of 2021 yet did not start working on my house until October. Was promised a deadline over and over yet deadlines came and went. My roof was finally completed 6 months later. A shingle fell off during a storm which I thought should not happen with brand new shingles. I notified Dennis, who said he would get right on it... yet, I had to remind him again weeks later. They came out (unannounced) to fix it and pulled a shingle from a different location to put down on the missing shingle then covered it up with a completely different color, had they asked I had a bundle of new shingles left over in my garage that they could have used to fix it correctly. Totally shady work. Would never use this company again, let alone recommend them to anyone.

Totally satisfied with the job overall great communication skill would hire again. Dennis was excellent to work with.

Quality/Craftsmanship was excellent. Ben Wilson was great to work with. My calls and texts were ALWAYS returned promptly. Big job. Great outcome.

Kept me informed of adjustments needed cleaned up neatly.

The Wison Construction crew is second to none. They were a pleasure to work with. They are true craftsmen and take pride I the job that they are doing. They are reasonable but you get the best quality workmanship. From start to finish they were professional in every way.

The work was not nearly as high-quality as we would have hoped for with the cost. As far as we could tell, they did not do more than a primer on the walls. There were many detail-related issues that fell short. The contractor was really never on site. It was very rarely that he came to check on the work of his team. Mostly he just was not there to see if his crew was doing quality work. He would come after they left and then say he would tell them later. He was never there at the same time as him as far as we know. We had a bathroom remodeled and the paint they used was inadequate, as the ceiling above the shower immediately began peeling upon use. It looks awful and started looking awful right away. There are multiple areas where we have had to fix them on our own. They touched up areas of the paint with a different paint than the first paint, so you can see patches. The crawlspace door, for example, was so poorly re-attached after painting it, that it fell off almost immediately. The wet bar was installed such that when they reconnected the pipes, it leaked and flooded about of the basement and ruined some of the brand new floors they had just put in. We now also need to replace the kickplate on the cabinet under the sink due to the water damage. Everytime we pointed something out that had not been done was supposedly not what we initially said we wanted. Be VERY specific about what you want, down to the small details. In addition, they told us they might fix stuff, but they had no time to come back later due to other pending jobs. And it took FOREVER to finish. The price would have been fine overall, but considering how much we have had to address on our own, we are not at all satisfied with what we got for the money. It is not cool to have to follow up on a full remodel and have to fix stuff on our own after the fact. To summarize, it is better than it was, but not nearly as good as the quality of the work we thought we would get. Would not recommend.

Excellent work on a complex job! In addition, they kept in constant contact, providing updates on the job. I would definitely recommend them.

That Ben Wilson is honest and you can trust that your needs and wishes will be met for a low price. We received many estimates and Ben Wilson was the lowest. The quality of product and craftmanship is top of the line and Dollar for Dollar, Ben Wilson Construction is the best. We absolutely Love our new Kitchen and Bathroom.

Wilson Construction did an awesome job putting on an addition to our home which included a laundry area (upstairs woohoo) walk in closet and half bath. I think it was a fair price, excellent workmanship and good communication. Would not hesitate to use them again!
