They arrived on time, performed job. Everything went well. I was very pleased with the job they did.

The service was excellent. They came 2 days after I called, were on time and efficient and neat. I definitely would use them again.

Michael came out the next day which was awesome. He then took his time and cleaned all the carpets with extraordinary detail. I literally could not believe the difference in the carpets. The carpets at the apartment didn't even look very dirty, but you could clearly see the difference as he cleaned them and when he was done they looked brand new! Even better, he was able to not only clean the carpeting in my basement, but was able to remove a large pet stain from a year ago and several other stains. I just told him to do his best with the pet stain, but he got it entirely out. I was almost considering putting new carpet in the basement, but after he was finished they looked brand new. His price was very comparable to everyone else I called, but I can't imagine the quality being any better. I will be recommending this company to family and friends. Well worth the money!

Very professional. Explained in detail over the phone and gave an estimate. When they came in, they first measured the space to ensure estimate was correct (it was). They explained different processes and while explained various upcharges, I didn't feel pressured to do them. It was a great company to work with and I'd use them again.

Very punctual, very thorough, extremely happy with the results. While Optimum likely won't be the cheapest carpet cleaner you will find, in my experience they are by far the best. Light carpet in the basement had multiple stains from a leak, from spills, from pets, and when they were done the carpets look fabulous. A few spots were beyond total removal but the carpets haven't looked this good in years. I would highly recommend Optimum if you are looking for high quality results.

I contacted the owner thur the contact form on the website and he responded to me at the number I provided within 24 hours.We arranged for the service to be performed at my home at 1:00 pm they arrived a littile early which was great and proceeded to complete the work professionally. I was not home a the time so the work was supervised by my mother in law. Clearly they passsed the in law test becuase she couldnt stop complimenting them to me even several days later. Compared to the usual national franchise i used in the past they where competively priced and the professionalism much better.Definitely use them if you have the chance.

They called ahead and were an hour earlier, which was perfect for me. Father and son team are very professional, upfront, and did a very thorough job. They have a minimum of $125, which is understandable. They gave me very good tips on keeping the carpet clean, and which carpet to purchase if replacing the old one. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing one room or an entire house.

David measured the rooms, I told him which furniture pieces were to be moved, then he presented me with cleaning options. In addition to cleanning, I selected a second rinse due to the degree of soil and the lightness of the carpet and 3M Scotchguard protection. Over the next 2 hours, David used the truck-mounted system to transform the appearance of the carpet. Michael moved and replaced the furniture ensuring there was either styrofoam blocks or plastic squares under any surface that was in contact with the carpet. They brought fans along and placed them in the doorway to a room as soon as they finished cleaning. They provided us with plastic shoe covers to wear until the carpet was dry. We were also given some educational materials on carpet care and things to consider when selecting a new carpet. In spite of being a cool, damp day the carpet was dry in 24 hours. This father/son team are true professionals!

Upon arrival David(owner) measured each area to be cleaned (700 sq. ft.) and said it wood cost $210---lower than estimate given over the phone, because I used wall-to-wall measurements and he subtracted the areas of the bed and other immovable furnishings ($49).

Excellent...as always. I have used this service for years. They are professional, honest and hard working. David, owner, explains all the options and pricing up front. No pressure to do more than you need. He always answers all questions honestly. They work hard with attention to detail. At the end, they summarize the job, educate you on how to keep it up and answer questions about your carpet or the upholstery. Most times, he tells you things you don't or wouldn't know. Then David tells you exactly what you need to do next and for how long the carpet/upholstery needs to dry. (They make sure everyone in the family has a pair of footies and extra syrafoam cubes for under the furniture.) He gives you referrals to other small businesses along with some type of gift which is a nice extra touch. This time I got a bottle of wine. And he did the spot cleaning free of charge (candy on a newer velvet sofa).

This was a very good experience and I would use them again. On time very professional and easy to talk to during the job.

Did a thorough and professional job. Showed up right on time. Charged what was quoted. Moved furniture as necessary. Spent 2 1/2 hours to get job done. Got rid of almost all of stains from the kids. The carpets looked so fabulous when they were done it's hard to believe it!

They are the only company I have found that would move my furniture and clean the carpets underneath. It's a father and son company and they do a great job, I highly recommend them to others.
