Description of Work: We met with Dan Lawrence from Molly Maids and have a quote for monthly service. Dan was very personal and professional and the quote was fair so we have decided to use Molly Maids services on a monthly basis beginning at the end of March. We have not started service yet but look forward to a good relationship.

+ -1 moreThe cleaning was good. A few spots got missed, but I'm pretty sure it's impossible for every spot to be clean at the same time. I think it's a law of physics. But here's the thing... I called and made an afternoon appointment for a couple days later. I was told I would get a phone call the morning of, to give me a more exact time. Afternoon appointments were supposed to be between 11:30 am and 4pm. But at 11:00, with no call, the doorbell rang. Before I could even set the computer down, they walked in. Just Walked In!! So... no.

+ -1 moreNo matter when I call them, they always work me in. Long time back I used them bi-weekly. They do an excellent job and are always easy to get scheduled with. They are very prompt and very fast. They are very reasonable for what they do; they do everything from top to bottom. They even change your sheets, if you leave new sheets on the bed.

+ -1 moreI have very high expectations of my cleaning staff. I have a very close eye for detail and when I get home on cleaning day, I inspect everything they were to do. I have never found them to have missed any detail. They clean everything thoroughly and the staff is also trustworthy. I have never worried about leaving my valuables out.
Description of Work: Molly Maid cleans my townhome every other week. I have used multiple cleaning services in the past and this is the only one who provides CONSISTANT service. I know that when I come home every Tuesday, every thing will be clean. They do everything and leave nothing untouched. Floors, dusting, garbage cans emptied, and sparkling bathrooms!

+ -1 moreMOVING DAY AND SO MUCH TO THINK ABOUT, I HAD TO FORGET SOMETHING, AND IT WAS TO TELL MOLLY MAIDS HOW TO GET INTO MY HOUSE! THEY TRIED CALLING (PHONES WEREN'T WORKING YET), LEFT A NOTE, AND TRIED COMING BACK AN HOUR LATER. WHEN THE MOVERS AND I ARRIVED, I CALLED AND BEGGED THEM TO RETURN ONCE AGAIN. THEY DID, ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATER! THEY CHEERFULLY CLEANED AROUND ME, BOXES, THE 5 MOVERS AND 2 CATS, AND LASTLY DID THE FLOORS ONCE THE MOVE WAS COMPLETED. THEY MISSED A FEW SPOTS, BUT GIVEN THE TREMENDOUS ACCUMULATION OF DUST AND THEIR SUPER COOPERATIVENESS, I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE PRICE. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY CHARGE THE SAME FOR A REGULAR HOUSE CLEANING, BUT 2 WOMEN FOR $68/HOUR SEEMS STEEP. FOR THIS REASON, I PROBABLY WON'T USE THEM AGAIN. I DID GET A $10 ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT.
