Molly Maid of Northern Lake County

They have been great, very efficient, very fast and show up when they say they will. The same person comes every time and they come gloved, masked and sanitized during the covid time we are in. We would highly recommend them.

I've used Molly Maids for over 7 years. Within that time they have been good and bad in cleaning. Over the years the price has increased but the service has stayed the same - just ok. Each year we go away for a few weeks in the winter and need to reschedule. This year, we went way for 4 months and had MM clean the day before we left. Upon our return, MM called to verify schedule and also to inform that the price would be over $50 more since we were gone. In previous years we were charged only $20 more. The additional charge apparently is due to the 2 girls having to do more since we were gone. The sad thing is they really never did more. Enough said.

I used them for an additional two months. We decided to make some changes, so they were the first to go. The quality was OK and we didn't have any problems.

I thought I could clean our new house as I had one day of an empty house before we mover all of our stuff in. I did not have the time to do that and emailed 3 companies via angie's list late at night. Molly Maids called me back first the next morning. They were able to scheduled me for the day I needed (which was just two days away). The two ladies they send out did a wonderful job and I may use them again if I ever can't do it myself.

House cleaning was Molly Maid. Overall the job was very good. The price and the people that we had were very good.

They were on time, did a wonderful job and locked up when they were done. When I came home I even found a friendly note from the crew.

You really get your money's worth with them! They do a deep clean and make sure that everything from top to bottom is cleaned. The patio doors are cleaned, the blinds are cleaned -- even little shelves in your laundry room are wiped down.

We have Noemi and her team working in our home every week. They are phenomenal! There isn't a thing that they miss and I know it is just as clean as if I cleaned it myself. I am very pleased with the services provide by Molly Maids of Northern Lake County and would highly recommend them!

The person who came out was very professional and thorough. She presented the options available to us for regular cleanings and for move out cleanings. We couldn't come to an arranged time for regular cleaning due to work schedules but I will be calling them when we move out to do a full house clean. She was very helpful in going over every question I had and left me with a positive experience.

Fine. A few things I thought strange... they dust around objects, but don't actually ever dust the objects. That seems a little pointless since the "things" will be getting dusty as well. Baseboards were still dirty in my entryway, although I don't think wiping them was on the list of what they do. I'll either do these few things myself or keep looking for a service that will.

There were three cleaners that showed up for approximately three hours. It was very average for a deep clean with the house empty. After the cleaning there was still sporadic cobwebs on the walls. There was still dust and dirt on top of some of the appliances. The entire house did not have that clean feel or smell. I also paid extra to have the refrigerator cleaned but the freezer and ice maker were still very dirty.

Noemi has been the constant in our team and she is phenomenal! Everyone who works with her understand completely what must be accomplished and the best way to do it. From the moment they walk in, they are going until they are walking out the front door. I truly appreciate the great service they provide and always with a warm, friendly smile! I couldn't ask for a better cleaning team!

The service was great. The housecleaners are pleasant, punctual, efficient and they do a great job. I started with the main rooms (kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, bath and main bedrooms). They do such a great job that I am considering expanding to the rest of my home.

They are very professional and it's the same crew every time which I appreciate. They are very responsive to requests, but sometimes they don't clean as thoroughly as they could be when it come to dusting. But overall I would give them an 8 out of 10.

They were able to provide service at short notice. Maids showed up a little late, but that is not a big deal. We were showing our home to a potential buyer, and the place was SPOTLESS and smelled amazing! I highly recommend them. We may use them again to free up time at home, well worth the price!

Noemi and Nicki are the BEST! They work so well together and have it all down to a real science! From the moment they walk in, they are going until they are walking out the front door with my house cleaned from top to bottom and done exceptionally well too. After my wife passed away in 2007, I called Molly Maids in Grayslake for an estimate. They came out within 4 days and did a walk through and gave me an estimate which was competitive with another company. The rest is history, I love my Molly Maids and I look forward for them cleaning my house 2 times per month. My house looks and smells like new every time I come home from work. The Front Office is very accommodating to any changes in my schedule with the Holiday guest arriving, they have altered the cleaning days to make it perfect for my guests when they arrive and when they leave. I couild not be more happy recommending them to anyone.

I chose a one-time deep cleaning, and the bathrooms were especially spotless. I have a glass shower door that was full of hard water spots, and when I got home it was perfectly clear! The ladies were very friendly and professional, and got to work right away. I would definitely hire them again.

Everything went wonderfully. I originally signed up for every 2 weeks, but have since gone to weekly, with the basement of my ranch home done monthly. I am more than pleased, and if I have need for a special cleaning, they always find a way to get it done for me.

Each time they do a fine job, really consistent.

I have continued to be impressed by their service. They team who cleans my home does a great job and they always do a bit extra for me when asked. They also have to contend with my 2 dogs, not always friendly, and they handle them with no problem at all. I have been impressed by their service for over 5 years now. I find the pricing quite competitive as well.

They are in and out in an hour to an hour and a half. They are prompt. They call and remind you that they are coming a couple days ahead. They send the same team every time. They are thorough, efficient, pleasant, and speedy. There is a method for holding your time slot if you are out of town for a small amount of money.

The Molly Maids are life savers! I look forward to the fresh smell in the air after the ladies have finished cleaning. I really like that the dust and cat hairs are GONE! I really like that the floors are washed or vacuumed! And I like most that I didn't have to do the work myself. I can use my time to do other things or chill out! The ladies are efficient, careful, friendly, and very honest ..... very professional! I wholeheartedly endorse Molly Maid of Northern Lake County!
