Description of Work: KET was very professional and accomodating came immediately when my AC broke down and did a temporary fix to get my AC going. Came back next day to finish off with approved parts.

Description of Work: Kevin arrived within the window, and let me know he was on his way. My AC was not working, he was able to identify the problem and fix it, going to great lengths literally and figuratively. It has worked all summer without an issue so far. The experience was great!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that we did not receive a higher grade for pricing, However, we do have minimum service fees that we have to charge. We believe that the amount we charged you was fair as we did spend quite a bit of time the night before trying to solve the problem over the phone. We were not able to find the problem without a trip and did give priority scheduling due to the fact that you are an Angie's list member. We arrived at the job before normal business hours as we had a full schedule for the day already. As it turned out, it was a minor problem that was easily fixed and we did so and charged the minimum fee. I believe that we charged $75 but will need to confirm by checking our records. We try to be as fair as possible with our pricing and consider this a fair price for all involved. Please feel free to call us in the future and we look forward to serving you again!
