Description of Work: Allscape installed a drainage system and sump pump in my yard. They came on a Sunday morning at 8 am and were done by 2:30 pm. They had to dig everywhere, but after they were done, it was difficult to see where the holes were! They did an excellent job putting back the sod they had to dig out. My water problem was destroying my house and garage but now the issue has been resolved.

Description of Work: I called Allscape 2 days ago about lawn maintenance and some other landscaping work. I gave them my number and was told the landscape guy would call me back. Never heard from them again! Must be nice to have so much business that they don't need new customers.

+ 0 moreThey are good at sprinkler and lighting work. The spring clean up and mulch left much to be desired. I believe this is a new service that Nick has added this year and I think they will need time to develop their expertize. In fact, they even pulled out some plants thinking they were weeds! In addition Nick was less than clear in what we had agreed to do and did not communicate well with me or his workers. I had to speak to him several times while his team waited to clear things up. Nick also provides weekly lawn service. I had initially considered hiring them, but changed my mind after I saw amateur work for the spring clean up.
Description of Work: They did spring clean up including mulching the beds, planted several new trees, restarted the sprinkler system and repaired the landscape lighting.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual. They were professional and I will definitely be calling them and recommending them again. Thanks Allscape! I don't have to water the lawn by hand this summer.
Description of Work: The lawn irrigation system has not been used in over 12 years. I called Allscape and they came out and replaced broken heads, repaired leaks and got 95% of my irrigation system working again (the other 5% needs to be done thanks to city damage and they need a special tool). They replaced the timer box and showed me how to schedule the timer.

+ -1 moreNick, the owner, returned my call within a short time and set an appointment. Techs were a bit late arriving due to traffic from Chicago, but well worth the wait. Rodney and Rod were friendly, courteous, very competent, and thorough. They did their work efficiently and professionally. Price was fantastic. I wish I could find craftsmen like these guys for all my jobs. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Checked system. Tried to repair value/solenoid but had to replace, replace sprinkler head & adjusted sprinklers.

+ -1 moreGreat job. Our layout was installed by one company- then undone and re-done by a second company- and finally in year three- Allscape solved our problems. Polite, professional, offered more than one solution for problems and explained the differences.
Description of Work: Added heads to an existing system-and changed others. Closed the system down in the fall (75$-I think) Complete assessment of our needs and solutions for problems- including NOT adding water to a small area between pavers and cement. The suggestion to have the landscaper do the area in paving stone made sense- and it looks great.
