Had two good seasons with Nick. The third season everything fell apart. Usually only one person showed up, however the third season a second person who was a trainee came along. He did nothing and the total time to get the works done was the same to the previous years. Yet, Nick wanted to charge me for two persons without any heads-up. In other words he wanted to charge me hundreds extra for a second guy who was in training. When I spoke with him about it, he got very rude. To make matters worse, his guys lied about start and end time. I even sent Nick a video showing the start and end times, however he never responded nor made any refund for the overcharged time. Horrible service.

Buyer beware!!! Company will not stand behind its work. Owner is rude , belligerent . Had sprinkler system repaired , 2 days later when system was turned on sprinkler was not running properly. I called owner who told me he would not stand behind his work and told me to go elsewhere after promptly cashing my check. Please check out all the negative reviews from company on Yelp. I do not make a habit of posting reviews but please go elsewhere and find a reputable company to do the repair the right way

The job looks good but untested until big rain

Perfect, as usual. They were early, professional and courteous.

Answered promptly. Told me his crew was all out but would get to it late today. Said his price was $100 for the first time and $45 after that. He would do the drive after every 2” or more snowfall.. seemed pricey but since he was the only one who answered and will do the rest of the season it was ok. They do the side walks and stoop too. I heard from my renters a half hour after I called and someone from Allscape was already there doing the snow removal.. I am very pleased so far.

Booked the appointment, took a day off from work -- confirmed everything with Allscape via email. They call me the day of the appointment to ask me where my town was located (they had the address already) - I told them -- and then told me that they did not service my area.

An appointment date was established for a landscaping estimate and Nicholas Boyle failed to show. He did not call, email, text or try in any way whatsoever to contact me. Some people have no honor.

Do not hire this guy. He charged me $400 to do the work and when I called him back the next day because the broken solenoid wasn't fixed, he rattled off a list of excuses as to the cause of the problem, none of which was that his guy replaced the wrong solenoid. It took Allscape two weeks to come back and when I complained to him that the placement of the 3 rotors he installed seemed way too close together ( 3 in a triangular configuration about 10' on a side) he copped at attitude telling me that he was an expert with 20 years of experience, that's the way all of sprinklers at his house are configured and that the company that installed my sprinkler system did a crap job. I also pointed out that there was a mister that they forgot to cap off. So the conversation went from "I know what I'm talking about but you can have anything you want, it's just going to cost more money" to "I'm out of here." He called off his worker who was in the middle of fixing the solenoid (the correct one this time) and drove off. What a piece of work. Have some pride in your work Nick and treat your customers with respect.

Never showed up. Called. They told me person was at our house and talked to us. We said that didn't happen. They surmised that person had gone to someone else's house. We set up another appointment and they never showed again. I called and person said they'd see what happened and call mw back. They never called.

Allscape exceeded my expectations. First of all Nick Boyle returned my call within 10 minutes of me leaving a message. Because he was in the area, he could stop by that afternoon to look at what we needed done. He said he could perform the job the following week. They showed up promptly and trenched the area, installed a new 40 ft. drain tile, and replaced the sod. It was so neatly done, that I couldn't even tell they had been there! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Encountered problems that the tech could not easily solve, so owner came right over and doubled down to get things fixed promptly and at a fair price.

Nick and his crew are always punctual for scheduled time and the service is consistently as expected. If repairs need be done they will consult and resolve the issue.

We had a very good experience today. The technician was right on time and got our system up and running for the season, including fixes to multiple sprinkler heads and installation of a new control panel. It was a bit on the expensive side but they also provided an hour of free labor which helped. I am planning to use Allscape going forward.

AllScape blew out my sprinkler system in the fall and all work was performed on time as expected. This spring when I turned the system back-on I found a sprinkler head that had been broken off and the part was hidden under my landscape. I called Allscape and spoke with Nick the owner and he said he would repair it for a $75 service charge, plus parts and labor. When I told him again that Allscpe had made the damages, he simply hung up. Allscape does not stand behind their work and if they damage something on your system they will expect you to pat for it. I do not recommend that you hire this contractor for any work as they have no sense for customer service or professional liability.

I have had Allscape service for about 2 years now for opening and closing our sprinkling system. Services were fine. After the opening of our system in the spring (2014), our system was not working properly. I finally noticed that one of the heads was leaking quite a bit. Due to my husband's illness, it took me until July to call Allscape. I was not complaining and just asked for a normal service call. On July 12, I called the office at 12:30 pm just to verify that I would be serviced that day since no one had arrived yet. Service was to be between 11 and 1. There was no answer so I left a message. I did not receive a call from Nick until much later in the afternoon. I told Nick that no one showed that day and he verified that we were scheduled for that day during that time-frame. Nick said that he could have someone out the following day but quite honestly, the damage was done. There was no 'I'm sorry' or even 'Gosh, that never happened before'. His only response was 'All I can do is re-schedule'. Nick's tone did not help the situation at all. My husband is very sick and yes, I do depend on everyone showing up when they are suppose to and discuss options in a pleasant tone. I just wanted to make sure that if you use this company, please verify that you have a 24x7 cell number that you can call to verify service.

They were scheduled to be here be here between 3 and 5 and perform an hours worth of service as part of their start-up. At 4:15 nobody was here. I called and was told "they are running behind". They were at least 40 minutes away. I told them I needed to be out shortly after 5 and I wanted to reschedule. They told me I would have to wait another10 days which is totally unacceptable. This is a small operation that is clearly over-extended. Totally unreliable.

Very Professional and courteous. Allscape does great work. Last year they expanded and repaired my sprinkler system. It was a lot of work and done after the growing season had started. They did their best to preserve flower beds and plants, completed the job in the time frame promised and cleaned up afterwards. I now use them for all sprinkler services.

It went well. He was professional and did a good job. Next year we will place our own markers, there were not enough laid down.

I have used them for the last 2 years. I have never really complained until this year. I would have to agree with other reviewers that quality has gone down. One common theme among the reviews, is that they dont show up at the time agreed upon. In my case, on both visits this year they showed up 1-2 hours early. While this sounds great, I made it clear to them several times that this does not work with my family. I want to be at the service visits so I can see the problem. Also, I have young children and in the Spring, they showed up unexpectedly and scared the babysitter. A few weeks ago, I called them because I believed there to be a leak in our system. They showed up and found a leak in the RPZ valve. Since they had replaced it in the Spring, there was no charge (and yes that was fair and fine). However, one of the employees mistakenly reset the controller to water incorrectly. They accidentally changed the setting for starting times to watering times ie instead of the springler starting zone at 5:30 in the am, they set it so it would water zone 1 for 5.5 hours! Obviously we caught this on the first day and I called them. They denied touching the controller even though my wife saw them adjusting it. They also told me to find a new lawn sprinker company, so for that I will certainly take their advice.

They never showed up at the agreed upon time and never returned my call to find out why.
