The end product looks amazing- our house has completely been transformed. The one complaint I have is that while the work was being done, the guys either stepped or had something heavy fall on the line that runs from our new AC unit to the house. When I turned on the AC later that day, the guys called me out to tell me that the line was hissing and that I should call my HVAC company. The guys even showed me where the line was broken. The AC had been working the night before so it was clearly something they did when they were working in the area. I was worried that they wouldn't pay for the damage, but they ended up covering it and my HVAC person told me that they were very professional and that we had obviously picked a good, stand-up company to work with.

We were very happy with the whole job. From removal of the old siding to the final clean up, the workers were professional and respectful of our property. The job was completed as quoted. They weren't the cheapest, but they came highly recommended so we went with them.

They showed up everyday and work very hard in the extreme heat. They were clean and neat, they answered all my questions if they were unsure about something they would ask questions as well. The price was reasonable. They had to remove lights and put them back on one light did not work after they put it back on they came back out that day and fixed it.

We did a lot of research on contractors, choice of materials and cots, before we chose Siding Group. Our experience working with Greg and his staff was a pleasure from start to finish. Bart was our first point of contact. He did a great job describing the benefits of the James Hardie fibre-cement based products. He worked with us closely on finalizing all aspects of the project and provided some very good recommendations along the way. We were also very please with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the Siding Group crew. They were very experienced, had an eye for detail, and did an outstanding job. Greg inspected the work on a on ongoing basis and kept us informed of progress. As is expected with all such projects there was need for a couple of small changes/corrections during the process. Greg and his crew were very responsive and made the corrections with ease. We are extremely happy with the final result. Our house looks beautiful and stands out from the other houses in our street. We have received many compliments from neighbors as well as people passing by. The best thing about this all is that the total cost of the project was comparable to that quoted by other contractors who were offering inferior material such as vinyl. Everyone in Siding Group had a genuine interest in our project and worked hard to make it a success. We would definitely hire them again in the future if the need arises and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Siding group did a great job from start to finish. Hubert detailed every aspect of the job before work began and Greg supervised the workers while at the house. They were on time and worked everyday, when it wasn't raining, to finish the job quickly and accurately. As always, plans change during the remodel process and Siding Group accommodated us with ease. The craftsmanship of the deck is superb, so much nicer than the old deck. The house siding, deck and total remodel will last a long time and we appreciated the work Siding Group did. We will definitely look to them again in the future to hire. Thank you.

The Siding and Windows Group were fantastic in so many ways. The salesperson, Hubert, had an excellent sense of design and balanced this with concern for the cost. The construction crew members were timely, efficient, friendly, extraordinarily polite and considerate, And they cleaned up the site every evening. One of my neighbors, a housing builder/ contractor, commented on the high quality of their work. Greg, the company owner did a good job of keeping me informed of progress and asking whether I had any questions or issues of concern. On two occasions I pointed out minor issues, which were corrected very quickly and without question. The entire project took about one month to complete. Greg inspected the work on a routine basis. In sum, Greg, the company owner and his staff, made it extremely easy for me to work with them; and the end. result is beautiful. I am confidant their work will last for a very long time without further maintenance on my part.

After strong morning winds I walked around the house and saw that some of the siding was loose. I called the Siding Group that morning, and Greg came out about 2 hours later to give me an estimate. When he saw the problem, he explained to me how it happened and popped it back in for no charge. I also showed him where one of the roof shingles was sticking up, and he said that it could just be pushed back down. He had the opportunity to charge for things I could do myself, but he didn't. I had given up on finding honest contractors, even from Angie's List, until he came out.

I was trying to purchase the materials myself to save money, so there was a little miscommunication in the initial acquisition of said materials, but once the work began, everything went perfectly. Very clean removing the old siding which was very old. They took great care not to damage flowers/bushes and removed all debris immediately. Putting up the new siding and installing the windows was smooth and no issues. They finished on time, on budget, and 3+ years later, the work is still perfect. I waited a while to post to make sure the job withstood the elements, and so far, everything is perfect.

I was VERY impressed with their proposal, level of knowledge about siding, responsiveness, and professionalism. They were my first choice before I realized the extent of the roof work that had to be done. I would have definitely used them for the siding and will do so in the future if needed.

I have had a great deal of work done recently on my home, and most of it has been frought with frustration and disappointment. What a breath of fresh air to have such a professional crew come and do an outstanding job! Jacob and Lezsek were true craftsmen and gentlemen as well. They were punctual, organized, neat, and obviously cared very much about their work. It shows in the lovely job they did. Their price was not the lowest, but it was more than fair, and the quality cannot be beat!

Very good. The gentleman who came and did the initial appraisal was very punctual about arriving and then getting the estimate to me. When I asked for a modification to the job he got a revised estimate to me within days. The owner, who scheduled the job was a bit less punctual about scheduling, but once the job was scheduled the only delay was a one day shift due to the weather. The two men who did the actual work showed up on time, were polite and considerate, did high quality work, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves when they were finished.

i had met with five companies total for our porch and siding. Some estimates were one or two lines of explanation for a $15000 job. The Siding Group gave a very detailed, complete bid which covered everything they would be doing. Mr. Borowski spent a lot of time going over the product choices, the details of the installation. We then decided to go with them for the porch, and the process for that bid was just as complete. The crew showed up early, prepared for the day and then started at 8 every day. They worked quickly and efficiently. The owner of the Siding Group stopped by frequently to make sure everything went smoothly. The crew cleaned up daily. The porch and siding are beautiful.

The project went smoothly and was done in just a few days.

I chose Siding Group out of three other Angies List A-List vendors. I chose them because of pricing and expertise. The Salesman was very knowledgeable and accomodating. When the project started, the manager had many questions and was very accomodating to my changes. All of the workers were professional and courteous. They spent a great deal of time on detail and in now way rushed the project. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend the Siding Group to anyone.

My wife and I met with Bartek Borowski of The Siding Group back in May of this year to discuss the type of Hardie product we'd use to finish off the gables on our 1926 bungalow. We'd just replaced the windows on the second floor and wanted an attractive, durable, low-maintenance, and water-tight seal around them. Hardie Board was the only choice, but we needed some guidance on the style and color options available to us. Bartek was extremely helpful in the decision making process. He promptly answered detailed e-mails about questions I sent him regarding the project and met with us at our home to provide product samples and talk us through the demolition of our old siding and the process of giving our home a new face with Hardie materials. He even managed to get his hands on some newly-released color samples and made a separate trip out to deliver them to us. He was very thorough and thoughtful. We hope to work with him again planning future projects. Bartek coordinated the simultaneous tear-off re-roofing of the home with his crew. We wanted the roof installed before the siding to reduce accidental damage to the shake siding and trim around the windows. Aside from the incredibly hot weather which delayed the beginning of the project by a couple weeks, the roofers and crew from The Siding Group worked together seamlessly and completed work on the siding within a week and a half. ( I should mention this would have gone more quickly if the original shipment of material for the project had not arrived at The Siding Group damaged. Greg Bednarski, the company's president, made the decision to re-order the damaged items and not begin work until everything was in place. Considering the temperamental weather surrounding the week of the install, I was content to delay things and not open up the gables until we knew the work could continue unabated.) The crew that did the actual demolition of the old siding and installation of the Hardie siding and trim were very thorough, courteous, and professional. They arrived early every day, were respectful of our neighbors' properties on either side of our home, and took the time to discuss with us how we wanted to proceed with any part of the project, especially those involving aesthetics. They always left the yard and sidewalk clean before leaving. They seemed to take pride in the quality of their work. Only one issue with the way a particularly difficult area was covered in coil trim will need attention when we have the Siding Group back next spring to replace our soffit, facia, and gutters. The area in question was correctly trimmed and will be protected, but it disrupts the flow of the roof line somewhat. I spoke with Greg about it during the final walk through, and he assured me that the area would be re-trimmed in the spring. I gave The Siding Group a "B" in the "price" category because while the work was top-notch and the materials of the highest quality (read expensive here ), we were left with a not insubstantial amount of shingle and trim after the completion of the project. I know materials are difficult if not impossible to order in the exact amounts required for any job, but I was not expecting to have as much unused product stored under my back porch and in my garage. Perhaps we will use it to re-side it in the future. My point is that it might have been nice to have our final bill adjusted. Other than this relatively minor caveat, we are satisfied customers. Very professional. When additional issues came up they were explained and as it turns out fixed without any extra charges.

I wasn't extremely excited going into this project, after all it's siding on a city garage. I also didn't have high hopes that I'd find a contractor that would like and who would be professional. All that went out the window when I found this company. To begin the search, I met with three siding companies and one representative from a big box store. I expected the big box store to have the best price and surprisingly, they provided the highest estimate and the least details. The other three siding companies were only a few hundred dollars apart from each other. I ended up selecting Siding & Windows Group after I met with Bartek. Bartek was on time for our appointment and came with a sufficient number of samples. When he arrived, he didn't just tell me what I needed done, but asked me questions to help him understand exactly what I wanted. He was very professional and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the various options and also encouraged questions. Bartek's estimate was competitive and very detailed. There were no vague statements that could allow contractors to later squeeze in additional charges by saying things weren't included at the end of the project. I met with Greg right before the work was to begin and he inspected the garage and explained how the workers would execute the project. Almost every day the workers were there, Greg would check in with me to see if I had any concerns. I could tell that he was sincere in his questions and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with how things were progressing. At the end of each day, the workers completely swept the area and left with the garage floor cleaner than they found it. At the end of the project, Greg came by to inspect the work and make sure that I was happy with the results. I cannot believe how excited I am by how the garage now looks. Their attention to detail was excellent and they didn't cut any corners. The results are excellent and the garage looks brand new! I would absolutely hire Greg and his crew again. Their work was excellent and they were professional and courteous.

Some of the cedar siding on the house had water damage and some had come loose. We had first to decide whether to repair the damaged areas or replace all of the siding. Siding Group provided complete and responsive consultation including an up-close inspection and report. They even temporarily sealed the gaps in the siding while we made our decision. We felt that we were well-informed for our decision to do a complete replacement; we had cost estimates for complete replacement versus repairs and for the various material options.The work was done masterfully! The old siding was removed and the debris disposed of cleanly. The crew worked carefully and efficiently, sealing and painting (with perfect color match) each piece on all sides before installing. Every piece was cut and fitted meticulously; the mitered corners fit as one would expect in hand-made furniture. The result is beautiful and we are very pleased.

Bartek was very through in his estimate and noticed that I need plywood as a foundation for the siding on the garage. The other companies did not call this to my attention and it would have probably been an add on cost. Due to this extra expense, I ended up not wrapping my soffit and they were OK with this. In fact, despite the fact that I did not contract them to wrap the soffit, they still fixed a couple of broken soffit boards at no extra cost! Greg and his crew did a great job in the installation. They cleaned up everyday which allowed me to park in the garage each night. A very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend!!

They were very thorough in their quotation process and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Their price was competitive and their workmanship was excellent. They were very professional in all aspect and left the worksite clean and neat. After they were done I have a few concerns about the work. Greg was at my house within a half-hour of my call to him to understand my concerns. He had a crew onsite the next day to make adjustments. The work looks great.Absolutely top notch. Worth every penny. We highly recommend.

Despite the size of the project, it went very smoothy. They do a very good job upfront of going through in detail every aspect of the project - we used them before on a small window project and this was what impressed us. Bartek, who handles the sales process, showed us pictures and provided us actual houses they had remodeled to go and look at. This meant that there were no "surprises" with the finished product. The crew we had was very dedicated and hard working no matter what the conditions. If given the option to leave due to bad weather - or high temps (we had a heat wave of 100 degree temps one week of the project), they either waited out the rain or worked through it. It was truly amazing. Greg oversaw the project and was always responsive to questions. I definitely felt that the project was well managed. We were told the project would take 3-1/2 to 4 weeks and they finished exactly on time, including removal of the dumpster on the final day of the project. The job site was always kept clean and our "space" respected. They used the garage to keep their tools and extra materials and at the end of the project, you would have never known they were in there. A couple of cosmetic items have lingered, due in part to the fact that we could not make a decision at the time the siding installation was completed. I think the fact that it was not all done at once, again, because we didn't have everything picked out, has probably contributed to the last, small phase of the project taking a little longer than expected (since the "big" part of it is done). I would definitely use them again - though now that the house has been entirely re-sided, there's not much left!! We received many compliments on the project - and the working crew - from our neighbors and passersby.

Everything went well. The Windows Group and Siding Group were the most willing to fit us into their schedule, and the communication was outstanding. Hubert, our first contact, came to the house and explained everything to us so that we would be well-informed. The experienced crew worked every day for 8-hours and did an excellent job. The foreman ensured that all of my requests were handled quickly. I liked the fact that the foreman performed a final inspection of the work as well.

They were prompt and responsive in providing the estimate and arranging the work. This was part of a larger set of projects, and I was especially pleased that they worked right into my schedule so that I could keep the overall project on track. The men did a good job, kept everything clean, finished when they said they would, and the project came in exactly as estimated even though there were a few unknowns going in. It all looks nice, and so far so good -- no more leaks!

Job went very well and the quality/workmanship was very good. The workers showed up promptly at 8AM and completed the job by about 5PM. There were about 3 of them and they replaced rotted boards as necessary and cauked areas as necessary. The garage foundation has settled over the years and there was alittle sagging one or two sides. The workman aligned the siding such that you couldn't tell that the structure was leaning. They cleaned up all of their materials and were very thorough. I would use this company to do my whole house.
