Old Irving Chicago Home, Siding, Roof & Porch Project

We replaced the original Vinyl Siding & Trim and replaced with Hardie in Custom Color. The homeowners wanted to revive the charm of the vintage Victorian mansion. James Hardie was the perfect siding to recreate the look with all the siding profiles and details they wanted. Hardie has a new vast custom color selection that allows you to pick your own striking color that fits your style. The homeowner picked their own color from the selection that made their home unique in the neighborhood. Old Irving neighborhood is full of these types of home. With this transformation, this home pops with the perfect combination of style and design. In addition to the Siding and Trim, we installed a new GAF Architectural Roof Shingles. Carpentry work consisted of a new Front Porch, including a new staircase to the side add ease and a Pergola on rear elevation of the home. This is the fifth house we’ve done on that street. We enjoy watching the neighborhood evolve, this one is new for the decade!
