They were thorough and stuck with it until the repairs were complete (the exact problem required intricate diagnosis). I didn't really compare prices, I wanted the job done right.

Very professional, very knowledagble and very responsive along with a reasonable price. What more could anyone ask for? We would absolutely use them again.

I contacted Savocchi Glass because they carried the storm windows that I was interested in. They came out and measured as the windows were custom sizes. They were professional and courteous. The installation went seamlessly and the windows look and work great.

The end product seems of good quality but the the office is so disorganized that the experience of dealing with this firm can be exhausting. It took something like 5 or 6 calls to get the estimate set up (we changed the appt once; they changed it twice). Once we hired the firm, it took about 5 to 6 weeks to get the doors and they were finally installed only because I called to nudge them along (because we were finally ready to move into the house and all other work we'd had done was complete except the shower door installation). We ordered one steam shower door (with glass transom) and that was not installed (the transom came cut wrong). We finally just gave up on the transom and reduced our payment accordingly. We wrote them a letter explaining that and sent a check, plus marked up the bill with an explanation and the office still did not understand and called twice to ask about the slightly reduced final payment. And then we still got another bill. Whew! Glad that's done.

They were really good and they were cheaper than I expected. We also got a discount for $ 1500 which was around $ 300 per window and we got a tax credit. I didn't know about it until they told me about the tax credit. Savocchi Glass Window & Doors is a totally family run business. There is a lady who might be around 80 years old and she still runs the office. They gave me a straightforward estimate when they came out. They gave me all the options about the price and also told me about the advantages. There were also a variety of windows to choose. They had custom made windows and we placed an order first. They said that it would take about 6 weeks to get them, but it was exactly ready within a week. They also told me that they would schedule around my schedule. They told me that they wanted to access only the room as it was outside. They then took care of everything and did a good job. The carpenters came and did the job perfectly. They also moved whatever was there and everything was done in the right way. The entire project turned out to be good. I would rather pay the price for getting good job done. I would use their services in the future as well.

I had a very good experience with this company. The shower enclosure looks wonderful. They were able to answer any of my questions. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.

Over the winter, we had a crack in the new window and, because it was guaranteed, they fixed it for free. In the end they were fair and did an overall good job. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Al Savocchi did a thorough estimate before the job and gave us a timely quote. They were very competitively priced and the final bill was exactly in line with their estimate. The men (a fantastic team of 2) were a delight to have in the house. Their work was perfection. They went way beyond normal expectations in their cleanliness, helpfulness, and quality of the work performed. We love the Marvin windows and the house was left without damage or excess mess. This was the best experience that we have ever had with construction in our home! I would give them perfect marks in all areas!!

I would use this company again and have recommended them to other friends. I would hope that others learn of their work. They specialize in doors and windows as well as in historical preservation.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE. I TOLD THEM WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, AND I COULDN'T BE HERE BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE GLASS THEY TOOK OUT. WHEN I GOT HOME IT WAS LIKE THEY HADN'T BEEN HERE.
