Went well and they did a very good job. They did make me aware of several other things they could do to enhance the vehicles but were not pushy in their approach. They did good work and I would use them again

Everyone pleasant. Explained everything in detail. For the first time in ages I was actually able to see the words GOODYEAR on my tires, that's how clean they were. While they were working I walked to a resturant nearby, had lunch, walked back, and sat in a comfortable chair in their very clean and neat waiting room until car was done. They offered to drive me to restaurant, but I needed the exercise. Nice neighborhood, too. Red car shiny like new. I am delighted, and now that I know about them, I intend to go back to have some rusty spots removed, and upholstery repaired. I have every confidence they will do an outstanding job, plus be pleasant and not pushy. What also impressed me was the pride and joy they took in their work! Yes, I recommend them. Thanks guys. :>)

It went very nice. I had them do some extra touch ups and buffing as well. The price was fair enough, and I would use them again.

I took my car in for the car detailing via an Angie's list coupon for the service. We have two small kids & large dog and the car was a mess overall. They took the time to walk around the car to inspect it prior to the work and noticed many items needing repair. These items included some rust on the hood, bumper paint chipped, seat ripped, a few scratches, extremely dirty engine, and some hail damage to the hood too. All this work did need to be completed, but I wasn't totally prepared to make the investment when I walked into the office for the detailing deal. I did end up having them complete most of the work and the quality was excellent. The car looks like a new car on the inside and the work was completed on the outside to slow the work. They had the car an extra half day then expected, but quality does time longer.

Scheduling was easy. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The detailing was thorough. They have been very good with following up with me to use the second one I purchased.

This vendor does both auto detailing and bodywork. After I said I want to sell my car, the owner convinced me to add on some extra work to make the car look better. I had some of the suggested work done, and I am glad I did. My 10-year-old car looks fabulous, and CarMax said it is "super clean." This was my second time at this service provider. The only bad thing is that the work takes all day, and the waiting room is a small area in the busy office. There are not many places in the area to go to, so have a friend or family member there to take you home or to the public library in Glenview and back to QAR to pick up your car.

Purchase expired, I inquired if the merchant would honor the purchase after expiration date, Quality Auto would not respond despite numerous inquiries however Angie's List refunded my money.

Everything turned out pretty well. The work turned out good and the quality of the job was great. Scheduling went well. We dropped the cars off at 11am and we returned to pick up the cars at about 4pm.

Scheduling went well. He seemed like a perfectionist since that is his business. He kept finding problems with the car so we spent more than we anticipated. I felt he was good at what he does and he has fair prices. We were satisfied with the service.

Wheels look new. Carpets look new. There is some other scratch and dent repair I need and I will bring the car back for that. Excellent!

Highly recommended and would use again; just be prepared to pony up.

This was an AWFUL experience. I could not be more disappointed with this provider and absolutely DO NOT recommend using QAR. I purchased the Auto Detailing Package for my recently purchased 2010 certified Lexus ES350 sedan. My daughter also purchased the package for her 2002 Volkswagon Beetle. Both cars were taken to QAR who agreed to do them at the same time to save us having to drive to their location on two different days. My daughter and her friend drove the cars to the appointment only to find that QAR could only do one car at a time (due to an employee illness). The Lexus was completed first and prior to beginning work on my daughter's Beetle, QAR personnel came to the waiting room to get her to accompany them walking around her Beetle, reviewing the car exterior to point out the scratches which already were present on her car (much like happens in a Car Rental situation these days). That is their procedure and it was the same inspection they gave my Lexus ES 350 before commencing the detailing process. When they inspected my LEXUS, they did NOT find any scratches or damage to report, so did not seek out my daughter to show her exterior issues they were concerned with. I can certainly understand their desire to have their customers aware of pre-existing damage so that there are no issues after the detailing process. In the case of the Lexus, there was an inspection and NO pre-existing scratches or damage was found (because there was NONE). When the Lexus was completed, my daughter was told that she could come back the next day to pick up her VW Beetle. She drove the Lexus home where I immediately saw the damage and scratches which were clearly made by QAR during the detailing process. I immediately took pictures of the damage and called the QAR manager who asked me to bring the car back the next morning so that he could see the scratches and damage. I agreed. We returned the following morning and the manager told me at the counter that he asked his employees who did the work if they did any damage and they told him they did not. He further told me that his employees had worked for him for ten years and that they never lied to him about anything. I remarked to him that this would be a "first" in history where employees had always told the truth. I asked him to come outside and look at the damage and he did. The damage is very clearly from a circulating machine such as a buffer/cleaner. The scratches in the paint are deep as when part of the metal side to the machine digs into the paint. The damage/scratches are above the drivers side door in the roof close to the edge and are very easy to see. He said he believed his employees and that the damage must have been pre-existing - despite the fact that they did an inspection on the vehicle for damage and found none - and did not approach my daughter to show her any pre-existing scratches or damage the day before (as they had with her VW Beetle). I then told him that I would contact Angie's List and the Glenview Better Business Bureau to report his unprofessional behavior and poor work. He told me I was raising my voice and threatening him and I responded that I was speaking seriously to someone who had caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my new car. I also said I was telling him factually what I was going to do to ensure that everyone would be aware of his unethical and unprofessional work and behavior. I told him I was leaving and he actually walked to my car and stood between me and my door and actually tried to prevent me from leaving. I told him that he was making excused about "raised voices" and "threats" in order to keep from accepting responsibility for damaging my car. I paid $95 to have my car cleaned and will now have to pay a lot more to have the scratches removed and the paint matched due to the unprofessionalism of QAR. What bothers me most about the experience is that my car has NO scratches or damage. QAR knew that and upon inspection prior to detailing the car, they did not approach anyone to show pre-existing scratches (like they did with my daughter's car immediately next in line). The acted improperly, caused the damage to my car and then treated me as unprofessionally and rudely as I've ever been treated. I DO NOT recommend using them for any detailing. If you decide to use them, insist on a walk around inspection where you both agree on any pre-existing damage or scratches to your vehicle. \ They inspected mine, found no damage, then did significant damage and lied about it - they are irresponsible, unprofessional and just plain rude. I dropped off my old 2004 Acura MDX. I picked up a beautiful shiny vehicle that looks new. The faded and scratched headlights are now completely clear, the scratches on paint are gone, the paint finish looks fantastic. I will use this company again.

Casey is the owner of Q.A.R., and he personally made sure that the car came out looking great. He also asked his guys to put extra hours into the car without charging me because that's what it took to make it look so good. He said the most important thing to him was his company's reputation, and I believe him based on his excellent customer service. Overall, I would strongly recommend his company.

The car looks like brand new. The finish is as smooth as silk. It is exceptionally clean, inside and out. I only wish it would stay this way. I will be using their service again.

I would highly recommend Q.A.R. in Glenview. They were able to remove the tree sap that had been on my car for weeks. In addition, they took care of the dings and scratches and made the exterior (and interior)of my car look like new. I will definitely use Q.A.R. in the future.

I brought in the car to have it detailed and have some body work done. After a thorough analysis of the car I determined that it did not make sense to have the work done, because of the age and condition of the car. The staff was very courteous and professional and I certainly would have future work done there.

I was very impressed. They were polite, professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. The car looked great inside & out - almost like a new car. I have an appointment to bring my other car in and can't wait to see it when they're done. Highly recommended.

We bought an Angie's List deal to have two of our cars detailed with them. When I brought them in KC was extremely professional and went over both cars with me. They were both extremely dirty as we have small kids and hadn't cleaned them in over 2 years. KC and his crew got them both shining and sparkling like new. It was almost unbelievable how good they both look. We also had paint work done on our SUV and it turned out great. Looks like the car just came off the line. I would highly recommend QAR Auto. They are professional, deliver great results and take pride in their work.

Had a good experience with QAR. They did a full detail on my car and it turned out great. They were a bit pushy about having other services done on my car but I wasn't interested at the time. I would use them again.

QAR owner was professional and pleasant in his dealings. The work was done according to the offer on Angie's List coupon.The car is 10 years old, so some of the grime was not removed from the carpeting, but, all in all, the car was well cleaned. I would have liked more of the water removed from the carpet before the car was returned to me.

This place it top notch! They did an excellent job on a very dirty (but loved) care. It looks brand new. They also did touch up work on the scratchs and dings (for an extra, but reasonable charge). It was money well spent to make my car look good again!!! Everyone that has seen it has completed the results. Thank you very much!!

I was for some reason under the impression they came to my home to service the car. Overall smooth experience.
