The price is good. They have been great. The waiting area is good. It is a regular, car dealership waiting area and one of them has a TV.

I have used Quality Auto Reconditioning for my auto service and I'm thinking of calling them again because they do very good work and they have reasonable prices. I was there last in March of 2015. I would tell others that they do very good work at a reasonable price. Their professionalism is a little brusk, but that's their MO. I was thinking of calling them again in the future to do my husbands car.

They did a great job. I have used them before and would use them again. Very detailed review of any imperfections that they can offer to fix for you.

They did some really nice dent removal, including a tough one that looks great now. Communication was great, and when KC said that they would need more time due to the dents being more involved than first thought, we worked it out though he was willing to stay late to hit the original deadline. A good guy, good to his word, and a great job.

Took this in for $99 special for detailing from Angie's list. Not perfect but overall they did a good job on cleaning the car. they recommended filling in a few chips in the windshield before they started cracking and fixing a couple of dings in the paint. Happy with overall result.

I've been going to QAR since 2013, the first time using Groupon. I couldn't believe the job they did. It was GREAT. The interior carpet mats were almost like new (except where I wore the carpet off with my heal). I used to scrub them and scrub them with every cleaning product out there and never was able to get them so clean. The water just beads off the car. Since 2013 I go there twice a year. They even know me by name now. It's also a good excuse to walk over to the Pancake house for breakfast while they are doing the car. I highly recommend these guys.

I needed to get this wheel fixed for an upcoming lease termination inspection so even thought the provider would not honor the coupon I agreed to pay him the additional money. When he finally called and said he couldn't repair the one wheel because of matching problems and would need to do all four wheels that's when I went ballistic. I accused him of scamming and indicated that I didn't want any work done by him. He did wash the car and clean the inside as a courtesy. The side story is that my wife followed me to this location...over forty miles from my house and we left the car with this firm for two days before he called to say he wouldn't or couldn't do the repair. Of course my wife had to drive me back to pickl the car up incurring miles on bothe cars again. When you add together all the miles on our two cars it was over 240 miles combined to get this non-repair...not to mention the aggravation. The work was never done...the provider would not honor the coupon and I believe that this company and or individual is less than trustworthy.

They did a great job. They did the car really well. We were pretty happy. It was a little extra because there was more work than what the deal held. They should stick to the offered price to get an A. They should be more accurate. Price was pretty good.

They inspected the car beforehand for damage and flaws and and made a few recommendations. One was the clean the engine compartment which I appreciated. I left the car overnight and picked it up the following day. They did an outstanding job on every detail. My 13 year old car almost looked like new. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to those who appreciate cars, especilly older ones. Great job!

From my Yelp review-- So I just spent $4500 to get a lot of work done here. 1) Repair a big tear in my driver's seat - this I give 5 stars - looks great. 2) Recondition my aluminum rims - the rims themselves I give a 5 they look great; HOWEVER, I noticed a lug nut missing, and was told it broke when they were removing it. QAR then tells me that I "can buy them easily, they come in a packs of 4 or 5" Anyways after I took delivery it turns out there were TWO lug nuts missing, so now I'm out $16 for the replacements from the dealer. Customer Service - 0 stars 3) Extensive rust repairs including two doors being replaced - The finished product not counting the difficulties I had probably 4 stars, but the details are why I will never bring another car here. --Multiple delays - told several times my car would be ready in a couple days, by the end of the week, and even the final time we shook hands on it being ready for a Friday - picked it up the following Thursday while they were scrambling to finish putting it back together. Very, very annoying - just be honest with people and tell them when it will be done. --So one of my headlights had to be removed for the work and when it was replaced one of the three plastic mounting brackets was broken - they just put it back together like nothing happened - and my headlight shakes while driving - very annoying - when I confronted them about it - they first wanted to attempt some sort of 'fix' - I told them no - the only way to correct the problem is to get a whole new headlight assembly - which he finally was willing to do - but I'm not willing to let him touch my car again - so I'll take a pass and just warn anyone who reads this to pay very close attention to what your car looks like before and after any work done here. --The hood support bar was not returned to its clip and found banging around in engine. --Leftover parts were left in the driver's door map pocket --Used paint masking tape left inside the car. --and of course the missing lug nuts mentioned above. I wanted to give this place a better review, but I'm just too frustrated by the overall experience - Nice guys, but poor scheduling and a lack of responsibility for their mistakes equals a poor rating from me.

These guys do ok DETAIL work if all you need is a detail and aren't the type who looks in the garage to see your car before you go to sleep at night. So most people will find them acceptable. However if you need some real work done and are picky about who works on your car and want it maintained in showroom shape at all times then DO NOT GO HERE. My car looked great initially after it came back from the work they did. Then I started noticing that after every hand car wash I did I would get paint blotches all over my washing material and micro fiber towels from the inferior paint they used. Also upon closer inspection, they must have painted or polished a white car near my car because it was speckled in white flecks that were not there when I dropped the car off with them for the detail work. Lastly, the quarter panel they worked on is starting to show rust in the exact same spot which they were supposed to repair. It appears they covered it up with a paint job and didn't actually repair anything at all. So the more I think about it the more I'm inclined to say, I DO NOT not recommend these guys at all.

Similar to other reviews, this was not a good value. In addition to expectant SUV up-charge, they charged for other random items that I expected to be included. Overall, I would be better off going to a different vendor. Further, they took longer than quoted.

Great experience. Dropped car off, was ready in a half of a day, workmanship was top notch. Can't even tell where the flaws were! AZ was great, very friendly and helpful.

Did interior detail and washed the exterior. I found that the 99 applied only to cars. Mine was a Toyota Highlander, so, it would be $45 extra, which was fine. However, the owner also said it would be an additional $45 since the interior of the car was extra dirty.So, we settled for only a wash outside and not paying and additional $45. It did not feel like a deal. They did a decent job of cleaning the interior of the car. So the B for quality but C for price.

First- an auto detail should include buffing out small scratches and places where bugs hit your hood- but they wanted to up charge me for all of that. Also up charge because my car was a mini SUV. Fine. Didn't go for the up charge for bug dings because I didn't place a lot of confidence in a business that didn't know that should be included in a car detail. What I got was a car wash and wax and carpet shampoo and that was it. When they brought the car out my husband was upset because there was still wax residue and streaks everywhere and they hadn't even attempted to clean the rims. Even when I go to the $15 car wash- they don't bring my car out with the rims looking like that. It was upsetting because this was supposed to be a full detail. The job they did on the carpet was average at best and they didn't get all the dirt out of the drivers side. If you think they even thought about putting armor all on tires or interior- think again! Nothing! I should note that my car is only three years old and kept very clean. It wouldn't have been difficult for them to make it look brand new if any effort had been put into the job. Wheel re- surface was done well- but back 1 full day late so I was driving around on my spare longer than I planned. In short- I would never go here for a detail again. Seems like they may have let quality slide for folks purchasing discounted offers. My husband did complain and the owner waived the up charge on the SUV.

It would have been nice if they had let me know about additional costs outside of the deal purchase ahead of time.

supposed to be a detail. went over the car for upcharges. didn't take any. turns out to be an expensive car was. You get what you pay for.

I was amazed at how well they cleaned the interior of our van. The van was 7 years old and it never looked cleaner!

This place is a little difficult to find but it is a quick left turn into a small strip after you get on Chestnut. If you get to a big blue auto sign, yo have missed it. Turn and go back. Nice folks. Suggested upsells but not in my budget right now. The detail was well done. Took about 3.5 hours with still slightly damp interior.. If I had more time, they would have totally dried. seats for which they provided covers. Inside looks like new (or a 4 year old car). Outside looks great. Just a note, small CRV's (like a Forrester) are considered large vehicles. The upcharge for that is noted on coupons but it would be good to state more explicitly. Comfy couch but basic no-frills waiting room. They would drive you to nearby starbucks, mall, etc and it's not a bad walk. One of the best details I have had from pleasant professionals.

Lousy & unprofessional job/people

The experience went very well. They did an excellent of job of not only detailing my car but they also repaired a tear in my leather seat and it looks fantastic. They did a really nice job and they also threw in a free engine wash. I was very pleased with their work. I would give them A+.

It was a promotion for $99 for their ultimate detail. It went very well. I was pleased with them. I do recall they were a little hard to find because they were tucked away in an industrial location. I pointed it out to them. It was a little frustrating. They said they were going to have a new signage. As far as the service and the job done, and the overall professionalism, I was very satisfied and I would use them again. Keeping in mind that this was a promotional amount, certainly there was excellent value for what I paid. They met the standards I had for what my expectations were. They provided courtesy transportation and they dropped me off somewhere in the area because it took about two or three hours. I knew what they would be willing to do. They really don’t have adequate facilities for the customer to wait that period so that was a reasonable accommodation. They honoured the appointment time. They got to me in a few minutes when they came to pick me up as they promised. I would say that it was a professional level of experience. The experience overall was really excellent.
