They got the job done in one whole day. The scheduling was pretty easy.

Aziz was cooperative and informative, working with me on timing, and offering good explanations for each procedure, as well as the options he gave me in additon. I stuck with just the full-boat interior and exterior detail, handing over my husband's trashed 1998 Honda Civic that was buried in ashes and had not been cleaned in years. When we came back that evening to pick it up, we both felt that the folks at QAR had outdone themselves. I was reminded of the story of The Ugly Duckling...or better yet, Apple Annie! My goodness, we can't even smell smoke in it anymore! It is clean to the gills and beyond. Thank you Aziz, and thank you, QAR Staff!

It went well. They suggested lots of reconditioning options, explained what could be done. I decided what I wanted/would pay for & they performed the work as described. I would use them again.

QAR did a great job cleaning my older car up. It was not in great shape, but they made it feel almost new!

I purchased 2 detail packages and used one of them. The one they performed had very good quality, but, based on my dealings with him, I would prefer to skip the second detail if it is possible. Specifics: 1. He wanted to charge an extra $45.00 for an SUV. I can understand that for an Expedition, a Suburban, or other large SUVs, but ours is a RAV4, Toyota. So, that seemed steep to me. 2. I had to schedule a month out to find a common date. My local guy is much more available. 3. He would not let me drop off the car at night because he claimed he wanted to document imperfections so there were no disputes when I pick it up. But, in fact, we didn't document any issues, he just tried to sell me services. Not too pushy, I am happy I bought one of them. But, all in all it would have been better for me to just drop it off. 4. I called on the day of the service and paid over the phone. It was prearranged that when finished the car would be waiting outside locked up for me after hours. In fact, I got there after closing and my car was no where to be found. Luckily there were employees in the shop and I needed to talk them into giving the car to me. They knew nothing about leaving the car outside. It took about 20 minutes of conversation, a phone call, and finish prepping my car. At this point it would just be easier to not deal with him for a detail. I might bring him other specialized work (rim repair) in the future, but for a detail, if I can get my money back, it will be easier for me to do a detail with a different vendor. Re: Address where work was performed I did not go anywhere and the service was not provided. Form should not require it when service was not provided. I asked the provider for a refund and he said I'd have to get it from Groupon. But, I didn't order it from Groupon. According to Angie's List the provider must give the refund.

Did a excellent job. But price was quite a bt more then initially thought.

Great place to take your car. A.Z. was very helpful. HE even took home and picked me up to bring me back when the car was finished. I had a car and a Jeep done. Both turned out great. The car is 21 years old and looks like new.

We are waiting to see what they are able to do to rectify our perceptions of the original service we received.

The work performed was done quite well and done in a very timely manner. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. We definitely would use their services again.

They were some paint scratches on our car and they did a really good job. They also did some chips in the hood. I was really happy with them. We use the deal right away. The deal was for the interior/exterior detailing and we just added on the paint scratches.

Provider does good work, however, the $99 deal is only a clincher for very strong upselling on their part. I really only wanted a good cleaning and instead felt pressured to do paint reconditioning, dent and scratch repair, etc, etc.

Not very well. The service provider continually called me during the exceptionally snowy, cold and prolonged winter to schedule an appointment. I certainly did not want to waste an auto detailing on winter weather. When I did call for an appointment, I was told the next available date was 4 weeks out, which also happened to be the date my deal expired. Because of that, I would never go to Q.A.R. and I would never purchase another Big Deal.

My car is eight years old and runs very well. It is, however, showing a ding here, scratch there, and just needs some general TLC. That is exactly what it got at Q.A.R. and looks good as new now. While I was initially planning on only getting the Ultimate Interior/Exterior Detailing done, Aziz explained clearly a few other services that Q.A.R. offers that could make the car more than just clean. I wasn't aware of anyone offering these types of services at an affordable rate, so I thought I would give it a try and was very pleased with the results. In additon, service was performed in a timely manner, with my car being ready at exactly the time arranged -- even though I had added on the additional services just when dropping off. I emphasize that Aziz did not "push" the additional servies on me, but merely explained them. No pressure. We negotiated a nice package and the car looks GREAT...inside, outside, and even the engine. This is the kind of service I would definitely perform on a car before putting it up for sale, to make it look its best. But why do that only for a new buyer? I plan on keeping this car a few more years and it feels great to have it looking like new.

I had bought the $125 Angie?s List deal, which says ?excess pet hair? would be an extra charge. I have a short-haired dog and I?ve vacuumed his hair out of the back seat many times, and it takes about 10 minutes. They should probably change the wording to ?any pet hair will be an extra charge? because apparently that?s how it is. So I had to pay $75 extra for that which is outrageous, and if I had known it would be $75 from the start I never would?ve bought the Angie?s List ?deal?. Once you?ve spent $125 however, they?ve got you and they know it. I also paid $50 extra to have some very small nicks in my hood touched up. I wasn?t at all happy with how the touch up work came out. I?ve done that myself on other cars I?ve owned and it came out as good or better when I did it. Perfect match touch-up paint costs $7 ? 15 (Amazon, for example) and it would?ve taken me about 10 minutes to do it. The only reason I was paying extra for them to do it is because I foolishly thought it would look better. Well, it doesn?t. They said I could come back and they would try again ?without the machine? I think is how he put it, but based on the rest of my experience I?m not convinced that it?s going to be any better. For the most part they did an OK job of cleaning the interior, but there were streaks on the inside of my windshield. Also, my floor mats were so wet they took three days to dry hanging in my garage. The car wasn?t ready when I picked it up, even though they had it the whole day and called me to say it was ready. Then they said it would be another ?10 minutes? (because they hadn?t even started the touch up work on the hood after they called to tell me the car was ready) but it ended up being 45, which was significant because I could?ve gone and got something to eat in 45 minutes and I was starving. When I first dropped the car off in the morning they did give me a ride back to my office 2 miles away which was helpful. Be prepared for upselling all around and extra charges, and just skip the touch-up and do it yourself. This was the first Angie?s List ?deal? I?ve bought and it will probably be my last.

The results were better than I expected. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. I would use them again and recommend my friends to use them as well.

I spent more than I expected, but the car needed it. Like many people today we're holding onto our car longer than we have in the past. It's nice to drive one that looks good but that's tougher to do as the car ages. When we picked up our car today my Wife and I were both impressed with how nice it looked. My Wife said it looked better than the day we drove we bought it. QAR did a great job and I can recommend them without hesitation. This is the second car I've had detailed by them and I'll likely be back in the future.

Excellent work -- they don't have a shuttle service, so when you leave your car, either plan for alternative transportation or to sit for several hours.

After I purchased the deal, they reached out to me for scheduling. Their messages were polite and professional. However, I have not scheduled the appointment to have work done yet.

QAR did a good job and the deal they offered through Angies list was great. They did try to up sell me a bit when I got there but that was to be expected for the price they offered for the service I pre-payed for. All in all they did a great job, just be weary they will try to sell you additional services when you get there; great business plan but could make unprepared individuals a little irritated.

I purchased a deal for $95 for an auto detail. They did a good job, the price was fair and they were on time. I did pay a little extra for some scratches to be buffed out.

So, this van was a mess; spilled coffee, mud, salt, Cheerios, etc. QAR took this old nasty car and gave us back a new car. No kidding. It even smells new. The carpets are spotless, the seats are soft and supple, and even the nooks and crannies are perfect. We paid extra to have the engine cleaned--what a difference. That has got to make the care run better! The team is friendly and professional. The office is clean and welcoming. You would not be afraid to send your daughter there. Highly recommended.
